The Profound Thunder Great Emperor was equally surprised. Over the years, he had been studying ways to break the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array and was seventy to eighty percent confident this ti.
But even seventy to eighty percent confidence didn’t guarantee a successful break-in.
Unexpectedly, soone had already broken in before them.

Could it be the Nine Heavens Ascendant?
The Nine Heavens Ascendant was known as the foremost formation master of the Three Pure Continents.
It was rumored that he, too, was interested in the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array.
While pondering, the Profound Thunder Great Emperor took out an Array Plate, on which was etched a Five Elents Formation Talisman that closely resembled the one Yang Xiaotian had conjured, though his was more intricate.
However, in breaking arrays, more intricate runes aren’t always better. Sotis simpler runes achieve better results.
"Everyone, lend your strength!" decreed the Profound Thunder Great Emperor in a deep voice. He, along with the other experts, channeled Buddhist Techniques, infusing Buddha Force into the center of the Array Plate.
Instantly, the Five Elents Runes on the Array Plate radiated beams of Buddha Light.
These lights ford into a Buddha Shadow.
Yet, the Buddha Shadow was much fainter than the one ford by Yang Xiaotian’s Five Elents Runes.
"Go!" With a wave of one hand, the Profound Thunder Great Emperor sent the Five Elents Formation Disk slowly towards the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array. As it neared, the emitted light gradually dispersed the Five Elents Mist, albeit slowly, far less efficiently than Yang Xiaotian’s thod.
After quite so ti, a path was finally cleared ahead.
Only then did the Profound Thunder Great Emperor and his group of experts proceed into the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array.
They continued infusing Buddha Force into the Five Elents Formation Disk, using it to clear the mist ahead.
The group from the Profound Thunder Empire advanced slowly.
In contrast, Yang Xiaotian moved at an impressive pace. He scarcely needed to control the Five Elents Divine Talisman, which continued to emit layers of Buddha Light, making the Buddha Shadow as solid as ever.
Under the continual glow of the Five Elents Divine Talisman, the mist ahead was continuously driven away.
In less than a quarter of an hour, Yang Xiaotian and Lu Lao had passed through the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array.
Upon crossing through, Lu Lao couldn’t believe it as he looked back at the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array, still roiling with mist.

With the Five Elents Divine Talisman guiding them, the journey was much easier for the two.
Not far ahead, Lu Lao spotted another Dao Five Elents Holy Stone, but this one was gigantic— as tall as a person, twice the height of the half-human-sized stone they had acquired before!
Not only twice as tall but also thicker, brighter, and of higher quality Five Elents Sacred Qi.
Its Five Elents Sacred Qi clung to the stone’s surface, flitting about like elves.
Yang Xiaotian’s eyes lit up. The summit of the Five Elents Holy Mountain was indeed a treasure trove. Upon entry, they had already encountered such a large Dao Five Elents Holy Stone.
Of course, Yang Xiaotian did not stand on ceremony, and stored the Dao Five Elents Holy Stone in the Tribulation Dragon Ring, then continued on with Lu Lao.
Soon after, they encountered another Dao Five Elents Holy Stone.
Though not as large as the previous one, it was still the size of a soccer ball.
After collecting it, they continued forward.
Amongst the summit, besides the Dao Five Elents Holy Stones, were nurous Five Elents Divine dicines, but unfortunately, the oldest were no more than ninety million years old.

After gathering over a dozen Dao Five Elents Holy Stones, Yang Xiaotian and Lu Lao finally ca upon a palace at the mountain’s peak.

After a pause, Yang Xiaotian and Lu Lao approached the Five Elents Palace. Circumventing a Great Array Prohibition, they stood before the palace.
On the palace’s grand doors was carved a statue of a Sacred Buddha clad in a Five Elents Kasaya.
Yang Xiaotian’s gaze fixed upon the Kasaya, which also contained a Five Elents Formation that they needed to break to enter.
Yang Xiaotian began examining the Five Elents Formation on the Kasaya, much as he had before.
This Five Elents Formation, though more intricate than the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array, shared a common origin. With his previous experience in breaking the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array, cracking the Kasaya’s Five Elents Formation was much easier, taking less than an hour to devise a solution.
Yang Xiaotian’s hands moved, the Energy of the Five Elents flowed into the previous Five Elents Runes, transforming them, the erging glow distinctly different.
As Yang Xiaotian worked on breaking the Kasaya’s Five Elents Formation, the group from the Profound Thunder Empire had also passed through the Five Elents Sacred Buddha Great Array and flew toward the palace.
