"She’s seeking death!"

The one who had his leg chopped off was rely one of the bodyguards of the rich second-generation, but Lin Hao was still furious.

"Mu Ri! If you’re a man, keep your promise. Didn’t you say that if I injured one of your people, you’d kill two of mine, and if I injured two, you’d exterminate my rfolk? Don’t just hide on the ship playing the fool; I’m right here waiting for you. You’re so arrogant—co on, co kill , co and annihilate my rfolk!"

From afar, Michelle Miller’s bellowing voice could be heard. Then, five hundred rfolk shouted these words toward the direction of the Ancient Ship, as if knowing Lin Hao was on board.

The roaring cries of the five hundred rfolk, like rolling thunder, carried over from the distance, and even from the far-off Ancient Ship, everyone could hear them loud and clear.

"It’s a bluff to scare you. There’s a power on Death Island that the Fish Demon clan fears. They wouldn’t dare to approach, and it’s even less likely that they know you’re here." The Great Witch withdrew his gaze, worried that Lin Hao would act impulsively and quickly spoke up.

As he said these words, in the distance on Skeleton Island, Michelle Miller provocatively waved to the Ancient Ship, then turned and sliced a bodyguard, who had just had his leg severed, in half at the waist.

Half a body dangled from the rope, swinging in mid-air while intestines and organs fell from the cavity, seized eagerly by the ugly rfolk below, fighting over who would consu them first.

Clearly, Michelle Miller had learned the identities of Song Qinghong and his party through torture.

She suspended Song Qinghong and the other two Direct Lineage mbers the highest, with huge hooks piercing through their Pipa Bones, as blood slowly dripped from the wounds, following the contour of the hooks, drop by drop to the ground.

Below them hung Louis Diobus and other rich second-generations.

These people were simply tied up tightly and though they looked tortured, their injuries were not severe.

The bodyguards below had it worst, hanging lower and beaten to a pulp, especially the bodyguard who had just had his lower body severed by Michelle Miller. He was not yet dead and struggled in agony, half his body swaying in mid-air — a sight terribly pitiful.

This was exactly the effect Michelle Miller wanted.

She would start by killing and torturing so irrelevant bodyguards like these.

If Lin Hao didn’t show up, she would then move on to targeting the second-generations until it ca down to Song Qinghong and the other few from the Direct Lineage.

The sea breeze howled, and storm clouds lood above in the darkened sky, illuminated by lightning.

Amid the sound of the wind, Lin Hao thought he heard the voices of Song Qinghong and Song Taishan Huai Shian.

"This is a trap, don’t co to save us!"

"They’re waiting for you to walk into your death, don’t co!"

"Leave, don’t worry about us!"

The voices were faint, almost indistinguishable, but Lin Hao was sure he had heard them.

"She’s seeking death!"

At this mont, Lin Hao felt an unprecedented surge of anger, his eyes flashing with a cold light, wanting nothing more than to rush to the rescue.

However, the Great Witch by his side emitted a cooling aura, enveloping Lin Hao within it.

With the presence of this aura, Lin Hao, who had been enraged, suddenly felt his mind clear.

"Follow , it’s a trap."

The Great Witch withdrew his gaze, no longer looking towards Skeleton Island, turned around, walked to the stern of the ship, and then dove into the sea. He then floated on the surface, looking up at Lin Hao.

Lin Hao knew that the Great Witch was right.

It was indeed a trap, and a deadly one at that.

Last ti, after being struck by the Catastrophe Heavenly Thunder by Michelle Miller, Lin Hao knew he could not withstand the rfolk with his current strength.

The Great Witch was right; they needed to find a way to counter the rfolk’s ability to call down heavenly thunder before they could infiltrate the Fish Demon stronghold.

And that thod, legend had it, lay sowhere beneath this vast sea.

"Mu Ri, you coward!"

"You claid you would kill our entire rfolk clan, didn’t you? Co on, why don’t you show yourself!"

"Mu Ri, if you dare, co out. I want to challenge you to a duel!"

On Skeleton Island, the voices of the rfolk were relentless, one wave after another.

Lin Hao’s mouth twitched slightly, a cold light flickering in his eyes.

He turned to look at the ancient folk aboard the ship.

"Who is willing to run an errand for over there?"

Run an errand?

No one knew what Lin Hao wanted to do; everyone exchanged looks of surprise.

Going to Skeleton Island, where there were so many Fish Demons present, wasn’t that akin to courting death?

"I need soone to deliver a ssage there."

Lin Hao said this and took out paper and pen on the ship, writing down a line of words, then speaking to the people around him, "Just deliver this paper over there."

"I’ll go. With the aid of the wind, I can manage to deliver this paper," spoke one of the ancient folk, stepping forward and taking the note from Lin Hao’s hand.

"Thank you."

Lin Hao nodded his head, then turned and with a splash, he jumped into the sea as well.

This sea area was shrouded in mystery.

In this world, cut off from the rest, even the seawater was unlike any other.

This is also where Lin Hao had been rescued.

Lin Hao didn’t know why he suddenly appeared here from the entrance of Skeleton Island, but he deduced that soone had deliberately orchestrated it.

"Can you find traces of your energy?"

As geese pass leaving behind sound, people pass leaving behind their na.

Although several days had gone by, Lin Hao, with his acute sense, might still be able to capture the trajectory of his own energy in the sea.

Even though this energy had beco disordered in the seawater by now.

"Let try."

In the ocean, both Lin Hao and the Great Witch survived through their powerful cultivation. At this mont, Primordial Qi surged around Lin Hao as he operated the Ancient Swallowing Heaven Technique, and a formidable force of Primordial Qi created an air bubble around him.

Lin Hao floated within this air bubble.

Concentrating, he extended his senses, letting his perceptual powers spread in all directions.

While Lin Hao was searching for traces of his own energy, a skiff set out from the Ancient Ship above the waves, swiftly approaching Skeleton Island.

When it reached a re arrow’s shot away from Skeleton Island, a figure appeared on the skiff and let loose an arrow.

"Capture him!" Michelle Miller’s eyes flashed coldly on Skeleton Island; at her command, dozens of ugly rmaids dove into the sea.

However, the skiff had anticipated the Fish Demons’ attack, and after launching the arrow, it had already sped back riding the big waves.

"Report! We didn’t catch the person, but we found this."

Before long, the pursuing Half rmaids returned empty-handed, and a grotesque Half rmaid holding an arrow and a piece of paper approached.

The paper was made from plant skins on Death Island, and the characters were ancient script used on Death Island.

The Fish Demons naturally recognized these characters. Upon reading it, a fierce golden light erupting in Michelle Miller’s eyes, her handso face twisted in ferocity, turning to look towards the depth of the sea, at the grand Ancient Ship, and grinding her teeth.

"He’s actually not dead!"

"He’s on that ship!"

"The Azure Crystal must be there too!"

Michelle Miller was seething with murderous intent, suddenly tearing the paper in her hand to shreds, turning to look at the distant Ancient Ship and yelling furiously, "He even dares to threaten ! If he’s brave enough, co and face one-on-one!"

Before the words ended, Michelle Miller, enraged, turned and with a slash, struck another bodyguard at the waist.

A blood-curdling scream pierced the heavens and earth. Being cut at the waist was the utmost agony; even an ordinary person could only watch themselves bleed to death, to say nothing of Cultivators whose severed torsos hung from ropes, swinging, imdiately turning the entire island into Hell.
