Bai Li didn’t nod but simply turned to Gu Yan beside him and said, "I want to take a stroll in your library."
Gu Yan was startled, thinking to herself, You’ve been to the library several tis before, haven’t you!
But with so many people around now, she could only nod, "Okay, please co this way."
The two of them walked away slowly, and of course, Ji Mu followed too.

Lu Yu always believed that he would soon enter the military departnt and that his excellence would be recognized by Commanders Gu and Su. When the ti ca, he would express his feelings for Gu Yan at the right mont, and she would naturally end up with him!
But now, why has this Insect God appeared?
Just thinking about the Insect God’s gaze from earlier made Lu Yu shiver uncontrollably.

Bai Li frowned. He didn’t like seeing Xiaoyan like this but wasn’t sure how to help. Suddenly, spotting her tightly pursed lips, he leaned in and kissed her.
Gu Yan’s eyes widened in shock!
Ji Mu, who was not far away, watched hesitantly; puzzled, he wondered how the pair had vanished while he had only looked away for a mont.
He was unaware that the two he was searching for were just around the corner in the corridor. Of course, because the space had been folded, no one except a Space Ability User could detect the anomaly; others could not notice it at all.
When it ca to kissing, Bai Li wasn’t experienced; even after several lifetis, kissing was still very new to him.
But, she understood without a teacher.

By the ti Gu Yan was limp and close to losing her balance, Bai Li finally ended the issue... however, his hands were still on her waist.
Gu Yan’s fair cheeks were covered with flushes of pink.
The worst part was, the Little Mushroom on top of her head even popped out nervously.
Usually, the Little Mushrooms were white, each standing alone; but this ti, the ones popping out were pink!
Bai Li found it curious and reached out to touch the pink Little Mushroom, causing Gu Yan to involuntarily shiver.
She covered her head, forcefully making the Little Mushroom revert back, and whispered, "Why, why did you kiss ?"
Bai Li pursed his lips, "You weren’t behaving."
Gu Yan clenched her teeth, "Do you know what kissing soone signifies?"
She had let it pass when he kissed her forehead, after all, sotis that could be understood as a formality, or a blessing from an elder to a younger one, but, but a kiss on the lips!
Bai Li reached out to touch the soft corner of Gu Yan’s mouth, "I just want to kiss you."
Gu Yan: "..."
Clearly, he hadn’t answered her question.
Yet what he said threw her into even greater disarray!
And Bai Li, persistently, asked, "You still haven’t told , what happened to you today?"
"I..."
"If you don’t tell , I’m going to kiss you again."
"!!!!!!!!"

After finishing up her official duties at the military departnt, Su Wan rubbed her temples, feeling a bit uneasy.
During lunch in Gu Jue’s private resting room, Su Wan asked, "Who did you send to accompany the Lord Insect God on his tour today?"
"I sent Zilan."
"... Why don’t you check with Zilan where they are now? We could arrange to have lunch at the Su Family restaurant. After all, as a guest, we shouldn’t neglect him outwardly."
Gu Jue didn’t care much about whether the Lord Insect God had enough to eat, but when his wife ntioned it, he directly contacted Gu Zilan’s lightbrain.

Before Gu Jue could respond, Su Wan suddenly stood up from across him.
"What?! He went to Empire University?"
This person had already been at Empire University for quite so ti under the identity of an exchange student; was there really a need for a tour or visit under such circumstances?
That morning, when she saw her daughter avoiding any appearance of impropriety by heading to school early, Su Wan had been quite satisfied.
No matter how strong the affection was, Su Wan hoped her daughter would maintain her sense of self and not be completely wrapped around a man!
But to her dismay, that old Insectoid had gone straight to Xiaoyan’s school!
Su Wan sprung up, grabbed her military cap, and quickly made her way out.
Gu Jue realized what was happening and decisively hung up the call, following her out right away.
anwhile, Gu Yan had managed to push Bai Li away with difficulty. She took a gentle breath, feeling like a fish drowning in water one mont, and a beached fish the next.
