Chapter 2250 Not Rushing
Wu Xiao Dao and Wu Qi Yao were dragged by the old man through all the hardships, all for the sake of searching for the mausoleum. The trio had no choice but to choose to go by foot.
The old man spoke very little. He saw that Wu Xiao Dao was curious about everything, and that she was bouncing around, but he didn’t say anything about it. It was just that his malicious gaze did not really leave Wu Qi Yao’s body.

“You’ve already been staring at that cliff for half a day. Have you managed to figure out anything?” The way that the old man looked at Wu Qi Yao didn’t change in the beginning, but he was finally unable to stand it.
Wu Qi Yao turned around and looked at him, saying, “The entrance of the mausoleum should be here.”
“Here? Are you sure? If you dare to ss with , I will imdiately kill the both of you!” The old man stared at the mountain for a mont, but he could not tell that there was anything special about it. Could it be that he said that this was the place because it looked man-made?
He was under his suspicious gaze but Wu Qi Yao was not flustered at all. He pointed at the water below and said, “the entrance is below the pond. If you don’t believe , you can go down and take a look.”
“You were only staring at the mountain before, but you’re telling now that the mausoleum is in the water?” It was obvious that the old man didn’t believe what she was saying.
“By my deduction, it is below. I can’t do anything if you don’t want to believe .” Wu Qi Yao said lightly.
The old man stared at the water for a mont. It was clear that he felt that Wu Qi Yao was ssing around too much, but he also felt for a mont that his words were a little possible.
Wu Xiao Dao finished cooking her fish and waved at Wu Qi Yao. Then, she said to the old man, “Old… Grandpa. You’re so powerful, so why don’t you go down and take a look? As such, he wouldn’t be able to know whether or not this place really was the entrance to the mausoleum.
He thought about it over and over again, then he casually set up a barrier and surrounded them along with the table.
“If I can erge safely, you will naturally be able to leave this place.” He said as he hopped down.
Wu Xiao Dao happened to finish eating a piece of roasted fish and drank a bowl of fish soup. She placed the rest of the roasted fishes into Wu Qi Yao’s bowl and even portioned out so soup for him, “Drink up, you’ve lost weight the past few days. If mother saw you, she would say that I didn’t take good care of you.”
Wu Qi Yao mumbled in reply as he began to eat the fish.
“Slow down. It’s not like he’ll be able to co back up so quickly. We’ll leave after we finish eating.” Wu Xiao Dao would occasionally take care of him like a younger brother. She placed a hand on the table and stared at Wu Qi Yao, asking, “What’s down there? It can actually stall him for such a long ti?”
Xiao Yao Yao was willing to sit down and eat, which proved that they had an abundance of ti.

Without even waiting for Wu Qi Yao to finish his al, a group of people walked over. They saw two children eating by the water and were very surprised.

The expressions of Kai Liao and her group changed when they heard what she said. The woman still smiled as before as she said, “Who’s locked you in here? Where is that person now?”
“He went into the water. He locked us in here before he went down.” Wu Xiao Dao looked at them pitifully.
The mont they heard that soone had gone into the water, their expressions turned even uglier. For a mont, the dozen of them no longer cared about the duo as they imdiately disappeared under the water.
“Has my charm fallen so low?” Wu Xiao Dao touched her face, “Am I still as charming as before, where flowers bloom in my presence and people fall for at first sight?”
Wu Qi Yao did not reply to her because soone else had run over at this ti. Those people glanced at the duo but hopped down without a single word. As they hopped down, they even said, “That’s right, this is definitely the place. It’s a good thing that we were close by.”
“Xiao Yao Yao, you couldn’t have succeeded by luck and really found the entrance to the mausoleum, right?” Wu Xiao Dao said with surprise.
