The headmaster took the centre of the stage not long after the hall had been filled with all the mbers that were going to participate and more.
The organisers, the individuals that were to be kept anonymous were nowhere to be seen, yet everyone knew that those individuals were present in the grand hall sowhere around the great hall.
The comfortable seats that resembled that of the chair of an authority were placed all around the spherical hall and each chair had been occupied with the individuals that were supposed to occupy them.
Chatters had died down when the headmaster appeared, lights were dimd, and a spotlight was cast on the headmaster on the stage.

As those who knew him closely could tell, his voice did not contain the usual kind of carefreeness that he usually has.
There was so seriousness in this voice, so weight that most of the individuals present in this could understand better than most people in this world.

In this place, every monarch had to make so decisions and those who could not accept those important decisions were either dealt with democratically, or with the forced authority of the organisers and the individuals who held the most influence in this world– people who were referred to in this setting as .
Holding a great responsibility, this unique position was changed every decade to keep things and check and to give legitimacy to only those who could use their power for the sake of the vast world without prejudice or personal point of views.

The Authority of the headmaster as one of the only few Archmages of this world, as the headmaster of the academy, as the spokesperson for the divinities who look after the island of magic's wealth, and as soone who had earned everything that he owned along with the authority that was granted to him not by the people of this world but, by this very world itself.

There were tis when they had to place so limitations on the kind and type of the questions one can ask and how frequently one can ask questions in a sitting, but there were not going to be any limitations like that this ti around.
They needed to discuss a lot of things and questions were going to be needed. They were a need this ti around so even the headmaster knew that limiting the questions would be a big problem for them and for the ones who will be presenting the important matters today.
