"Ah, grandma, I forgot to tell you sothing."

Under a humungous 30 feet, dense tree sat a pair of otherworldly won as one of them caressed the beautiful hair of her granddaughter.

It's already been two months since Luna ca to et her grandma, but in the real world, only been two days.

During these two months, Luna trained in those fields in which she was either unaware of or was weak compared to other areas.

Luna, as usual, got imnse in training to the point that she read mana mail of Austin after a day of its arrival. She just loved to train, and when she's at it, she forgets the world.

Fortunately, her grandma was kind enough to remind Luna to reply to the mails so her lover doesn't get worried. Coming out of her battle freak temperant, Luna regretted a lot and sent him a lot of love in apology.

To her, Austin is her foremost priority, but whenever she dwells in insane battles, she just loses focus from reality and gets lost in the chaos.

Currently, after a thorough yet small training session, the duo sat leisurely under the tree when Luna suddenly rembered sothing she had to tell.

"Hmm?"

"Actually, when I was threatening the Xylex's emperor...umm...I forgot his na. So when I was giving him the ultimatum, suddenly, a voice reached up to ."

The older one didn't interrupt her granddaughter even though she realized whom Luna was going to refer to. With a hum, she asked Luna to continue.

"That voice was creepy and carried a very intense mana presence, even if it was just a voice. That voice referred to

as Celeria's descended and told

it would co after

whatever it takes. I wonder why it called

such? "

Luna knew what she was saying so causally was a matter to concern about. The na which was attached to Luna by that voice wasn't just any na.

But Luna wanted to ask her grandma to tell herself about it rather than her asking it directly.

After a short pause, the older woman spoke in her naturally soothing tone while running her slim and pale finger across the platinum falls.

"Are you aware of the seven deities who protect the seven divisions of lands?"

Luna, without thinking much, nodded.

It was an elentary grade knowledge that every continent has its Guardian Beast protecting the piece of land they have voluntarily ford millions of years ago.

The mythical beast who has taken charge to look over Gram is the strongest of the seven, or to say, he is the only being who can even rival a God.

Gram's backing isn't just the hero or the resources which the ancients have left. The Guardian Deity doesn't appear so normally, but if a catastrophe-level threat befalls Gram, the world knows what being would arise.

"The voice you heard belongs to one of them and a very idiot one at that."

"Well, I figured that much from its words but Grandma, why did it ntion the Guardian of the North-Eastern continent, Eleanor?"

Luna had complete knowledge of what she had just asked, but since her grandma had opted to hide this fact until now, Luna would let her do the honors instead.

Her Grandma was very well aware of her beloved's tease, but she also thought it was best for her to take the lead now.

"I know it's late when we have spent so much ti together already, but Luna, I am the guardian deity of Eleanor, Celeria Eleanor. And the reason you were called my descended is simple. You carry the mana I have imbued inside you slowly through the training. And don't worry about that lecherous deity; I will make him pay in the most vital tis."

The glint in Celeria's eyes was dangerous enough to make Luna wonder what kind of divine punishnt would be bestowed upon that specific being.

But in the end she didn't care since her goal in Xylex was just to make her darling's reach wider. She knew she wasn't on the level to rival a Guardian until now, but until her grandma was on her back and Austin by her side, she could face any danger in the world.

'Gosh! I miss him so much! '

Back in Eden Academy, the talk about the honorary ceremony was in full blow since there were students involved in it, and also the rumors about Austin being spotted with the First Princess.

The second topic was majorly gossiped about since Austin had been secretly gaining a lot of followers along with more haters.

Being paired with the idol Saintess wasn't enough, and now he was also hagging the princess, and rumors were that, an incredibly hot black-haired woman had been secretly dating him.

Many people have been planning to get proof of Austin being with other won and showing it to their goddess(Luna)and set her free from the Wolf's(Austin) claws.

Amidst the hot gossip, a piece of certain news broke out that the famous warrior of Eden Academy who left the ceremonial hall yesterday, even without receiving the honor, has dropped out of Academy.

Soone said, that this morning Venessa was seen in the principal office before she left the school premise without any expedition given.

She was also not seen dining around breakfast or lunch. Her seat was empty during classes, and most of all, she was absent from practical training too.

It was more than enough to flare up the rumors of Venessa leaving the school, but the point was, why?

Why did such a brilliant warrior who fought so well in the war and had a bright future ahead with the path she was walking upon suddenly leave the school?

"Kyou-kun, has Venessa really left the academy? I didn't find her at the dorms."

During the tea ti, two girls of similar age entered inside the eting room, which Kyouki and his party mbers shared.

As Sicily ca inside, she asked Kyouki in a slightly hurried tone since, just like Lilia, Sicily was extrely worried about Venessa's whereabouts.

Kyouki was sitting on the eting table with his gaze fixed on the drowning sun, as wordlessly he extended a paper toward the duo.

Perplexedly, Sicily took the paper as she along with Lilia, started reading the content.

[Hello guy, I hope you all doing good. Umm..you must have found that I have left the Academy this morning. Sorry, for not eting you all before leaving, but I knew I wouldn't have taken this step if I had t any of you. Don't worry; I am not going like for forever but for so months or maybe years, who knows. The reason I am disappearing so suddenly is to either beco strong enough so I can face myself in the mirror or get eaten by so strange beast, hahaha. Anyway, I wrote a lot already, so goodbye for now. I hope we et again sooner than later. See ya~."

"K-Kyouki-kun...this? "

Sicily's eyes were damp as she read until the very end, and Lilia was no better. Both of them had tears blurring their vision as they looked toward Kyouki in the hope of finding so answers.

Kyouki sighed before he got up from the table, and after leaning his back against the wall, he spoke in a neutral tone.

"Vanessa has taken this step to prove, not us or anyone but only a single person, that she is worthy to stay by his side. "

"Don't tell ... "

Sicily's eyes were wide as she covered her mouth with the other hand. Disbelief, blended with shock, covered her expression.

Lilia's eyes fell slowly to the ground as she also realized who was the person for whom Venessa had taken this challenging path, as a sense of admiration and awe erupted inside her.

"Vanessa has taken the step for soone else, but isn't it okay? At least she is trying, but I am just playing around. "

Sicily got out of her stupor, but there was no way for her to calm Kyouki now since he had been frustrated about this matter for very long.

Rather she chose to take another approach this ti...

"Kyou-kun, even though we are only three now, let's do our best and beco the strongest. "

Lilia also stepped forward to encourage Kyouki.

"I agree, Kyouki-kun. Let's do our best together. I know Venessa-san would also want us to beco strong so the next ti we et, we can walk shoulder to shoulder with her. "

Seeing his partners being so considerate toward him, a smile broke out on Kyouki's face as, after a slight pause, he also spoke in a spirited tone.

"Okay then, let's do our best and show this world what's the real might of Hero's Party."

A/N: - It really pains to write cliché dialogues. Anyway, I will write Venessa's monologue before the ti she ca to this decision, in a separate side chapter.
