1233 Economy under pressure
Xin Feng smiled as he looked at his Elder sister, who was munching on a spirit fruit.
There were smiles in other’s eyes as well, but at the sa ti, they felt sorry for her.
She used to shake the whole world, but now she had to eat als everyday. Although they knew it was temporary, they still felt sorry for her.
Sima You Yue saw how everyone looked at the spirit fruit in her hand and said helplessly, “I’m more hungry than usual, eating pills is tasteless. Just ignore .”
“Ahem, Elder Sister, is there a problem?” Xin Feng asked.
“I saw the information that Old Bi sent over, I heard that you guys had a eting today, so I just wanted to sit in to listen.” Sima You Yue said.
“There’s so much information. You actually finished reading it?” Bi Sheng asked in doubt.
Those were two stacks with the height of one tre of accounts and data, but she finished reading all of it in just two days?
“I finished reading it.” Sima You Yue continued, “Two days is enough to finish reading it.”
“.....” Perverse genius!
Bi Sheng ridiculed quietly in his heart. The data was sent over on the second day he ca back and he took four to five days to finish reading it before passing it to Xin Feng, who took another five to six days to read it. When it got into her hands, she finished reading it in two days.
However, co to think of it, she was ntally strong. It was a piece of cake for her to read ten lines at a glance, so it was normal for her to be this fast.
She had always been a perverse genius.
“Since Elder Sister has already read all the accounts and information, what do you think of it?” Xin Feng asked.
“What do I think of it, I do have sothing.” Sima You Yue continued, “Firstly, I have to praise Old Bi for getting Liu Liang Cai to manage business, he’s indeed talented! He actually doubled our shops in the twenty over years that we were gone. Although there was support from the Alchemist Guild, Divine Devil Valley and Qin clan’s support, without his lead, we won’t be able to get such results.”
“Liu Liang Cai is indeed a genius in business.” Xin Feng said agreeingly, “We really have to thank Old Bi for that.”
Liu Liang Cai was from Blood Fiend City last ti, and he had known Lao Bi long ago. When Old Bi was looking for soone to manage the business, he had asked directly for him.
Sima You Yue and the rest didn’t know him from the start. When they saw him, he was skinny and small, and they wondered whether or not he would qualify for this role.
However, because Old Bi’s trusted him, she and Xin Feng didn’t oppose it. They didn’t think that they would be surprised with this when they ca back.
“Oh right, why didn’t I see him?” Sima You Yue asked.
“He went out two days ago. He said that sothing has happened in the Eastern Ridge.” Bi Sheng creased his brows as he spoke.
Xin Feng stared at him. When he saw his frown, he asked, “What happened?”
“Before Liang Cai left, he said the situation there was a little odd, as if sothing had happened in that city. However, he said he doesn’t know what exactly happened. There hasn’t been any news this past two days either.” Bi Sheng said.
“Follow the situation there closely. The clan will fully support if there is any need!” Xin Feng said.
“Yes, Valley Master.” Bi Sheng responded.
At this point of ti, no one ever thought of what happened in the Eastern Ridge. They didn’t expect that the situation there would be serious, so no one put a thought into it, even Bi Sheng.
“Other than praising Liu Liang Cai, Elder Sister, do you have any other opinion?” Xin Feng questioned.
“This is your eting, I’ll just listen in.” Sima You Yue said.
“We’re discussing about how to deal with Yin Yang Palace and Zong Zheng Clan.” Xin Feng continued, “Their mbers were fully wiped out in Immortal Lan and the mbers outside in both clans aren’t idling around either, they go around causing destruction. Everyone thought that the Zong Zheng Clan would be exterminated, but we’re not sure where they got their support from. They’ve been fighting with the Yin Yang Palace for so long but they still haven’t gotten exterminated ....”
Xin Feng was unsure how much Sima You Yue knew about the situation regarding Zong Zheng Clan and Yin Yang Palace, so he explained briefly.
Sima You Yue only saw the information regarding the shops from Yin Yang Palace and Zong Zheng Clan and she wasn’t aware of these information. She recalled about the shady force in the inner regions after hearing what Xin Feng said.
In the recent decades, there were many things regarding that force, so she subconsciously thought about that when she heard about so unknown supporting Zong Zheng Clan.
What force were they exactly? They kept getting involved in these matters, so just what were their motives?
“Vice Valley Master, what’s your view on this?”
Feng Kai’s voice pulled her out of her deep thought. When she ca back to senses, she realised that her spirit fruit was resting on her mouth for a while now.
She put down her spirit fruit and said, ” I think, since they’re fighting with each other, then we shall not rush to attack them! And according to what you guys said just now, since the Zong Zheng Clan has soone backing them, the Yin Yang Palace should have so back up as well. Otherwise, their fight with the power backing the Zong Zheng clan would not have been able to last so long.”
“We think so too. Then what should we do after that?”
“Since our business is developing well, then let’s take advantage of their shops.” Sima You Yue continued, “I believe it’s not hard for you guys, right? Feng’er, what do you think?”
“Actually, we’ve already been discussing for a while before you ca.” Xin Feng continued, “The result of what we discussed was almost the sa as yours. We intend to tackle their business and eat up their roots of resources.”
“Since you guys are already done discussing, then why ask for my opinion?” Sima You Yue glanced at everyone.
“Don’t we just want to know what you think?” Feng Kai continued, “Since everyone has agreed to do this, then we can formulate a plan.”
Sima You Yue taught them how to formulate a plan. She showed them in the past when she had first established her group.
“I think it’s better to talk about it when Liu Lang Cai cos back.” Sima You Yue continued, “You guys don’t have his sense of business, and you guys don’t know both the economy of those two forces as much as him.”
“True.” Bi Sheng continued, “We shall plan the initial plan first, then talk about it when Liang Cai cos back.”
“Sure.”
At this ti, a guard ca in and bowed to Xin Feng and said, “Valley Master, soone outside Heartbreak Valley said he is from Armant Masters Guild and requests to see Vice Valley Master.”
“mbers of the Armant Masters Guild want to see ?” Sima You Yue blanked, then thought of Xiao Hong and said, “Give him a one ti antidote and bring him in.”
“Yes, Vice Valley Master.”
That guard went back, very quickly, he brought a guy in.
“I’m Xiao Yi, Little Miss’ guard.” Xiao Yi bowed to Sima You Yue after coming in, he self introduced, “Miss You Yue, our Young Miss asked to bring you sothing.”
