Finn Deimne, Gareth Landrock, and Riveria Ljos Alf sat in their executive office this morning watching two figures fight over free space inside the Twilight Manor.
The two figures were moving like the wind and moved faster and faster before turning into a hurricane.
Silver gleams clashed with each other, creating a loud tal collision sound.
“Haha… the hatchling is going to grow up soon,” Gareth said with a laugh.
Finn nodded and said, “Yeah, can you imagine defeating the Goliath when you’re only on a Level 2 adventure?”
“….” Gareth and Riveria.
If the three of them didn’t hear the story from the mouth of Lefiya and Line, they wouldn’t believe it. However, they knew there wasn’t any reason for Lefiya, Tsukasa, and Line to lie, so they quickly accepted this unbelievable fact.
Also, they must admit, his swordsmanship was amazing.
Ais might be known as a “Sword Princess,” but in front of Tsukasa, they thought of her as a hatchling.
“Still, their relationship is good.” Gareth looked at Riveria and asked, “Don’t you feel happy about this, mom?”
“Don’t call mom, you dwarf! I am still in my 90s!” Riveria didn’t feel angry being called a mom. Instead, she just felt annoyed towards Gareth, who was a dwarf, since the relationship between a dwarf and an elf wasn’t amicable to begin with. However, as a teammate who had fought together for so many years, they could trust each other and fight side-by-side.
As for being called a mom, Riveria felt happy and proud since she was the one who had taken care of Ais from her childhood. She didn’t have a child or a husband, so she had always thought of her as her daughter.
However, Riveria felt strange when she saw how close Tsukasa and Ais were. She was the one who told him to get closer to Ais, but when they got so close, she felt an emotion that she had never felt before born inside her heart.
Still, Gareth and Finn didn’t notice the change in Riveria since Riveria was a high elf. She was famous for her devoid of impurities, so they didn’t think she would find a man so soon.
“Still, their relationship is going to beco ssy.” Finn looked at the corner of the free space where they could see a wolverine, an amazoness, and an elf hidden while watching the figures of two people who trained together.
Finn shook his head and decided to throw this matter aside and said, “We’ll start our expedition soon. I wonder when he’s going to beco a Level 3. After all, if he becos a Level 3, he can beco a great help in this expedition.”
“Oi! Oi! He has just beco a Level 2, you know? Do you think he’ll beco a Level 3 soon?” Gareth asked dumbfoundedly.
“I agree with Finn,” Riveria suddenly said.
“What?” Gareth looked at Riveria, and it might be his imagination that he felt she had a good impression of Tsukasa. He wasn’t sure why, but was it a romance?
If so, Gareth was going to celebrate if they had children.
“Why do you think so, Riveria?” Finn asked curiously.
“It’s just intuition.” Riveria smiled and said, “I am sure he’s going to surprise all of us.”
“……”
Finn and Gareth looked at each other and wondered whether Riveria had also fallen for him.
“Is it only , or are you thinking sothing rude now?” Riveria asked while squinting her eyes at Finn and Gareth.
Finn and Gareth shook their heads at the sa ti.
“Also, Finn, you don’t have the right to talk about his relationship, especially when you haven’t solved your relationship,” Riveria said, pointing out where it was hurt for Finn.
Being reminded, Finn let out a tired sigh, but he didn’t have a way to solve his relationship unless he married her. Anyway, let’s change the topic and talk about the expedition since soon, they would about to start their next expedition.
While the three discussed the expedition, Ais and Tsukasa clashed over their swords.
Ais didn’t use her Level 5 adventurer power. Instead, she matched Tsukasa’s strength and only fought him with swordsmanship.
However, she didn’t see a chance to win at all!
Not only did Ais not see a chance to win, but Tsukasa also learned her swordsmanship in a short ti and even made it several tis better, which made her even helpless!
Still, while all of his moves were beautiful, they were all aid at her vitals.
Ais knew she couldn’t relax her guard or else…
“……..”
“You lose.”
Ais looked at the sharp blade, which was a centiter away from her neck, and couldn’t help but gulp before feeling frustrated at her loss.
Tsukasa re-sheathed his sword and said, “Don’t get frustrated. If you can defeat my swordsmanship easily, what’s the point of my training?”
Ais was at a loss, then looked at Tsukasa and called his na softly. “…Tsukasa.” Her mouth squird for a mont before she asked, “Can you teach your swordsmanship?” She wanted to beco stronger, and she knew by learning his swordsmanship, she could beco stronger.
“No.” Tsukasa shook his head without hesitation.
“…….” Ais.
“If you learn my swordsmanship, you’ll ss up everything. You might even beco weaker.”
Tsukasa explained how Ais’s swordsmanship and fighting style had already been ingrained in her body, and if he trained his swordsmanship on her, it would ss up all the things she had learned. Also, it wasn’t like she could learn his swordsmanship either, and instead of learning from zero, it was better to expand, dwell, and further enhance what she had.
Even though it might be cruel, swordsmanship was also a matter of talent.
Hard work might be paid off, but how many years would it be paid off?
Not everyone was like him, who could learn anything almost instantly after all.
Tsukasa could see how impatient Ais was, and he was sure this girl couldn’t endure such a tornt. “If you want, I can help you to create a swordsmanship that is suitable for you.” Anyway, he just needed to further strengthen Ais’s current swordsmanship, and it was sothing easy for him.
“…Thank you.” While Ais felt happy, she felt she had always received sothing. She wanted to repay him sothing, but she didn’t know what to do. She wanted to say sothing, but she didn’t know what to say.
“Ais, can you tell sothing?” Tsukasa asked.
“…What?” Ais looked up and gazed into his appearance.
“Why do you want to beco stronger in a hurry? You’re already strong, you know?” Tsukasa said.
Ais was stunned for a mont before she bit her lips and said, “I… I am not strong enough.”
“…..” Tsukasa knew he had walked into the landmine, so he apologized, “Well, I am sorry if I have said sothing rude to you.”
“No, no, it’s not your fault.” Ais quickly said since she didn’t want to make him uncomfortable.
“Well, should we eat? We have been working out for a while, after all,” Tsukasa said while rubbing his stomach, changing the topic of conversation naturally.
Ais looked at Tsukasa for a mont before she nodded. It might be impossible to say it now, but in the future, she hoped she could say what she wanted to tell him.
“Co on, Ais,” Tsukasa said while looking at Ais.
“Yes.” Ais nodded obediently.
As the two stood while facing each other, making it hard for the three figures to see them, a wind blew and caused Ais’s skirt to flip.
‘White…’ Tsukasa murmured while looking at Ais’s panties, but then he realized Ais had been staring at him.
“……”
Ais and Tsukasa stared at each other for a mont in silence.
Ais wasn’t sure why, but her face turned bright red and felt so hot. Also, she just wanted to run away!
However, Ais kept staring at Tsukasa since his expression was quite unique.
“Thank you very—I an, I am sorry, Ais,” Tsukasa apologized sincerely since he almost slipped with his words.
“No, it’s okay. It was the wind’s fault…” Ais said quietly. “Let-Let’s go, Tsukasa. Let’s eat.”
“Okay.”
The two walked together, but sohow, there was this sweet-bitter atmosphere around them, which caused the three figures who hid to grit their teeth bitterly.
