The day went away with nothing happening, Julian just spent quality ti with Chloe and Daisy and bonded closer with them.
Next day Julian, Chloe, and Daisy got ready, they decided to leave to Rustboro city.
They boarded a ship which will go to Lilycove city, Chloe said she doesn't like to travel much in a ship so Julian decided to go towards the city that is closest to Ever Grande city and is on the mainland.
Lilycove city was the only option he could find, after boarding the ship, it was a long journey, he didn't have much to do at all so he trained his pokemons for the league that will happen in 2 months.
Days in the ship was really tiring, finally, they reached Lilycove city, Chloe quickly got out of the ship and breathed in the fresh air and sighed in relief, Daisy smiled seeing this
Julian brought out the car and all of them sat in and drove off towards a hotel.
After getting a hotel to stay in for a day and rest, Chloe wanted to look around the city with them, they were not given any chance to refuse so she dragged them with her.
On their way, they saw an interesting board outside the contest hall.

Julian "I see, so what is this about the open challenge? Is she taking on normal trainers?"

Julian said and grabbed Daisy and pulled her closer, Daisy blushed and laughed a little seeing how Julian is ssing with Chloe.
Chloe "Fine, don't talk to ever again"
Chloe stomped her leg and turned around and tried to walk away, Julian grabbed her and pulled her back and kissed her.
Julian "I am just kidding, you know right"
Chloe "Good"
Chloe smiled.
Julian "So will you take on Diantha?"
Chloe "But, I have a type disadvantage and she also has a ga stone"
Julian "Don't worry about it"
Julian said and pulled out a Key Stone and a ga Stone from his pouch.
Julian "I took so from the Shadows, they had a bunch of them"
Chloe "Can I really have it?"
Julian sure.
Chloe beca happy and took the ga Stone and Keystone from Julian's hand and carefully looked at it.
The Keystone was the sa as Julian's but the ga Stone is a clear crystal marble with red blue and white pattern in it.
Julian turned and looked at Daisy.
Julian "You know you should have a pokemon as well, for your safety when I am not around"
Daisy "Hmm I will think about it, well we are going to Rustboro city to revive the fossils so it should be fine"
He then once again looked at Chloe.
Julian "Let's go buy sothing to place the keystone and ga Stone in it, the challenge seems to end the day after tomorrow so we still have ti"
Chloe "Ok"
Julian took both of them to a jewelry shop and looked around to find so good looking but sturdy necklace for Chloe, he found one and also bought a chest armant for her Salance, due to introducing of ga Stones, jewelers also started to make pokemon armants for the ga stone to be kept.
Julian bought one necklace each for both Daisy and Chloe. Since he has a lot of money he didn't care about how much they cost and bought them so dresses as well.
He didn't even realize that a normal search for a Keystone necklace turned into an expensive shopping trip with his two expensive girlfriends.
They bought one thing after the other, luckily he is his priceless dinsion pouch where he can stuff all the bags of dresses and shoes those two buy and don't look like a complete idiot in front of strangers.
After a day of shopping, next day Chloe decided to try and challenge Diantha for a battle, she also wanted to find out how much she has grown.
When she was little she found Bagon trapped in a trash can, its head was stuck in the disposal opening, she helped him get out of it then cleaned it and fed it, soon the Bagon started to follow her everywhere she went, even to her orphanage, so she decided to keep him.
Now he has beco a powerful Salance, she never tried to advance her ranking in the Shadows because she was always thinking of leaving it but when she t Julian she was able to take that step.
Now she is standing in front of him with a smile on her face and him right beside her.
Chloe 'I got this'
She took a deep breath and entered the building to register herself for the battle.
Even though it was an open challenge not many tried to participate in it because they don't want to embrace them self in front of a huge crowd by getting one shot by a champion, the ones who tried to challenge Diantha are all powerful trainers themselves.
Chloe joined the line, Julian and Daisy were outside the line, Daisy bought so popcorn and drinks to watch the match.
Chloe looked in front of her and saw two n registering themselves to battle the champion Diantha, people around the area looked at them and Chloe in astonishnt and anticipation, because everyone who challenged Diantha until now has put on a decent battle, every ti a person walks towards the counter to register, they will grab the attention of the people around here.
