Chapter 606: 606: The Prismatic Gem of the Chaotic Old God

At the sa ti, deep within one of Infinite Dinsions’ deadliest places—the Endless Fire Domain—there lay a mysterious cavern.

Around a massive, shattered altar, pale ghostly flas danced in the wind, exuding a terror so intense it made the scalp crawl.

Beneath the altar yawned an abyss. There, countless bones lay piled like pristine jade, crystal-clear under the flas.

Yet rather than feeling sinister or grim, these remains seed ancient and sacred, reflecting the firelight like a vast starry river.

Atop a lotus pedestal stood the statue of a goddess with a human head and serpent body.

Unlike most rigid, lifeless statues, she almost seed an incorruptible corpse—tall, elegant, imbued with a divine grace that felt like it upheld the heavens and earth.

Her long hair spilled down her shoulders like a dark waterfall, each strand gently swaying as if alive.

Her eyes glead with five shifting colors, deep and radiant, brimming with boundless wisdom and compassion.

But below her face, sword scars and blade gouges marred her body. Half her form was simply gone, destroying that divine perfection.

White flas leaked from the torn edges of her snake torso, constantly drifting outward, fueling the endless inferno that engulfed this realm.

This was the very source of the Endless Fire Domain!

Fla Fosset shook a bronze bell in his hand. Dozens of chaotic hexagrams overlaid each other, forming a dark red barrier that barely held the endless flas at bay.

Where once there had been over a hundred Chaos cultists, now only a dozen or so remained, their faces etched with despair.

They clustered protectively around a young priestess still clad in low-tier gear. Tears welled in her eyes as she reached for the prismatic gemstone set in the statue’s eye socket.

So close—just a hair’s breadth away—yet it felt like trying to touch another dinsion.

“Is this fate… truly fate?”

Fla Fosset’s voice cracked with grief. Deep wrinkles creased his face, making him look ancient once more.

He had poured everything into preparing this flawless vessel to beco the Chaos Saintess, nearly exhausting his lifespan—only to fall short by a few centiters.

It gnawed at him. He had waited a thousand years for this mont.

He raged inwardly. In all his knowledge, he couldn’t understand why an adventurer’s body would hold two souls, denying the Chaos God’s full acceptance.

The remaining Chaos cultists stood hollow-eyed, like souls already stolen.

The rage of the Old God’s leftover corpse was a thing that made them tremble down to their very essence.

Once the barrier finally shattered, they would all et their end.

But that wasn’t even the true tragedy. The real horror was that this secret realm only opened once every thousand years.

Having a powerful hierophant alone ant little. Only a Saintess born from chaos could inherit the Old God’s legacy.

Failing this birth ant Chaos Sect would soon be little more than a na.

Outside the barrier, the Endless Fire blazed ever brighter, nearly turning night to day. Dozens of chaotic wards crumbled one after another, from dozens to just a handful.

A heavy silence fell.

Then Fla Fosset’s brother, Blazewalker, suddenly spoke. “It’s my turn to offer my blood and appease the Main God’s wrath. Brother, I’ll go ahead.”

“You…”

Fla Fosset was stunned. It was more accurate to call Blazewalker a descendant than a brother—the age gap between them was imnse.

But he had always treated him as his own son, guiding him through Chaos Magic, helping him beco a powerful Saint Lord.

“No. You’re an elder of the sect. Chaos Sect needs you to steer the future. We won’t let that outsider ruin everything!” Grevor said firmly.

Then he sighed. “I’ll do it. I’m no longer a divine ssenger anyway.”

He looked down into the abyss, at the countless who had wandered here over millennia, coveting the chaotic divine item—the Prismatic Gem from the Primordial Titan’s remains.

He was ready to die.

Using the Chaos cultists’ secret spell, Chaos Rupture, he would unleash all his chaotic power at once, sacrificing his flesh to patch the broken Tiamat statue—briefly halting the spread of the Endless Fire.

This was why Chaos Sect had lost so many.

“No… Uncle Grevor!”

Sienna’s face froze. Her body stayed rigid, unable to stop him—trapped in a space-ti rift, stuck between life and death.

“This is our destiny. Chaos will be eternal. The sect will stand forever!”

“For the highest will! For all living beings!”

Before Fla Fosset or Blazewalker could react, Grevor gave them a calm smile—then leaped into the abyss with the remaining cultists.

“You foolish boy… foolish boy!”

Fla Fosset wailed, tears streaming down his ancient face.

He had watched these children grow up, laughing under his knee as they played, listening to legends of the Old God. He had helped them hide their nas, flee imperial hunts.

They were orphans—and also his children.

Now they had given their lives for his cursed, illusory dream.

Fla Fosset had lived ages. He knew how adventurers spoke of them—re puppets imbued with divine spark, unfit to feel true emotion.

But in this mont, he tasted regret for the first ti.

“Chaos Miracle!”

“Chaos Rupture!”

“Embrace the Main God, children!”

Grevor laughed, spreading his arms wide. His flesh erupted with strange light, chaotic energy pouring out.

They died upholding the highest will.

Their bodies burst, turning into luminous, bloody matter that soared into the broken Tiamat statue.

The goddess reford. The Endless Fire halted its spread. For now, the cavern fell silent again.

Neither brother spoke. But doubt crept into Fla Fosset’s numb heart. He slowly looked up at the statue, questioning his faith for the first ti. “Why ? Why choose !!!”

“ANSWER !”

After thousands of years, he should have been cold-blooded, purely rational.

Why did it hurt?

Why was he… angry at the god?

He could not understand—never would.

The god gave no reply.

Fla Fosset slumped, only managing to stand with Blazewalker’s help. His thin body wavered.

His mind had finally grown old. He felt it, down to his bones. And he had paid a terrible price for his reckless ambition.

At that mont—Golden Divine Pillar.

The once brilliant golden pillar dimd, now wrapped in a foul, malevolent black mist. The entire secret realm shook violently without pause.

“It’s here… the end of the Age World. It’s finally coming!”

“Hahaha—I will forge a brand new world of chaos and anarchy. Draconis, Tecumseh, you looked down on ?”

“In the end, it all cos down to !”

Countless eyes opened above the pillar, firing horrific beams that devoured the golden light. Lifeless stone blocks crashed from above.

“Spatial collapse!”

“Please evacuate imdiately!”

“Please… unknown error!”

One system alert after another rang out.

The Golden Divine Pillar cracked apart. In the dark secret space, several lights suddenly flared.

“No! How could a re adventurer destroy the data core? Even the Void King couldn’t manage this!”

“Orgod, Orgod…”

“Adventurers… re ants! How could this be possible?”

Whispers rippled through the void.

“Quick! Ignore descent protocols—kill him now! Or he’ll ruin the gods’ grand design!”

Instantly, several terrifying divine auras descended on Orson. It felt like standing alone before an endless sea—small, weak, utterly insignificant.

Two colossal gates appeared in the dark: one nad Heaven, the other Hell.

Petals rained down at Orson’s feet. The goddess of love floated a hundred ters away, eyes wide in shock. “Why… why would you do this? What do you gain? You could’ve been a divine weapon loved by all the gods.”

Orson stood up, eyes glittering with sharp light. He shook his head. “I can only tell you—this ga ends here.”

Xinala: “You bastard!”

Before the words finished, the enraged soul of an eight-winged angel descended.

Beside her stood a giant demon nine stories tall, horns curling from his skull, his entire body ablaze with hellfire—nad Sakan!

He raised his massive sword. Hands clasped, he swung once—and tore the secret realm apart with divine might.

The sky split in two, revealing the scenery of a starter village.

Yet Orson remained calm. He quickly recalled his three beasts into the Battle Space, then waved at the gods of Infinite Dinsions. “See you in the next world.”
