"Explosive Fireball? Ha ha ha…"
"Isn't that a skill from Infinite Dinsions? Has this guy lost his mind from playing too much?"
Pokpung and the others froze for a mont, before bursting into uncontrollable laughter. In their eyes, Orson was indeed a powerful figure in Infinite Dinsions, but this was reality.
A cruel world where even the most powerful could be brought down in a single shot!
Whether you're the global leader on the Leaderboards or a ruthless player from the US, no one is invincible.
"Orson! I'm gonna f*cking kill you!" Bradley gritted his teeth, his face twisted with rage. He kept trying to get up, but it was futile as two n held him down by the shoulders.
Madman, who had been knocked into the corner, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. He looked at Orson with a hint of confusion in his eyes.
This man had created so many miracles. How could he possibly die over a few gold coins?
What was even stranger was that Blank, that fierce woman, was in full force in the real world, but Orson had sent her outside just minutes ago. This was a dumb move for him. It seed too suspicious!
He must have so hidden trump card he hadn't shared with them.
"What's this thing?"
A dark red line appeared at Orson's feet, and his entire body was surrounded by flickering flas.
The gunman's mouth dropped open, his face turned pale, sweat beginning to bead up on his forehead.
Everyone in the room froze in shock. They could clearly feel a terrifying heat spreading.
Orson's expression was cold as he slightly raised his hand and sent it forward. The gunman was suddenly lifted by an unseen force and tossed through the air.
Crash! The gunman's body smashed through the window of the VIP room and flew into the air above the auction hall.
"What the f*ck?"
Players in the lower areas looked up in a daze, watching as a man floated strangely in midair.
Pokpung and her crew were left speechless, their understanding of the world shattered in an instant.
Bang!
The NUK assassin never even had ti to scream. His body exploded into pieces, burning and scattering to the ground. His flesh lted at a visible rate, turning into white bones within monts.
The blood splattering on the ground was quickly consud by the dark red flas, along with the bone fragnts, all turning to ash.
Not even the fragnts of his clothes remained.
Several IND exchange students, terrified, clasped their hands together and started praying.
"My God! Oh my God!"
Davis was pale, his mind spinning with confusion. How did a simple auction turn into sothing more chaotic than Florida?
The NUK players, who had thought they were in control, stared in shock, frozen and too scared to move.
"Ha… ha ha ha."
Only Demon Emperor's eyes sparkled with excitent. He murmured to himself, "So that's it. Now I understand. He's almost beyond this world now!"
Usher turned pale as his premonition was confird in a strange way.
Two other assassins, caught in the Chaos Magic Ball's aftermath, were instantly obliterated in front of Bradley and Naoko.
"What the f*ck!! Is this ga feedbacking into reality?"
"You brought a ga skill into the real world?!"
Madman and Bradley stared at Orson in disbelief.
Orson didn't respond, rely nodding faintly toward them.
At that mont, the three of them were filled with a strange thrill. Instead of fear, they felt excitent at the bizarre scene before them.
"Watch out!"
Naoko scread, her eyes darting to the back of Orson. Pokpung had a cold look in her eyes and, gathering her courage, fired three shots at him!
Clink! Clink! Clink!
The sound of bullets hitting sothing as hard as steel rang out. Pokpung stared in horror as she watched the man in front of her...
She recoiled, her throat tight with fear, unable to speak a word.
"You think I'd let you in without any defenses?" Orson smiled without turning around.
Nine layers of Sun Shield wrapped around him like a fortress, with the back defense the most prominent, glowing with radiant energy.
As expected, the small-caliber bullets barely made a dent. The three shots dimd the outer shields slightly, but only about half of the shield's strength on one side was gone.
This confird it: small-caliber guns had the sa power as in the previous life, dealing around 100-200 damage per shot.
Of course, if she'd used a larger-caliber rifle or even a sniper, Orson wasn't keen on testing his life expectancy.
For a trial-taker, life and death were only a thought away.
Anyone who had survived in a hardcore post-apocalyptic world had blood on their hands.
"Let the auction continue. The insurance people will handle it shortly," Orson said nonchalantly as he walked down from the VIP room.
The NUK assassins imdiately aid their guns at him.
But just then, a blur passed by, and Blank appeared, twin blades in hand, moving faster than lightning. In an instant, she sliced through one of the assassins' limbs, disarming him.
Monts later, six top fighters from the Bruce Family rushed in, all wielding cold weapons, overpowering the NUK assassins in no ti.
"Orson, look at the ss you caused!" Blank glared at him with burning fury.
"? It was a gas leak. Madman just had to light a cigarette to calm down. Boom, explosion!" Orson grinned, showing his white teeth.
Madman exploded, "I'm not an idiot!"
The others in the room were pale, swallowing nervously. Could natural gas really cause a body to burn up completely?
Not even a flathrower could do that!
"The auction will continue, everyone, don't be afraid. Think of it as being at ho," Orson smiled kindly, nodding at the crowd.
Despite the chaos in their minds, no one dared to speak up.
Orson turned back to look at Pokpung, whose brain had clearly short-circuited, and said with a light laugh, "Put on the ga helt. Let's finish our transaction."
"You... if you dare touch , I swear you won't get away with it, Orson!" Pokpung snapped, suddenly snapping back to reality.
Orson frowned, still smiling. "I'm a man of my word. I'll give you the items once the paynt is done. After the transaction, you're free to go."
Pokpung, her face full of fear, reluctantly put on the ga helt and, suppressing her terror, completed the ss-grade Awakening Scroll transaction.
6,000,000 gold soon landed in Orson's account. He'd just sold the item for twice its price—delicious profit!
The other big players remained silent, now realizing they were nothing more than cattle in a pen, at the rcy of this young man's whim.
"Can I leave now?" Pokpung glared at Orson with venomous eyes.
Orson stretched, waving his hand. "You're free to go."
Demon Emperor suddenly stood up, holding a ga helt, and laughed at Pokpung, who was now on the ground, looking like a broken dog.
"Demon Emperor, you really have a black heart!" Orson shook his head, wagging a finger at him.
His two-timing behavior was a strong condemnation, even if he was just milking a cash cow. This was going too far!
Slaughter Spree looked at Orson with a scowl. "If anyone's heart is black, it's yours!"
"Hand over the scroll, and I'll arrange for a private jet to take you back," Demon Emperor smiled.
Pokpung glared at Demon Emperor, having intended to double-cross him and return to her turf.
But in the end, she was the one who got double-crossed.
And the worst part was, she had been taken for a ride twice.
She never actually intended to pay the 6,000,000 gold. Now she had paid the price, and Demon Emperor had taken the item.
"Did you see that? That wasn't a gas explosion," Skyslasher whispered.
"Obviously," Ivy said, swallowing nervously. "And the body disintegrating as it burned is exactly like a mage's Blazing Burn passive."
"He can do it! I can do it too! Infinite Dinsions isn't just a ga!"
Usher felt a mix of excitent and fear. The strange events happening around Orson made him feel as though it wouldn't be long before he could do the sa!
