After finishing their drinks, Tangyu and the two others returned to their room to rest.

It seems this scroll is at least a few thousand years old, yet it’s still so well-preserved, indicating that the material is extraordinary. Zi Cang pointed at two words and said, “I recognize these two: ‘Immortal Fate,’ words from the early Ancient Tis. I didn’t expect the cultivation world to use such words. As for the others, I don’t recognize them.”

Tangyu and Zi Cang both nodded in agreent, finding this a feasible thod.
Tangyu took out a piece of paper and copied down the characters on the scroll before putting the scroll away. Just as he was about to find Luo Binwang, he ca to them himself.
Luo Binwang handed Tangyu a Qiankun Bag and said, “This is the compensation from the Ling Family and Gao Family, forty thousand lower-grade Pure Yang Stones.”
Since it was previously agreed upon, Tangyu naturally accepted it without hesitation. With these forty thousand, plus the over ten thousand from the black-robed cultivator, Tangyu now had over fifty thousand lower-grade Pure Yang Stones.

Tangyu placed the copied paper in front of Luo Binwang and asked, “Family Head Luo, I have a request. Do you recognize these characters?”

The destination was Yanshan Sect, a distance of two thousand miles. Traveling by carriage, it would take three or four days.
Half a day’s journey had passed when suddenly the coachman shouted, ‘Whoa,’ bringing the carriage to a stop.
The sound of battle cries approached the carriage from all directions, and Luo Xiaobing’s delicate eyebrows furrowed: “We’ve encountered bandits, and it seems they’re quite formidable.”

Tangyu nodded with a smile, “Yes, complinting. Definitely complinting you. You shouldn’t call yourselves Male and Female Twin Killers anymore. How about calling yourselves the Licentious Man and Wayward Woman combo, or to keep it plain, just the Jokers combo? It suits you much better, absolutely fitting.”
The two finally understood the aning behind these words and got angry, “How dare you insult us, looking for death.”
Furious, the two charged straight at Tangyu. With their first move, Tangyu imdiately gauged their ability, which was rely Ninth Layer of the Fundantal Realm and not yet Mystic Law Realm.
Though their strength was passable, they encountered Tangyu and had no chance.
