Julian knows the danger that an Arceus plate can be and he is not going to let so evil organization possess one. Especially soone like Cipher.
He looks at the dark energy orb and wonders what to do with it.
Julian [System, will there be any side effects to all these pokemons if Crystal absorbs this energy?]
He asks, as he cannot allow even this minuscule amount of dark energy to be in Cipher's possession.
System [These pokemons have already been subjected to the dark energy which has affected both their bodies and souls. Even though they are not fully succumbed to shadowfication, they are all lost cause. They will be violent and unstable once released,]
The system doesn't beat around the bushes and tells Julian exactly what will happen.
Julian 'Looks like I can't save them right now,'
Julian "Gengar, send them all into your dinsion and keep them asleep"
Julian decides that this is the best way to handle this situation. At least, these poor pokemons will not be subjected to the continuous pain of existence.
Gengar listens to Julian, opens his shadow dinsions right inside the pods, and drags the comatose pokemons into his dinsion where he will subject them to a long, peaceful sleep.
Julian "Gengar, continue your search for Professor Krane, and once you find him, inform imdiately and protect him"
Gengar nods and disappears once again, leaving Julian and Crystal alone in the lab. Crystal is getting a little impatient as it wants to absorb the dark energy orb, but Julian keeps him waiting. He is waiting for Professor Krane to be safe before he does anything.
A powerful energy source like this will have an alarm system that will flare up once it is touched or altered, so Julian doesn't want to take any chances with Professor Krane's life.

Gengar moves swiftly across multiple floors, scanning each floor with extre vigilance until he finally arrives at the very bottom.
He finds a room occupied by multiple people, so he phases in and sees a few Cipher mbers and a young man with brown hair and glasses tied to a chair with so bruises on his face and body.
It looks like they are trying to break the man, but the man isn't showing any signs of surrendering.
"Co onnnn, agree to our demands already. This torture thing is sooo boringggggg," A teenage girl with pink hair in a long ponytail says with stomping her feet in frustration.
Krane "Never, I am never going to work for Cipher. I would rather die."
The tied-up man, Professor Krane, says with determination.
Gengar imdiately notifies Julian, who has been waiting for his signal.
Back in the lab, Julian is patiently waiting while also keeping his mischievous Crystal in check when he finally gets the signal he is waiting for.
Julian "Fine, you can absorb it now,"
Julian says.
Crystal excitedly punches the small container with its tiny fist and shatters it into pieces. As this happens, alarms imdiately start to blare and lights start flashing red.
Not bothered by the chaos, Crystal gets close to the energy orb, touches it with the crystal on its forehead, and begins to siphon it into its tiny body.
Julian keeps his eye on Crystal as he knows the effect this kind of energy has on Crystal. The last two tis Crystal absorbed this energy, it fell into deep slumbers.
Julian 'The amount of energy is very little, so from my estimation Crystal won't slumber for long.' He thinks when he suddenly hears footsteps rushing in his direction.
"HEY! Who are you? What are you doing here?" the man in the lead wearing a white lab coat shouts, seeing Julian. His eyes then fall on the broken shards of glass and the missing energy orb, causing all the blood on his face to drain out.
"I am going to die. They are going to fucking kill . I just left to get so snacks. I didn't know this would happen," the man utters words of horror.
Just like him, so of his colleagues are also horrified by what they are seeing right now. Not only the missing energy orb, but even the pokemons they were given are nowhere to be found. At this mont, their whole life is flashing in front of their eyes.
So Cipher mbers soon rush in as well and see the state of the lab. They then look at Julian and imdiately attack him.
"Intruder, there is nowhere for you to run!" One of them shouts and orders his Pokemon to attack Julian, the other cipher mbers also follow his lead and attack Julian altogether.
Julian sends out Vikavolt and Golisopod, both shiny and unique.
Vikavolt charges his electricity in his silver and green luster. At the sa ti, his Golisopod flares its red fangs and claws, trying to look intimidating even though he is much smaller compared to a normal-sized Golisopod.
Both these pokemons are Julian's youngest, but they have co far away from where they were when he caught him.
And now they get to test themselves against a hoard of enemies.
