The main high-ranking mbers of the Committee are almost all from the Four Great Families. Each of these families controls different aspects of power, and the one responsible for overseeing the palace where Sun Wukong is sealed is the Mifutsuguji Family, which has always held the power of the Palace.
In particular, the leader of the Palace is the young master of the Mifutsuguji Family, Mifutsuguji Mikihiko.
The Mifutsuguji Family was the most anxious about the sudden orders issued by Altair, as they were completely unable to break the binding ritual that restrained Sun Wukong in a short amount of ti.
They knew how to break the ritual, but it required fulfilling three major conditions: first, the manifestation of the divine spirit of the Dragon-Snake; second, a treasured sword capable of weakening the "ritual"; and third, a shrine maiden with the ability to purify calamities, wielding the sword and using spiritual power.
Luo Hao spent many years gathering these three conditions, especially the first one—the manifestation of the Dragon-Snake's divine spirit—which required a heretic god with the attributes of a Dragon-Snake.
This condition was fulfilled when the Arican Campione, John Smith, captured Ansela, who had been wreaking havoc in the United States. Ansela could transform herself into the serpentine Leviathan, possessing the divine spirit of the Dragon-Snake.
However, at this ti, John Smith had not yet captured her, and Japan had no heretic gods with Dragon-Snake attributes. Even if such a heretic god appeared, the current strength of the Committee would not allow them to capture it in a short ti.
Thus, the Mifutsuguji Family was in a state of extre distress.
"The other three families must assist us. This matter cannot be handled by the Mifutsuguji Family alone. That is a Demon King, and we cannot face it alone!"
"Exactly. If the other families refuse to help, we should drag them all down with us. No one will get out of this unscathed!"

We speculate that he traveled from Northern Europe to there by flight, but there was no one nad Altair on the flight manifest. After that, the new king swiftly defeated Luo Hao and beca the new king. Luo Hao stepped down, and within a week of taking power, the new king issued orders to us."
This information was basically in the hands of every magical organization that was paying attention to the new king. It was all useless information, except for the fact that the new king first appeared in Norway. Oh, and one more thing—this new king was quite experienced in brutality. After defeating Luo Hao, he imdiately issued orders to Japan.
The Committee had no idea how this new king would act. They dared not test him, because this new king would really take action. According to reliable intelligence, Luo Hao had been beaten by this new king twice!
