[Rein's POV: ]

"Urial! Pass that bowl!"

"Jeez. Don't shout. I can hear you just fine."

Now that the main tests were over, and tomorrow is a holiday, we were having a group dinner after a loooooooong ti.

"So, as I was saying… I was NOT expecting them to throw that dangerous thing at us."

So of them were talking about their experience in the practical tests that they gave, while others were happily enjoying another amazing al darling made for us.

He was the best. This food wasn't as special as the things he made for his test presentation but these things were still amazing.

They were so amazing that everyone was eating many portions of it as if they had longed for his food for decades or sothing.

"Though cute looking, the (Northern Grizzlies) are pretty dangerous. Still though, killing them does not make any sense."

"Do you think they could be saved, Deleon."

Quin knew about these creatures since we had taught her about the most dangerous creatures of the wild and this one was one of them.

'Though, the fact that they gave babies of those creatures to the students and asked them to kill them was pretty surprising even to .'

Yes the adult versions of these creatures were deadly and all, but was there any need to make the young students go through such an experience?

'They looked like harmless teddy bears when they were young, so more than half of the students were just going to forfeit when they were told to kill such innocent looking creatures.'

But those of us who have faced the adult versions of these creatures know very well just what kind of disasters they are.

"They are called Demonic beasts for a reason, Miss Quinn.

Violence is their natural disposition and even though they could be tad and the right kind of raising could make them a little less aggressive, but… there is no way to change their natures artificially.

They naturally are dangerous and even though they are rely low grade creatures, when they go berserk, sothing that happens naturally even if they co across a small creature like a rabbit, they leave destruction in their wake."

Deleon was not only an expert on the slis, he also had knowledge about the creatures of other kinds.

He was already highly knowledgeable about them so asking things like these to him was a better option when Eon or I were not available.

"They are rare creatures that are confined to secluded territories and their numbers have to be maintained regularly or else they might beco a great threat to all the weaker lifeforms."

It was rare for Deleon to be around people since this guy was the worst kind of introvert… but he doesn't miss any chances to join our dinners or lunch for that matter.

'He loves the things that Eon makes, especially the spicy things. After Ezra, he is the one with the most spice tolerance among our friends.'

The two of them sotis even fight to see who can eat spicier things… I rember once they got so serious they asked him to make the spiciest thing he possibly could.

'He warned them many tis that they would not be able to handle it even with all their willpower. But since they were adamant, he made them one of the spiciest things he could… and, had it not been for the special sweets that he had prepared beforehand, the two of them would have been in hospital that day.'

Spice was one thing, but overdosing on spice was not a good thing. Both of them learned it that day.

"Ah… I thought they could be saved."

"It is how nature has made them, Quin. Even if there is a way to save a few, we could not change them all.

It would not be the right thing to do in the first place."

Patting her shoulders, I continued with my food…

We were in the common house kitchen, a place only the captains could access. And there were a little too many people once again.

"So soup here please!"

"Soone pass the condints on the fourth table!"

"We need more rice! Who's bringing the rice?!"

Even though a lot of us were eating, my darling was preparing the food along with Lizzy, Captain Alpha, and a few others while so other students were serving the students.

"It's quite cheerful here."

Even a few teachers had joined us today and were sitting on a separate table, enjoying the feast with us.

"He brought everyone together."

We had finished our main practical exams and now only one test was left. And that, too, was not going to be sothing too difficult as Economy and currency was one of the subjects that the students of the grand academy were taught in great detail.

We were trained for any kind of economic situation we face.

'The graduates of the academy were at least never going to live poor or broke unless they wanted it.'

Even as first years, we understood a great deal about the markets and how the economy worked so going forward, money and economy was not going to be an issue for us.

There was no need to even read for this test so, it was pretty surprising that they always gave a holiday before this test and how there was no information about the tests that they take on this subject.

'Well… Eon said there is nothing to worry about this subject, so he was making food to feed all the mouths in this room for free.'

Many saw it as rely a free gourt food party, so were here because we invited them, while so were here just because they heard about the free food.

So were surely here to keep an eye on us as well… but the reason he gave away all this food for free exactly had this reason behind it.

"His food brings everyone together. And he isn't the one that makes everything, alright? There are always people that help him."

Looking at the rest of them with a serious expression, I savoured another spoon of his delicious stew.

He surely was a sorcerer when it ca to cooking.

"Yeah, sure. Whatever you say, Captain Uriel."

They only looked at for a mont when I said he was not the reason everyone ca together and ate with people that they might have never even approached.

They knew the truth so they just laughed at my serious look.

"You bastards have grown up hun? Now even my serious look is just a joke to you all."

With a smirk on my face, I nodded at them and looked down at the pretty food items covering the long tables before us.

"You all do know that if I want, I can stop all these food parties, hun?"

"..."

"...hun?"

"Wait, what?"

As his fiancee, I at least had enough control over him that I could stop these unnecessary parties for a few weeks during the curriculum.

'There will be a long break now so they aren't going to have any chance to enjoy this food anyway, but if I want, I can make it so that they never get this food even when we co back.'

It was not easy to forget this Amazing food anyway, and getting addicted to so of the things that resonate with individuals was a common thing.

'People have already been attached to a few items and what if they don't get them for a while even though I could enjoy it all whenever I want?'

They would obviously envy , and then they would not underestimate like they are doing right now.

My simple sentence just now made them realise this fact.

"Nah. you're too soft for sothing like that."

But then Tia laughed and shook her head as she continued with her three layered pie.

She knew I liked them so much that seeing them suffering without his food would make feel guilty and I would cave quickly.

But she was underestimating .

"Try , dear. You'd be surprised to see my endurance level." I simply smiled at her and took a sip from the strange drink he had sohow made from who knows what.

It sure was delicious though.

"..."

Tia was silent once again. And the smile I had was not the one I have when I am bluffing or joking.

If they continue the way they act with , they will have to face consequences.

So…

"Just act better around and you will enjoy your favourite food until the day we graduate."

This was not aid at our group sitting on this table but towards every single person present here.

It was also a reminder that they will not get to enjoy any of it after they graduate from the academy, so they better cherish the opportunities they are getting thanks to allowing it to them and be grateful to .

'I'd appreciate it if they pay for the food they eat, but most of the students here including the nobles and royals won't be able to afford the things that they eat with us.'

It's all priceless if I say so myself, so it is free and the costliest things in the world at the sa ti.

"Anyway… any plans for tomorrow?"

No one knew what was going to ask or what kind of test it would be anyway.

It is the last and the most mysterious test among all of them, so it's a little worriso for so students, but still, it is not going to be that difficult if we know and understand the money.

"Hmm? Tomorrow."

And since tomorrow is a holiday anyway, instead of wasting ti packing bags, it's much better to go around and have so fun on our second last day together.
