C19 – Buying a House
Yiyi was driving, with Zhao Su in the passenger seat.
He still didn’t have his driver’s license and needed to sit for the exam. He had just asked Yiyi to register him for it, so she would be taking the wheel for the next few days.
“Boss, where are we headed?” Yiyi asked.
“I want to check out the top property developnt in Lianling City; I’m considering buying a place,” Zhao Su responded.
While Yiyi was driving, Zhao Su noticed her legs were quite attractive.
Seeing his look, Yiyi discreetly raised her skirt slightly, showing her thoughtfulness.
After he had bought the car, Xiao Wenmiao sent him a WeChat ssage with an address, asking Zhao Su to co over.
Zhao Su didn’t know much about buying property. Xiao Wenmiao had found a superb developnt and only then notified Zhao Su.

Yiyi followed closely behind Zhao Su, ready to cater to his needs at a mont’s notice.

A BYD F3 arrived just then. The driver got out but was ignored. He looked on enviously at Zhao Su.
“How I envy that host!”
“The host is a real-life winner; he’s our role model!”
The live stream’s popularity soared.
The salesperson, holding a file, started to explain: “All these hos have river views and feature a two-bedroom, one-living-room layout.”
Zhao Su frowned slightly, and Xiao Wenmiao quickly said, “Our boss is a man of taste; please show us so more upscale properties.”
The salesperson hesitated for a mont.
She promptly said, “Right away.”
Zhao Su then added, “I’m short on ti. Skip the introduction and take directly to the best house you have.”
The sales associate’s eyes lit up as she quickly led Zhao Su toward the property.
Such affluent custors were exceedingly rare. If she could sell this house, she would earn a commission in the hundreds of thousands.
Liang Yiyi looked over at Xiao Wenmiao, feeling a bit irritated.
Xiao Wenmiao was not only beautiful but also skilled, which made Liang Yiyi feel threatened.
Knowing Zhao Su’s wealth, she realized she had to be smarter in the future.
