Musical instrunts exist in every world, as music itself is a form of spiritual enjoynt for humans and even intelligent beings.
There are all kinds of instrunts in Orario, but Altair definitely wouldn't find modern instrunts there, like drum sets, guitars, or various electronic devices. To recreate the BGM from his mory was going to take a lot of ti.
"This skill's prerequisites are really a hassle, way more complicated than I imagined."
Looking at the nurous instrunts he had crafted, Altair muttered to himself in frustration.
"Did I get this skill because of Hiroyuki Sawano? After all, Sawano was responsible for composing the music for Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, and he's the only standout in that ani. So, after clearing the world, I got a skill related to BGM?"
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress's plot, to be honest, is a patchwork. It has elents of Attack on Titan, Guilty Crown, and overall, it's a bit of a ss. But Hiroyuki Sawano's music is undeniably top-notch, which is why so many big productions started hiring him to boost their scores.
Altair really liked Sawano's music, and now that he had a BGM skill, he decided to test it out by recreating so famous BGM pieces from his mory to see what kinds of buffs he could get.
Considering that Sawano often used orchestral arrangents, Altair decided to craft as many instrunts as possible. Better to have too many than not enough.
Luckily, his second skill was Wolf Wisdom; otherwise, he wouldn't have known what to do after obtaining this skill.
Altair bought various materials from the market in Orario and spent days in his lab crafting different instrunts. The modern instrunts he created intrigued Hestia. Even though she wasn't the Goddess of Music, she couldn't resist touching each one, testing them out.
To store all these instrunts, Altair designated a room on the second floor as a warehouse, with another room serving as a recording studio. Fortunately, the manor they had purchased was large enough with plenty of rooms. If they were still in the church's basent, there would have been no space to store them all.
"Altair-kun, are all of these really instrunts?"
Looking at the unfamiliar instrunts in front of her, Hestia asked curiously.
"That's right. These are all used for making music. I crafted every instrunt I might need so that I don't run into any last-minute problems."
Altair had spent five whole days in his lab creating these instrunts. That was fast, thanks to so materials in this world being good substitutes. Otherwise, crafting so many instrunts would've taken even more ti.
Luckily, after all that effort, the result was worth it. The wide range of instrunts now gave Altair everything he needed to satisfy his creative impulses.
Among the instrunts, Hestia's favorite was the piano. She loved its sound and was now sitting on the piano bench, chatting with Altair.
"Why do you need so many instrunts, Altair-kun? What kind of song are you planning to play?"
"They're for so really interesting pieces of music."
"But all of these songs are for your skill, right? Altair, your skills keep getting weirder and weirder. I know I've said this before, but I just have to say it again... your skills are really strange."
Altair had naturally told Hestia about his new skill. All the skills the system gave him were reflected on the skill panel Hestia was aware of. She didn't care where Altair's skills ca from... what mattered to her was that they kept getting stranger.
"Weird or not, as long as it makes stronger, that's all that matters."
"Umu! You're right, Altair-kun. Who cares if it's weird? As long as you're getting stronger, it's fine!"
"By the way, Hestia, where's Saeko?"
"Saeko went into the dungeon today. She won't be back until this evening."
"Alright, then it's just the two of us for now. Hestia, co help out."
"Okay!"
Altair had spent five days preparing for his new skill and hadn't had ti to enter the dungeon. Saeko, on the other hand, was still level 1 and needed to level up, so she went into the dungeon on her own to train. When Altair accompanied her, she could grind monsters on the 27th floor, but without him, she stuck to the 1st to 17th floors for safety. The experience and training weren't as good as on the 27th floor, but they were enough for her at this stage. With the weapons Altair had provided, Saeko didn't have to worry about her safety.
With only Altair and Hestia left in the Familia manor, the two of them began working together.
Altair's BGM skill functioned like a computer program. It didn't need physical equipnt; it was like a 4D Pocket, existing in the void. To activate the skill, Altair had to record music first, then upload it, like posting a video online. You had to upload the video, wait for approval, and once it was approved, it could be played.
So, Altair needed to record a song first. Since he didn't have enough people to play all the instrunts, he decided to record each part separately and then piece everything together into a complete song before uploading it to the skill.
Hestia helped him operate the recording equipnt while Altair played the instrunts in the recording studio.
"Altair-kun, everything's ready over here!"
Hestia gave him the OK sign, signaling that he could start. Altair nodded and began to think.
"Alright, let's start by choosing the first song to play."
There were many famous BGM tracks to choose from, and many of them were tied to specific iconic scenes, which made them even more morable. For example, Hiroyuki Sawano's pieces often played during major monts.
"Since I got this skill from one of Sawano-sensei's works, I'll start with one of his tracks."
Sawano had composed many morable pieces, and Altair decided to begin with an entrance the!
