The zombie in the front reached closer to .
[3 Seconds!]
[2 Seconds!]
[1 Second!]
-Bam!
A hit on its face as it fell to the ground.
Taking a few steps back, I then waited for the other one to co closer to , and then waited for the right ti again.
-BAM!
[You have killed an E-Grade Zombie!]
[ 50 Exp!]
"One hit kill, baby!" I smiled as I took a few more steps back and then positioned myself properly.
-BAM!!!
Hit the third zombie.
It fell on the ground, making no sound, but because there was no notification, I knew it was still alive. Hence, reaching close to its head, I raised my crowbar, gripped it tightly and...
-BAM!!
[You have killed an E-Grade Zombie!]
[ 50 Exp!]
A little tired, I felt out of breath. Turning to see the first zombie of this second wave slowly standing back on its feet, I sighed.
"I can do this all day," I said before standing straight up and waiting for that zombie to reach closer to .
[3 Seconds!]
[2 Seconds!]
[1 Second!]
-Rawr!
-BAM!!!
[You have killed an E-Grade Zombie!]
"Man... I should work on my... stamina," I took a deep breath as all this swinging was making tired. As a person who had barely worked out, even with the increased stats, it was taking a toll on .
How long will it take for a zombie to appear from the front?
[15 Seconds!]
"Knew it," I chuckled, as I knew that all these sounds would surely attract more zombies. I just hoped for them to be less than 4 so that I could sowhat manage it. Otherwise, I might need to run back to the upper floors, catch my breath before returning here to take out the zombies.
Those 15 seconds passed pretty fast, as I waited for the zombies to appear; however, my eyes widened at what I saw next.
"Fuck!" I gripped my crowbar even tighter.
There was only one zombie. Just that...
He was on all fours, walking like a four-legged animal as he moved rapidly in my direction.
[Inspect!]
[Zombie Type: Crawler
Grade: Lesser - D]
Should I run away? I asked myself, as I did not know how much more powerful a D-Grade zombie was compared to an E-Grade one. But then, looking at the speed with which it was crawling, I knew that turning my back against this guy would be the worst mistake I could make in this situation.
How much ti?
[5 Seconds!]
I saw it crawling towards rapidly, creating a creepy atmosphere as I just forced myself to ignore everything else and just focus on its head. No matter how creepy it was, if its head is gone, it won’t move.
[3 Seconds!]
[1 Second!]
About 10 ters away from , I saw that crawler slowing down a little before it brought its legs a little forward, stretched its thighs tight enough to tear the pants he was wearing.
He is going to jump, isn’t he? I thought as I imdiately moved away from its direction of attack.
-Whoosh!
And as I went to the side, I saw it flashing past , jumping about 30 ters in the air before landing on the other side, stumbling, falling and rolling for about 10 more ters ahead before it stopped.
"Note to self. Never turn your back against the crawlers," I gulped as I took a step forward before running towards it.
How long will it take him to get back into position?
[7 Seconds!]
That zombie, perhaps because it was accustod to being on all fours, was having difficulty turning his body around. He was quite slow in turning around, giving a chance to actually make a hit.
[5 Seconds!]
[3 Seconds!]
"Die!"
-BAM!
I hit its head as strongly as I could, making it stumble a few steps ahead. But because there was no notification, I rushed closer once again and...
-BAM!
"Don’t tell it’s unkillable," I cursed before.
-BAM!
-BAM!
-BAM!
Its head was barely attached to its body, yet I could still see its hands slowly moving.
"Sleep, my child. Pay for your sins," I added before going for the decisive hit.
-BAM!!!!!
[You have killed a Lesser D-Grade Zombie!]
[You have received 500 Exp!]
"....Huff... huff.... an..." I took a deep breath, finally calming a little.
"How long... till another one pops out?" I asked, a bit tired while activating my skill once again. At this point, I wondered if I should take a break in between, but then, thinking about how close I was to the supply room, I decided to give it a go.
In case a D-Grade zombie pops out again, I can kill it before returning to the 15th floor and taking a break. That would be my current limit as of now.
[1 Hour 25 Minutes 11 Seconds!]
[Level 5: 1600/2500]
Taking out the water bottle, I drank a mouthful before closing it and placing it in the backpack. Then, looking at the sowhat bent crowbar, I just hoped that it would last until I got to the supply room.
Walking to the edge before I slowly turned to the left, I looked at the empty path not too far from here. There were no zombies in there, which cald sowhat before I moved forward.
The storage room should have so anesthesia as well. I should take it along with cotton and dicine that can be used later. I assessed my needs before reaching the door to the storage room first.
It was locked, requiring a passkey.
"What in the Resident Evil..." I almost cursed before calming down and deciding to take a look at the supply room first. And as I got closer to it...
-Bam!
-Bam!
-Bam!
I could hear the noise of zombies striking against sothing tallic.
