The 'Felis constellation' and 'Triangulum constellation' that Levi had integrated into his soul through Constellation Resonance already had combat skills and burst magic strongly tied to the Ice attribute. Combined with the mastery-level 'Ice Elent Control' and 'Primordial Rune (Fragnt)', he could pull off many dirty tricks.
In fact, if he were willing, just the combo of his 'Strongest Special Blend' enhanced by the 'Ice Flash F' Developnt Ability and the 'Heaven's Feel Craft Essence' buff, followed by 'Sage Art: Salvation from Misery', would be more than enough to easily steamroll the opposition.
But Levi chose not to do so.
Firstly, the five Lv.4s sent by the Freya Familia weren't enough to force him to use his full strength. Secondly, although it might sound a bit conceited, Levi always felt that, now that he was on Freya's radar, he would eventually face off against Ottar.
