Anyway, we’re going to be attempting a little challenge. Slightly over a year has passed since the prologue for Jaku-chara was first published on this site. Yet we’re still not done with Volu 1. And every ti we set a target, we overshoot the deadline by at least a week.
That’s why this ti I’ve set a slightly different target. More difficult, sure, but I do actually believe it to be achievable.
Those of you in our discord server (shaless promotion, but link is in the sidebar) will know already, but we’re going to be releasing a new chapter part every 24 hours, starting from now. There’s actually a fair bit of content already translated, but yet to be edited. So as motivation, I’ve decided to set a cyclical 24 hour deadline where I release a translated chapter part irrespective of how much of it has actually gone through editing. Right up until Volu 1 is completed.
The length of each part varies considerably, but to give you an idea of what to expect, Chapter 5 has 9 parts, Chapter 6 has 5 parts, and the final Chapter 7 has only 1 part. Then there’s the Afterword by the author. You can make your own estimates based on that.
Now to wait and see what happens.
Of course, we’ll still be retrospectively fixing any errors that we find later on.
