The Bolita Clan’s family head eting hosted by Ethan concluded successfully.
All attending leaders pledged their loyalty to him, but there were still so who didn’t show up.
Under Alberto’s leadership, there were six major heads; Fred had betrayed and died, and out of the remaining five, two did not co.
These two were Tony, whose territory is at the dock area overseeing the family’s smuggling and mariti fisheries business, and Francis, who manages the family hotel business.
Ethan didn’t say much about this; he just announced at the adjournnt: "My father passed away last night. I will hold his funeral tomorrow and hope everyone will co to say their final goodbyes."
Upon hearing the news, everyone expressed grief and sorrow.
This emotion wasn’t false. Those who could stand in the eting room had been with Alberto for quite so ti and were loyal to him, certainly with affection.
The most exaggerated was the lively finance director, Eugene, who burst into tears, covering his face with his hands while crying, until most people had left before he slowly stood up from his chair.
However, he didn’t leave. After wiping his face, he walked up to Ethan and respectfully said, "Sir..."
"No need to be so formal," Ethan waved his hand.
A hint of joy flashed through Eugene’s eyes, and he said in a low voice, "Young master... I have so insider information. It is said that Tony has already been associating with the Evans family as of the day before yesterday. The Evans family has never had much influence at the docks, and as for Francis, many of his businesses were already connected with the Corleone family, so perhaps..."
His words were left unfinished, more like a reminder.
Ethan smiled and said, "I will take this information seriously. Thank you, Eugene. Go ho and rest, co early tomorrow."
After Eugene also left, the eting room suddenly beca quiet, leaving only Ethan, Anya, Virel, and the numbed Palon.
"Young master, how do you plan to deal with Tony and Francis?"
As Virel spoke, the sll of blood on him grew stronger.
His aning was quite simple.
But Ethan shook his head and said, "Enough people have died these days, Virel, and my father often said everyone should have a chance."
Virel nodded, sowhat stuffily.
Ethan didn’t look at him imdiately but stood up, walked to Palon, and patted his shoulder. Palon almost jumped up overreactively, but Ethan held him down.
"Palon, you look very tired, and you obviously can’t manage your family’s business at the mont. Why not let Virel handle it for you?"
Palon nodded repeatedly, saying, "Of course, it is already your industry; you can give it to whoever you want."
Virel took a deep breath.
Although he retired early, he has been diligently training talents for Alberto, being a good sword, but deep down, he might have his thoughts of leading his own front.
"Virel, I’ll rely on you from now on." Ethan looked at him.
"Thank you, young master," Virel found it hard to speak.
Then Ethan turned to Anya and said, "Anya, go publish my father’s obituary, and be sure to pay the familiar newspapers in the city well. My father’s death should not go unnoticed, after all, he was such a generous and great person."
The last sentence was what that first officer Carlos said.
Will he co if the funeral is held?
The ship only arrived yesterday; he should still be staying in Wenster now.
The eting ended completely, and Virel took Palon away, and he would live under Virel’s watch in the future.
Anya drove Ethan away from Beihai Avenue.
However, their destination was not yet the villa in the eastern suburbs.
Because for the funeral, a coffin must be arranged, and a burial site chosen.
Ethan intended to handle it personally.
Even if he didn’t have much affection for Alberto in his heart, he had indeed inherited the Bolita family na and his body.
He is now Ethan Polleta.
With the surna Bolita, he naturally thought of sothing Alberto once said to his predecessor.
Family is family.
Sitting in the car, Ethan didn’t feel tired at all, even though he only slept a total of three or four hours last night; his spirits were still high.
Half of this could be attributed to the things he was doing, each one was so nerve-wracking and exciting.
The other half was the aftereffect of killing Fred.
Just like after killing Joan, at the mont of Fred’s death, he also felt a strong force surge into his body.
He now had a basic conjecture, that is, by killing other true na holders, he could plunder their true na powers, and the closer the nas seem, the better the benefit.
Of course, this was based on the current hypothesis, considering he hadn’t killed any other true na holder yet.
Having had the experience from last ti, this ti Ethan wasn’t completely overwheld and subrged in the deep abyss.
However, the slight tipsiness was still there.
This tipsiness even lasted into this morning, and his performance in the eting room was half intentional and half due to the uncontrollable sway under that tipsiness of true na power.
Fortunately, it was quite perfect, just a bit overexcited.
Currently, his ’True God’s Na’ grew increasingly powerful, seemingly almost overflowing.
Thus, he had a vague idea: could he share or even bestow the excess ’True God’s Na’ to others?
This idea ca from the ’True God’s Na’ itself; since he was already akin to a god, wasn’t it quite normal to have several divine attendants?
Furthermore, the true na power of this world seed possible to be shared or inherited.
At least, from Anya’s description, it seed that Alberto’s true na might have been inherited from the previous generation, naly his grandfather.
There was still not enough information.
The knowledge concerning true nas in this world is hidden, not knowing what thods could acquire a sufficiently complete understanding.
After a whole afternoon of rushing around, fortunately, the Bolita family had considerable influence in Wenster, alongside financial ans paving the way. By the ti the sun set, under the help of the invited Funeral Director, Alberto had resud his most dignified appearance from when he was alive and peacefully lay in the oak coffin.
The mourning hall was also prepared, and after Virel went ho for a shower, he ca back with people to secure the entire manor.
Yesterday’s cold and deserted Bolita Family Manor was already ablaze with lights and full of people tonight.
Ethan stood by the coffin for quite so ti, watching Alberto’s face, until Anya ca to call him, pulling him back to reality.
"Young master, dinner is ready. Please have so and rest early."
Ethan nodded.
Tomorrow, tomorrow would be the big day.
