[Rein’s POV: ]
The world is pure chaos.
Filled with particles and waves and lights and energies, all that is present around us is simply a materialisation of different kinds of vibrations that ultimately gives a Shape to everything that we see.
’And only when we see it, it possesses the kind of physical form that it does.’
The unstable nature of everything is stabilised by the ’observation’ that happens.
When we observe sothing, it forgets its unstable nature and takes on a physical form which, ultimately, gains mass, and later, when light is reflected off of it and enters our eyes, we perceive those things.
’Sothing similar happens when we use Mana or so other form of energy to perceive the things in our environnt that we otherwise coil not.’
We do that by sending the energy into the surroundings, which either reflects off of it or gets absorbed by sothing.
We then observe the energy that is returning back to us, like echoes to the bats, and understand them through our innate understanding of the Mana or energy or just leave it to our instincts without consciously thinking about it.
’The concept of consciousness… is sothing complex. Even with the ability to see truths, it’s not sothing one could just see.’
At first, I, too, saw this world as simply how others saw it.
I had the ability to see the status windows of the others, to see a few things that the others could not, like information about things that I’ve never seen before.
"Rein?"
That ability help[ed imnsely throughout my life… be it for telling poison apart from elixir, be it for searching treasure from a pile of trash, or to see the movents of the enemy on a battlefield.
’My whole life, I trusted that ability as nothing more than a special innate skill that I was born with. Sothing that also had its limitations, and sothing that was pretty close to many other skills available in this world.’
The first ti this ability to ’see’ was expended, I was able to see more than just the status of soone.
’My eyes started talking with … as if they were conscious themselves.’
In each of the ’screens’ that they would show , there would be words, information told in a way that seed unnatural…
’Since I knew it was strange, I found it to be even more intriguing. But, nothing beyond that.’
It was still a skill to . A tool, a weapon that helped in various situations.
’It wasn’t until I was able to see the bonds and quantified data above the heads of people that I realised this ability wasn’t simply limited to my skill.’
Yes the skill I possessed allowed to see things, but what told those things was sothing more than those eyes of mine.
"Rein…"
There was sothing more than just the eyes that I possessed, and the eyes that I had were simply a dium for that ’thing’ for that unknown power to communicate with .
’When I started seeing the nas of people I had never known, with the intensity of their strengths shining in their nas, I knew I had the ability to see more than just what the other ’skills’ were able to see.’
Slowly, as I started learning about the truths and how this world was more than just what we ’saw’ with our eyes, after that incident with Eon and his card skill where I accidentally ended up seeing this ’World’... I understood the vastness that I’ve never known about.
The world… the elents within this world, the things that make it, the elents of uniqueness… there are so simple things and there are so things that just don’t make any sense in this universe.
’There are many stars out there. The stars we see in the sky aren’t actually what they truly are.’
The stars we see in the sky aren’t really present above us as many children might know. They are far away from us, like the sun and the moon that we see
So of the scholars would understand just how far away these celestial objects actually are, and so might even know just how far the stars that we see every night truly are.
If soone is an expert in the cosmic field, they would even know how the light of the stars that we see right now, is reaching us after several hundred or thousand years of travel.
’It is conceptual knowledge that the light is the fastest traveling ’entity’ in the universe. But, the aning of that concept isn’t sothing even the smartest of the scholars would understand.’
But that changes when you are actually able to see the universe as a whole.
’When you look at sothing from the perspective of a higher being, from perhaps how the gods residing in the higher realm might look at it, you’d understand the insignificance of every object compared to the other, and the aning of Distance.’
The reason a space exists is because of the existence of two or more objects existing in relation to one another.’
Only when we see one of the objects in relation to the other is when we can say there exists so form of distance between them, and thus between them and us.
"Hello there… Reinelle. Are you listening?"
Without any reference point, the concept of space becos far more complex than what we understand, and without the concept of space itself, the ’world’ itself becos far more complicated than we understand.’
’What Eon might have experienced when he entered that unique state of mind and nearly reached an artificial state of ’Nirvana’ must be what it’s like to not be in the presence of any space.’
And, since space and ti go hand in hand, just like the relatedness of space, the relatedness of ti also vanishes in a world without any point of reference.
’Now, the thing that becos increasingly difficult to understand as we look at the vastness of this world and the non-fictional elents present here, we would be able to understand the Truths that we have never been able to see ourselves.’
When I first saw the universe, I was enchanted by its vastness. I thought about it most of the ti, and I had nightmares where I would find myself experiencing the sa sensation I had experienced when looking at it.’
Sotis, it was painful. But since darling was there, it was easier to get through them.
But then there were also tis when I found myself contemplating those things, about the truths and the universe and the things that I’ve never thought of before.
I thought, and I thought, and I kept thinking without realising how the ti was passing…
Sotis, I spent hours thinking about these things… sotis, it was days. Sotis, I did most of my daily tasks while still being lost in thought about those things, and when I was going too far, Eon brought back to the present.
Sotis, I was not aware of what I was doing, and sotis, it simply was too difficult to snap back to reality from that Fictional world of… vastness.
"Haaaa…"
’At so point, I realised how the flow of ti I feel, my inability to feel the fleeting nature of ti, stems from my ability to see things that aren’t perceived by others.’
A reference point is needed for the perception of ti as well as space, and even though it’s not always, my presence, my perception, and my mind is the reason I perceive ti as sothing more concrete than the others.

Ever since experiencing that Divine nature of my eyes in that dungeon, which, as I realised wasn’t part of my eyes by my mind and soul, I experience sothing similar to the ti I experienced the Universe.
’When I was able to actually See the truths, the world around , the things that were present around and the things that I’ve never known were a part of my environnt, I was sohow able to interact with them as well.’
Strings connecting and my darling, strings that vibrated and created nearly all the elents present around us, there were things that seed similar to the elents of the universe that I had seen before and then there were also the things that I just didn’t understand.
"Looks like she’s lost in her thoughts again, Celes."
The world in that dungeon, the giant structure that we couldn’t normally perceive… the actual mountainous figure of the dungeon’s guardian snake with those unique green eyes.
’That being reminded of Miss Wali’s partner, Mister Albert… at least in so way, that mountainous being made into a sculpture reminded of his snake form.’
He wasn’t a snake, both of them were divinities so I don’t think they would show us their true forms anyway, but they were certainly not normal in any way.
And just like them, that being, that place, and what I experienced there wasn’t normal at all…
’I’ve not been able to sleep for the last two nights. There’s this strange pressure in the front of my head, and I’m constantly lost in thought, detached from the world around .’
I don’t know if I’m doing that… if I’ve fallen into this strange state of thoughts where I just think and talk to myself about vague and uncommon things, and yes it scares even sotis.

"Ugh…"
Thankfully, there’s soone to yank out of that unwanted pit of thoughts.
"Hey there. You back yet?"
"It… it would be pretty difficult to keep thinking if you bang your head against mine like that… darling."
He uses so of his Solnova and a combination of complex spells to do that, or so he says, but it brings back.
"That was the sixth ti today, Rein… are you sure you’re fine?"
Currently, we were preparing for the departure to the island where he and the President would be conducting their experint on Life bringing elixir.
The headmaster was going to be here tonight so, we were going to greet him later as well, but, for now, we were preparing for the departure… and while my body was working as usual it had been since the last few days, I was once again lost in thoughts.
"I think we should tell the headmaster. See if he knows anything about your condition…"
I’ve already been making him worried ever since we ca back, but he wasn’t complaining.
"I’m sure he’s going to have a lot of questions for us anyway."
He… simply did what he had to, smiled at from ti to ti, and comforted when I needed to.
’The only reason I haven’t drowned in my thoughts, perhaps, is because of him and the talks that we have been having.’
He’s doing so much for , and yet, I have… I have no control over this state of mine.
"Haaaa."
I don’t even have any words left to thank him anymore.
’I’m… just grateful that he’s here with .’
