"I could’ve sworn I saw them here..." The woman muttered, her arms crossed as she searched further from the village. Godric stood by her side, his hand at the ready on his axe as they searched on.

"We don’t have ti for this, Freya—" He warned, his voice tinged with annoyance as ti passed by, his grip on his weapon growing tighter.

"I assure you I saw a boy here peeking through the trees!" Her voice grew defensive, before softening to an unsure tone. "Besides we already tore through the town—"

The sound of rustling leaves caught their attention, both of them snapping to a bush that was parted by a giant hand, Tanaka stepping though, rolling his shoulders.

"You’re still alive—" Godric muttered, slamming his axe to the floor at the ready, debris flying up into the air at the sudden impact, the sound of cranking gears on his chanism ticking though the atmosphere.

"Long ti no see..." Tanaka muttered, his gaze focused on the two, the red warrior grunted at the chief subpar greeting, the two giants staring each other down as Freya just witnessed the intense energy from the two.

Without a word, Godric shifted his weight, his muscles coiling like springs. In an instant, his foot slamd into the ground, propelling him forward in a burst of speed that blurred his form. The air whistled as his axe arced through the sunlight, its edge gleaming like a sliver of lightning. Tanaka barely had ti to react, his hands snapping up to catch the blade just as it descended. The force of the impact sent shockwaves through the ground, scattering rocks and dust in all directions.

"The peace made you rusty it seems..." Godric comnted, pulling his blade back, slipping it from Tanaka’s grasp before stepping away.

Tanaka didn’t say a word, before taking a shot at it himself. Running straight for the enemy. He dug his feet into the ground, his body swinging as he took a devastating jab at Godric’s core. The warrior hardly had ti to respond, the attack already hitting its mark.

He staggered backwards, imdiately trying to recover, gripping his axe and swinging it in an arc aid for Tanaka’s neck. The attack missed as the forr chief ducked just in the knick of ti. His hand on the ground as he pushed up once more, delivering another blow to his jaw.

Crimson that mimicked his skin was sent splat to the floor as his head was sent backwards, the warrior instantly snapping it back to look at Tanaka. Determined to see this fight through.

The gears in his axe ticked once more, steam gushing out of the axe, sending it propelling into Tanaka’s side. The blade dug into the forr chief’s side. The strain echoing in his ear as he was sent flying backwards, a trail of blood in his wake.

An echoing crash filled the field as dust flew up into the air. Freya stepped forward, only to be stopped by Godric’s hand, the warrior’s breath as heavy as his axe.

"Leave it–" He warned his voice carrying a small threat as he stepped forward in her stead. Getting closer and closer to Tanaka that laid on the ground. "Get up..."

Tanaka grunted, his hands digging into the soil as he tried to push himself back up, more and more blood squeezing out the wound that was dug into his side. His head suddenly pushed back into the dirt, fingers digging into his hair and pulling him up to his feet causing him to stumble.

"Is that really all you have?!" Godric demanded, Freya watching on in concern as Tanaka stood to his feet. Panting heavily as the wound slowly started to dry, through gritted teeth he dashed forward with all the strength he could muster.

Once he got closer it was as if ti slowed, his eyes taking in Godric’s hand as it flexed around his axe, raising to strike. The forr chief barely dodged out of the way as it ca down, a deafening boom crushing the ground like a thunder clap. Godric’s eyes snapped to Tanaka who was preparing to strike him once more.

"You tried this already!" He roared, pushing his elbow back to hopefully catch him in the face, but instead Tanaka went straight for his gut, pushing his whole body into the warrior. His arm clamped around the man’s torso, the sudden force knocking the axe out of Godric’s hand.

It collided to the floor with a loud clang as the two struggled, Tanaka plowing him into the trunk of a tree, knocking the wind out of his enemy. Godric gasped for air. Striking down on Tanaka’s back with a loud blunt ring, causing his grip to falter.

Godric grabbed him by the hair and tossed him deeper into the forest, following him closely behind, his muscles coiling and pushing off the earth with each sprint. As Tanaka flew, he quickly turned his torso, his body spinning before landing on his feet, digging up dirt behind him.

He sprinted towards Godric, the two titans colliding in a defestating collision, a mighty boom echoed throughout the forest, the crows flying high to stay clear of the aftermath. Tanaka slamd his head against Godric’s skull, both their ears ringing at the brutal blow though they refused to relent.

Freya ran up to them, her ally’s axe within her grasp as she struggled to carry it, her eyes furrowed in concern as blood trickled from their brow. Tanaka and Godric both pushed forward, causing both of them to stumble back and lose their balance for a re instant before rushing into each other’s faces once more. Their fists fly digging into each other’s torso and jaw. Each exchange is stronger than the next.

As Godric’s fist flies for his jaw and Tanaka’s punch was sent for his, massive gusts of wind flowing behind their collisions.

Godric grunted, pushing his skull against his punch as if to get a better look at Tanaka.

Tanaka’s jaw tightened, his breath coming in ragged gasps. The wound in his side throbbed with every movent, but he refused to let it show. Instead, he twisted his body, using the montum to drive his knee into Godric’s stomach. The warrior staggered, but his grip on Tanaka’s arm tightened, yanking him forward and sending a brutal headbutt crashing into his face.

The impact sent Tanaka reeling, his vision blurring for a mont. He stumbled back, his feet digging into the soil as he fought to stay upright. Godric didn’t give him a mont to recover. The red warrior charged, his fists swinging in a relentless barrage aid at Tanaka’s torso and jaw. Each blow landed with a sickening crunch, driving him further back.

Tanaka stumbled backwards as Godrick’s fist was sent straight into his chest.

"Godric!" Freya shouted after him, handing him his axe he left behind. The warrior grunted in appreciation, darting forward, with uneven, heavy breathing, his axe was raised into the sky.

It shimred against the sun as it towered over Tanaka who couldn’t react in ti.

"Stop!!" A desperate cry shattered the tension, and a flood of vines erupted from the forest floor. The attack rippled the earth, sending rocks and debris flying into the air. The vines slamd into Godric, their force sending him skidding across the ground, his axe slipping from his grasp.

"Belk what..." Tanaka could barely speak, his eyes opened in shock as he saw Belk standing before him, his hands shaky but he tried not to show, hiding it by clenching his fists.

"You have so nerve, boy!" Freya snapped, ready to attack if needed to.

"Can you stand..." Belk asked. His father took a minute, but smiled, nodding before standing up fully.

Godrick stood up, his body bloodied and battered from his earlier confrontation. "Let’s get this over with quickly, Freya."

Freya nodded, pulling out a small rod that soon doubles in size at the push of a button, twirling it around before facing it at them. "right!"
