When the three of them ca to the back of the house, there was a hundred tre wide hall beside a pavillion where people gathered. Who knew what the Zhan clan used it for.
When they ca in, there wasn’t a single person there. Sima You Yue and Sima You Lin set those spirit gathering stones according to the blueprint. They arranged them in columns and also conveniently began to fiddle with them.
Wu Lingyu watched as Sima You Yue busied about while lowered his head to do so calculations with Sima You Lin. He stood on the side quietly and didn’t disturb them by saying anything.
Sima You Yue and You Lin spent the entire day setting up the array stones, but it was completely useless. They had no choice but to dismantle the whole thing and start again.
On the second try, they spent one whole day again only to result in failure.
On the third try, they took close to two days and the array was half successful. The pattern on the array lit up halfway before disappearing. It was a mark of their failure.
On their fourth try, they took another two days worth of ti before they succeeded. The pattern on the array lit up entirely, then the ray of light slowly flowed into the array lines. The surrounding spiritual qi also slowly began to gather.
“Success!” Sima You Yue closed her eyes and took it in before opening her eyes that were sparkling with joy.
“We actually managed to succeed!” Sima You Lin was extrely excited as well and he looked at Sima You Yue with beaming eyes.
