This confidence lies in his regression skill as well as his yearning for spirit stones. Of course, there was also his Peak Body-Tempering strength.

Due to the dense canopy of the tree, there was barely any sunlight.

Still, he relied on his sense of sll and followed the scent of blood. As he approached toward east, the tremble beneath his feet beca stronger with increasing intensity.

Then, a loud shout pierce through the forest.

"Kill it! Kill it!"

He didn’t want to show his presence just yet and hid behind a thick bush, only peeking through a narrow gap.

There was a group of people, and the leader of this group was a young woman. She was holding a white sword, and in front of her is a middle aged man as well as two more older figure.

In front of them is a giant boar with two steel tusk. What kind of animal is this?

He would rather call it a beast. The tusk on this thing was as wide as two person combine!

But comparing this boar to the iron-clawed bear, it was lacking. He wasn’t as fearful or frightened.

A Third-Stage Tempering or lower beast? Shi Jing remarked.

At this mont, the boar ramd forward with great intensity.

The young woman eyes glint and evade the boar giant body. The montum of the boar movent cause the ground to tremble once again.

This tremble stir the air, causing their black and white robe to flutter in the wind.

"Uncle Yao, distract it for a mont!" She said, her piercing voice attracted the brown boar attention, and just as it turn its head toward her, the middle-aged man roar.

Then, he swiped his spear in combination with a flash step, attacking the boar legs in quick succession.

When the tal tip of his spear strikes the boar hide.

Bang!

A tal clashing sound resound in the vicinity. This made the middle-aged man frowned, but it was too late.

The boar’s massive head swiveled toward him with lightning speed, its bloodshot eyes locking onto his exposed position.

In that split second, he realized with surprised that the beast had been waiting for exactly this mont.

The massive tusks glead as they thrust forward, aid directly at his heart.

Bang!

With his experience, he moved the shaft of the spear to mitigate the impact of this tusk blow.

Even with his well tid reaction, his body flew against the sturdy tree dozens of feet away.

"Uncle Yao!" She cried, beneath that cry is a rising anger as she grip tight in the sword in her hand.

"Damn beast!" The other two figure surrounding the boar dashed forward, hoping to buy her so ti.

Although she was enraged, her movent remained delicate and graceful, from his perspective, it was like a dance.

A dance in the wind.

"Is this a martial art technique?" He murmured to himself, and the mont he did, her movent seed to halt for a split second before continuing.

Did he imagine it? Or did she really hear his voice? No, that can’t be.

He didn’t think too much about it and paid great attention to her movent.

At the sa ti, his finger dance in the air, attempting to mimic her dance.

"Die!" When the dance reached the last move, she shouted, causing the two other figure to retreat.

Their retreat made the boar turn its attention back to this young figure.

And as he watched, her sword and body beca a spear, charging forward like a drawn arrow.

"The sword is gonna break!" He thought and shake his head. His finger also followed the stroke of the sword, flying forward.

He had no intention of helping this group of people, after all, they were strangers to him and he owe them nothing.

But when the tip of her silver sword touched the thick hide of the boar. His eyes lit up with white light.

The sword tip, which should have bounced back, pierced straight through, revealing its inner red flesh and white bone.

This caused the boar to roar in anguish and pain. Its body tremble slightly, blood flowing unceasingly from the deep cut.

"This is a true sword technique!" He exclaid inwardly and watches as the young lady shook her delicate sword, splashing a streak of crimson blood on the ground.

Her gaze was cold like the cold autumn wind wandering in the forest. This contrast with her younger appearance made Shi Jing wary.

"As expect... Even a kid can be so ferocious in this world!" He sighed lowly. From the look of it, she was sowhat younger than the current him.

But on a second look, wasn’t he also a kid?

She was fixated on the movent of the giant boar, each breath beca an eternity, and everyone was watching the boar struggle on its feet.

Thump.

Finally, it dropped on the ground, followed by a tremor produced from its weight.

Seeing this, their shoulder dropped as the tension in the air disperse with the wind.

It was now silent.

The bodyguards picked up their feet to move closer toward the corpse, then he saw her raise her hand to signal them to stop.

This made them tense and on guard.

At this mont, she turned her body toward Shi Jing direction and smiled.

This smile imdiately shattered when the ground tremble again under their feet.

From behind a giant tree, a rampaging boar bigger than the one they killed appear. Its appearance shattered the ground and paved the trees.

Seeing this, their eyes grew in despair.

Shi Jing thought was different. There was a trace of greed in his eyes as he recall the Sword Art she displayed.

"I must learn this sword art myself!" He murmured. With that in mind, he reached for the sword at his waist and held the handle like a spear.

Shi Jing didn’t know any sword art or technique, and instead, relied on his Peak Body Tempering stage force and threw the sword at the giant boar.

Bang!

It flew like a cot and headed straight for the center of the skull!

This sudden appearance made the young woman turn her head, and before they could even make a sound, the giant boar shriek but it was too late.

Death has ca, and it ca swiftly.

The sword montum didn’t stop there.

With the strength of Shi Jing Inner Qi attached to it, it pierce through the thick skull only to stop half way into the sturdy trunk of the tree.

This sight made them gasped. All their attention turn toward Shi Jing direction.

Seeing this, he knew there was no use hiding. It didn’t matter anyways since he had no intention of remaining hidden the mont he decided to lend them a hand.

"May I know who you are, sir?" She asked, her voice was graceful and elegant for her age, there was a trace of respect layered below that grace.

Shi Jing didn’t reply directly and smiled slightly as he walked forward.

"So young!" His appearance startled them, after all, from the force of that sword, they did not expect soone as young as Shi Jing to be behind it.

"A passing vagrant, I just happened to passes by." He excused himself. It was a shallow excuse, but also the truth.

He was wandering in the forest when he head the commotion, this can be considered a coincidence.

Facing their cautious and suspicious gaze, he took the initiative to state his request.

"Your sword art is interesting... If I want to take a closer look at it, would you be willing to show ?" He said calmly.

Although his word was calm and without malice, it seed to strike them differently as they grip tighter onto their weapon.

"This..." She paused, then gestured for her people to lower their weapon and looked toward the unconscious uncle Yao," My Ming family does not permit to display our inherit sword art..."

Hearing this, he frowned, then she hurriedly explained.

"If I were to recomnd you to my father, I’m sure he will be willing to show so consideration!"

In truth, if this was anyone else, she wouldn’t consider this recomndation or treatnt. But the aura of death and killing intent from Shi Jing made her wary of his status and background.

Additionally, his indifferent attitude was extraordinary, this was not easily faked. She had heard of so rumor regarding the young masters of those prestigious cultivation family.

Combine with his young appearance and that sword move, she ford her own thought and ideas.

"If possible, I must earn this person’s goodwill—his status is not ordinary!"

"Alright, I will go with you." He said. This was a good deal for him, there was no need to consider. Without these people, how long would he have to wander the forest before finding his way out?

At the sa ti, he wanted to see what sort of status this Ming family had to be able to possess this sword art, and if possible, get an opportunity to learn it.
