'Mm... '

With a severe frown, Sophia's eyes trembled before she parted her lids after who knows how long.

The last thing she rembers is when the carriage got ambushed by a strange kind of spell. Since the occurrence took place soon after Sophia discovered the illusionary spell of the coachman, she wasn't able to counter what ca at them.

The first thing her vision searched just upon stabilizing was her daughter, Eleanor. Fortunately, she didn't have to look around since she could sense her daughter was tied to her back.

"Eli, are you alright?"

Trying to asure the strength of the rope, Sophia tried to twist her wrist, but it was utterly unmovable, which told how brilliantly sealing magic was applied.

"Yes, mom. What about you."

Eleanor's voice, just like her mother was extrely low, as she asked in concern. It might be the first ti for Eleanor and Sophia to face sothing like this, but that doesn't an they weren't prepared.

"Can you use your dagger here?"

Knowing her daughter's attributes with weapon manipulation, Sophia thought it might be the best course of action at the mont. But as she expected, the kidnappers weren't amateurs at all.

"They have taken it away. Even my pendant."

Eleanor gritted her teeth as she realized how thorough the abductors had kept them tied up. Very few people could notice how her pendant could be used as a weapon, but it seed her ace card was already blown up.

Sophia sighed as she felt the agitation from her daughter before she cast a spell underneath their feet.

The spell formation only took ten seconds before two puddles of water ford in front of both ladies.

"Eli. Break the nail on my index finger and throw it in the puddle."

Eleanor wasn't sure why her mom said such a thing, but in this situation, she wasn't an idiot to ask for the reason.

Breaking the nail, Eleanor flicked her thumb as it flew inside the puddle before the light blue shade into radiant purple.

The sa happened on the other side as Sophia also mixed her nail, which was coated with a special kind of venom, into the pure aqua, making it a lethal consur.

Thanks to the surrounding, which was covered with heavy smog, the movent of puddles didn't alert the criminals.

"They look like sli."

Eleanor made a disgusted face as the little things climbed her body before they moved toward the back of their hand. The slimy feeling of sothing sucking on her wrist was irresistible, but Eleanor sohow held herself together.

"What fruit such handwork would bear, My lady Countess Sophia Wright?"

Suddenly much to both blond beauties' shock, the heavy cloud dispersed before a silhouette appeared out of nowhere.

The man, who by outer appearance looked in his late twenties, walked steadily toward them. His violet hair was neatly combed on the back with a formal three-piece suit adorning his lean stature.

Sophia's eyes went wide as she saw the person.

"S-Sabes?"

Eleanor frowned as she realized that her mother was aware of the man's identity as she surveyed the surrounding. As the smoke disappeared, Eleanor was able to feel multiple presences around.

"You do rember , my lady? I am honored."

'Rember you, huh... '

How could she forget about her childhood friend who used to play at her parent's house? He was Sophia's best friend, and being the son of Gardner; he always had to chance to be with her.

They grew up together while being on good terms, but suddenly, at the ti of her marriage, Sabes disappeared like a ghost.

Sophia wasn't a child to not know the reason why he left. But apart from friendship, Sophia didn't find anything in Sabes.

Naturally, she didn't tell about this to anyone, and after marriage, she nearly forgot about him. Until today...

"Why are you here? What do you want?"

Sophia could sense a strange kind of mana presence from Sabes, which gave ominous vibes. And coupled with the fact that her magical energy seed to be suppressed under his watch, made her terrified.

"Before I tell you what I want, let

tell you sothing I have already done."

Sophia gulped in nervousness, but her facial expression was as stern as ever. On the other side, Eleanor felt incredibly uncomfortable because of this foreign sensation blocking her mana channels.

"Your son, Benjamin Wright. Right now, he is getting sword training from an instructor called Collon. You know, that instructor can anyti stab the sword at your son when he is vulnerable the most?"

Both won widened their eyes as they heard about the person they had a close relationship with. But little did they think that there was more to reveal.

"Your husband, Vincent Wright. Currently, he is in office, signing a bundle of docunts. He may ask for a coffee, and what if one of the maids, blends so kind of drug in that coffee? He sure has strong resistance, but is he immune to everything?"

As his words concluded, Sabes was already so feet apart from Sophia. Despite holding her stance, one could see how profoundly it was getting tough for her not to fall on the ground.

But Eleanor didn't have that much resistance as she fell on her knees while panting like her life force had been sucked out.

Looking at the man whom she once called her dearest friend with hatred and aggression, Sophia heard what didn't surprise her at all.

"Now, what I want is simple."

Walking so steps, he lowered his head before whispering in her ears.

"I want you to be mine, my lady."

Sophia closed her eyes as a heavy pearl-like tear dripped down her cheeks. All her weak nerves are under Sabes hold. Her daughter is struggling to survive just so inches apart from her. All the possible routes seed to be blocked by a single person.

But just as an unimaginable resort erged in her mind, a voice that seed utterly familiar echoed in her senses, giving her a jolt of hope.

"It's been a while, mother..."

At the sa ti, in an extravagantly decorated room could be seen two figures adorning contradictory deanors currently.

The handso boy in his early twenties was undoubtedly aggrieved because of sothing as he threw stuffs here and there.

**PNNNG**

The last piece of decor, was an expensive flower pot that was thrown to the ground before it shattered into pieces. Not able to find anything, the person turned toward the other one inside the room.

The other one was a girl in her teens with pretty blond long hair as she sipped on her tea elegantly while sighing at her brother's tantrum along the way.

"Are you done?"

The man snickered as he replied in a disdainful voice.

"Why do you care? I am dying to even catch a glimpse of her, and here you are getting your ti with that bas-"

"Big Brother Cain~."

The mouth of the first prince wasn't able to conclude the curse he was about to throw at Austin as Tiara released a heavy amount of killing intent toward her brother.

A drop of sweat dripped down his head as he plopped down on the couch under the fret of offending his sister.

Tiara sighed again before pulling back her intent. She really can't hold herself when soone disrespects her professor.

"Okay, listen. Tomorrow night, I will do the preparation. Take 'that' thing and go for your Saintess when the ti is right, okay?"

Hearing his sister, Cain felt a little perplexed but soon, a big grin ford across Cain's lips as he finally got the consent to use 'that' and a chance to claim what he desired the most.

'Finally, I can hold you once again... '
