When I slept I placed my one perk point into the Smithing tree. Dragon bone Smithing wouldn't do much for here. However I think I could make sothing work. I cracked my neck and got up. Viree had a bowl of soup in hand, she pointed to the soup she made.

Her silent gesture was obvious, get so soup now or I am gonna eat it all. I grabbed a bowl and filled it with the aty soup. "No veggies?"

Viree shrugged, "I only had so venison and I frankly don't trust cooking with those veggies you tuck away in whatever weird magic you use on them."

I raised an eyebrow, "So the base of the soup?"

She pointed at the dead guy that was cooking the previous al. "He had so broth and wine left over. So I mixed them together for the base."

I shrugged and ate the simple soup. Once done I got up, "Well when you are done you can either watch or I suggest trying to read a book."

Viree nodded, Canary had given Viree a joke book to help her. I thought of a similar idea, but Canary made a better point about the joke book. So jokes have words that Viree may not understand how to read. Not that they were big words, but more cultural words.

I moved up to the forge room of the Silent Moon camp. All the ingredient I prepared were still where I left them. Which ant I need to start with the more complex stuff. I took out the few dragon bones I had and moved to the grind stone. With a small cup in hand I began grinding the dragon bone down. At first I thought it would be of a poor quality. However it seed the perk point in Dragon bone smithing made the difference.

With the cup filled with bone dust I put it to the side and began grinding down so charcoal from my inventory. When a second cup was filled I finally picked up the frost salts I prepared earlier. Taking out a bowl I pour the three ingredients together. Once mixed I finally sat down poured out the previous quenching water. Scrubbing and refilling the water I finally tossed in the new mixture. The water sizzled slightly and the edges of the container frosted up.

Dipping a finger in it sent a chill through . It was perfect for what I planned. Now I picked up the remaining ingredients I left out. A daedra heart, Fire Salts, Glowing Mushrooms, the Spriggan Sap and finally a little more charcoal. Mixing these ingredients all together was a little difficult, but soon a muddy black sludge was ford. I spread it out across the forge and followed it up with more fire salts.

The fire of the forge grew and I could now feel the heat from it. It was finally ti for the tals, I took out the Ebony blade. Laying it down on the table I took out Dawnbreaker next. Followed up by so Stalhrim, Ebony, and the Vampiric Ring. I barely used vampiric drain and that's all the ring did for . However, the notes on the lunar forge ntioned natural vampiric qualities. It gave the idea to use it in what I planned.

I wondered briefly if ridia was watching now. Will she approve of the possible creation I planned to make? I only had one chance at making it after all. The thrill made shiver slightly, and I looked up. It was almost night now, before it arrived I began mixing the Void Salts and Vampire Dust.

Once mixed, I began coating the three artifacts in front of with them. The moon revealed itself and the forge room seed to glow in the moon light. It wasn't long until the forge itself seed to glow with power.

I got to work and began lting and altering the artifacts. The vampiric ring was the easiest to alter. It wasn't a daedric artifact to begin with just an ancient type of ring that was made by old mages. The ebony blade was the hardest to reforge, but I slowly altered the angry tal.

The process was slow, but slowly the weapons began to reshape. The ring helped in the binding process and the tals fused. I added more ebony slowly and reshaped the two swords into one blade. Soon I quenched the hot tal in the freezing water. With how hot the forge was the frosted water was smart.

It quickly cooled the tal down to a workable temperature. Soon when the water began boiling off I took out the small chunk of stalhrim and warped it to the edges of the blade. Molding it slowly into the edges making the blade cool faster. The edge beca sharper as I did, soon it was all one blade.

It was still a crimson red from the heat, however the process was almost done. With a little extra I took out more of the unmixed void salts. I slowly sprinkled it into the tal as it cooled down only to reheat it one last ti.

Finally once it cooled down I looked up into the sky. The moons were almost gone from the sky. I had been at it for a while. I looked down and inspected the newly forged weapon.

I stopped at the na, it stunned . I had expected sothing like Duskbreaker or the Ivory blade maybe? What did Sable Wave an? I looked at the description for an explanation.

It was a masterpiece? I held up the glowing blade, I could certainly see that. Its edge was a light blue turning into an ebony. The core of the blade stayed the sa though dawnbreaker's sunshine tal. The sword couldn't be called a shortsword, but calling a a long sword did it an injustice. The sword was sothing all on its own. Just like the contrasting colors of the weapon. I finally looked at the swords enchantnts and I could only let out a whistle.
