Boundless Mariti Territory.
There is a colossal city here that, when viewed from above, resembles a furnace, eternally ablaze with roaring flas.
"Do you really an to bar our path?"
At this mont, within the city, a great number of strong individuals are assembled, and the whole city is on high alert, defending against the nurous powerful individuals who have them surrounded.
This city is also known as the Artifacts Refining City. Its lord with the surna Xu had heard about Great Wu's refining of sacred divine artifacts and initially wanted to move the entire city to Dawu. But others weren't so thrilled at the idea and they were surrounded by several god-like powers.
"Lord Xu Cheng, I advise you to stand down. Artifacts Refining City is fine right here, as you can see we choose to co here for refining because of the resources and our comfortable living situation. So why go anywhere else?"
Nurous strong individuals are blocking them, their intentions very clear - they don't want Lord Xu Cheng to leave with the Artifacts Refining City.
After all, if they go, the surrounding regions will be bereft of individual proficient in artifact refining.
"Do I need your permission to move my city?"
This Lord Xu is an irascible old man, apparently angered by their blockade.
His city of artisans is independent and self-reliant. Using their refining capabilities, he managed to attract countless refining masters, gradually becoming the center of several god-like powers, yet not their vassal.
What he had always dread of was to personally refine a sacred divine artifact.
Now, Dawu has presented this opportunity. How could he stay here any longer?
"And what are we to do if you leave?"
A god-like figure coldly stared at them.

They all knew that once Lord Xu Cheng left, he would not return. The god-like powers would lose soone to help refine their divine artifacts, sothing they're rather not see.
As for Dawu, it gave them a major headache.
With its welfare and the news of refining sacred divine artifacts, it had attracted nurous refining professionals.
"I don't care what happens to you. If you don't let go to Dawu to refine a sacred divine artifact, I'll make sure you pay the price!"
Lord Xu Cheng exploded with rage, his body brimming with mana.
"Well, let's give it a try, then."
The faction leaders were equally adamant, hoping that the Artifacts Refining City would cool down, but at the sa ti, they didn't want to offend them too much either.
"Try it, then!"
A sprawling fleet, darkening the sky and traversing the void, suddenly arrived at the Artifacts Refining City. The colossal warships stretched as far as eyes could see.
The arrival of the Dawu Fleet, with its imnse and terrifying warships, dwarfed the might of the rival factions.
"In obedience to our Sovereign's decree, we have co to escort the Refining Masters!"
A grand and sweeping army appeared, shouting together. Their montum was unstoppable, each soldier filled with indomitable confidence.
"The fleet of Dawu!"
Many people exclaid in shock.
The Dawu Fleet was unsurpassed in the world, a legion unparallel even for the eternal imperial forces.
Yu Shen Guang said, "Any who dare to detain and block the talents of Dawu are our enemies, t with the wrathful punishnt of the Great Wu Dynasty. As for all the talents who wish to join us, they will remain under the protection of Dawu."
"Kill, kill, kill!"
The grand army scread in chorus, shattering heavens and arousing a giant wave.
"Haha, Lord Xu Cheng!"
Yun Qi stood on a warship, spotting Lord Xu Cheng.
Lord Xu Cheng replied, "Yun Qi, you've co as well. It seems you're no longer a guest elder of Hantian Sect. I invited you to join the Artifacts Refining City, but it seems you chose to go straight to the refining holy land of Dawu."
"The Great Wu Dynasty, do you really intend to take Artifacts Refining City away!"
The complexions of the various powers darkened, giving way to fears.
Dawu's reputation was as great as any empire, gaining a status equivalent to the Eastern Forbidden Lands. Its impact was such that all but the powers held by divine sovereign themselves were in fear.
"Attack by the Dawu Armada!"
Yu Shen Guang did not wish to waste any more words and directly assud a confrontational stance.
"In concert with Dawu, let's fight our way out!"
An enraged Lord Xu Cheng declared.
"We bid our farewells."
Seeing Dawu's aggressive approach, a faction backed down. However fierce they showed themselves before, they fled even faster now. They simply could not face such an imnse army.
Probably only an empire could put up a fight against such a military.
"And they all flee faster than each other!"
Lord Xu Cheng sneered.
He had thought these people would put up a fight, but as soon as the Dawu Armada arrived, they all ran away.
"Lord Xu Cheng, board the warship, and join in eting our Sovereign."
....
The people of Artifacts Refining City were then led away.
The eternal world was becoming turbulent.
On the surface, not many factions chose to confront Dawu directly, but there were many who attempted to sabotage them covertly.
Troops of the Phantom Assassination Army, having traveled through the Void Gate, had began their operation, staging battles of assassinations and counter-assassinations.
Inside the Divine Martial Hall.
On this day, Chu Yuan sat on his majestic throne known as the Slaughter God Throne, watching as a number of refining masters, led by Xu Cheng and Yun Qi, entered the Divine Martial Hall.
"Honor to the Emperor!"
These refining masters looked up to the throne occupied by the majestic figure who held imnse power. Every move he made was as if he was a sovereign among gods. The intense imperial majesty commanded their respectful salutations.
"Welco all. You've co to our Dawu, where our refining holy land serves as a place for refining exchanges. Everyone who joins the refining holy land will be under our protection."
Chu Yuan noticed that many refining masters have arrived, including two or three gods among them, and he responded with a warm smile.
These were only the first arrivals. With ti passing, countless individuals will flock towards the refining holy land.
"It is our good fortune to be here in Dawu."
Lord Xu Cheng promptly said.
In front of the Martial Emperor, he dared not display his temperantal nature.
"Indeed, to be able to participate in the refining of a sacred divine artifact is the greatest fortune of all!"
Yun Qi added.
On their first day in Dawu, they were given a tour of the refining holy land under the guidance of Ouyang Ming. When they saw the Demon Sealing Tower, they were utterly astounded, feeling as if their previous crafts were like useless junk when compared.
They all understood.
When the Demon Sealing Tower ascended to be a sacred divine artifact, their refining accomplishnts would also advance.
"In Dawu, as long as you contribute, you can exchange your contributions for whatever you want. Detailed regulations have been printed and given to you in a handbook. Look at it carefully."
Chu Yuan raised his hand to signal a distribute of handbooks.
He very pleased that these god-like refining masters would join in the refining of the Demon Sealing Tower.
As for their disciples, they would be the labor force, who were to toil hard in providing Chu Yuan with materials, earning their contributions while greatly relieving the awkwardness of the shortage of manpower within the casting departnt.
"Contributions can be exchanged for so many things!"
Opening the handbook, they were all intrigued.
Especially after they learned that, Dawu had a fascinating secret realm where an unprecedented amount of energy was stored. Once inside, the speed of cultivation could greatly increase, and one's own talents could be enhanced as well.
But that place was only accessible to the people of Dawu!
Upon their arrival in Dawu, they found themselves without any contribution points.
Moreover, they saw that the guest elder treatnt in the refining holy land and the welfare treatnt for becoming the casting departnt mbers, or the individuals of Dawu, were completely different.
All these factors were too tempting for them to resist.
