Marcus gathered the power of his two Elents once more, resisting the effects of the two Reversed Domains greatly and releasing over seventy percent of their power to send a combined wave of Darkness and Sound towards the position of William's group.

The attack was incredibly swift and powerful despite still being suppressed, shattering the fabric of the World and opening many spatial fissures. The attack was very brutal and rciless, lining up William's friends behind so he couldn't dodge without sacrificing them.

But William didn't dodge at all. Instead, he pulled back his fist for two seconds to trigger a special ability from the Fitness Talent that he hadn't used before, doubling the strength of his next punch.

The Darkness and Sound Spells continued towards William, but Marcus could sense an indomitable power welling up with William's fist as a source. Even more spatial fissures appeared from this action than compared to his Spell, its threatening aura forcing Marcus to subconsciously retreat.

The punch was released at the sa ti that the two Spells collided with William's body, shattering both Spells at once and continuing towards Marcus in the air. The old man gathered more Mana to defend himself, but it was just as useless as the two Spells, exploding in his face and knocking him backwards by a dozen kiloters.

William used Space Magic to open a portal behind Marcus, sending him back in front of William before he could regain control of himself. William used his powerful body to restrain the old man, then tore off his arms and legs with any powerful treasures the old man had.

Once the old man had been weakened thoroughly, William made sure to stand behind the old man before sealing him with the Territory of Sealing. As long as Marcus couldn't look at William, the effects of his ntal attacks would be greatly weakened.

This was the greatest detrint to ntal attacks. One had to maintain line of sight with their opponent to successfully concentrate their ntal energy. It could still be done while not looking, but the effects would be less than one percent of what they could be.

The golden portal above seed to beco angry, its ti running out while the target hadn't Ascended yet. This was the second ti Golden Girl had seen William interfering with the Ascensions, and she was starting to get annoyed.

"That damn kid, I have a quota to fill! He's wasting my energy and ruining everything!" she pouted.

Superior Tribulations were one thing, hardly using any energy, but the Ascension Portal was a completely different story. It took one thousand tis the amount of energy to create a portal to the higher Realms than it did to just send over so Lightning.

It was the difference between Heaven and Earth, literally.

"Let's see if you can deal with this!" she laughed maniacally as a tiny black wisp of Mana spread out from her fingertips. It was like the Darkness Elent, but different in many ways. Its corrosive ability was pushed to the maximum as she funneled it into Tribulation Clouds and sent them both to the lower Realm.

William had just fully restrained Marcus when a set of Tribulation Clouds gathered in the sky. He looked up, expecting to see the usual red tint of a Superior Tribulation, but it was sothing different this ti. It was completely black in color, emitting the unusual aura of the Darkness Elent, but also the Heavens.

-The Heavens are punishing you: 1 Attention

-Attention has reached 30 points and a second punishnt has appeared. Host will now be subjected to the Punishnt of Eternal Tribulations.

Before the first set of Tribulation Clouds could fully form, a second set bearing the usual red tint were layered above, their altitude much higher than usual Tribulation Clouds. The black Tribulation gathered its Mana first, shattering the space in the sky with its overwhelming power that had clearly reached the Ascension Realm.

"T-That's!" Marcus looked up to the sky in shock.

"You know what this is?" William asked.

"Uh...no." Marcus replied honestly. He had never seen this type of Tribulation before, but he could tell it was a level above the Superior Tribulations for a fact.

William returned his attention to the clouds, realizing no one knew what this Tribulation was.

"If so, then I suppose I'll call you the Ultimate Tribulation." William stated out loud for everyone to hear. He wasn't nervous at all, in fact relishing the feeling of encountering a brand-new Tribulation never seen by history.

"Ultimate Tribulation..." everyone muttered in silence. It was a fitting na for such a monstrous aura, but could William survive it?

"Hahahaha! This is your punishnt for interfering with my Ascension. Can't you see it? Let go now so I can Ascend!" Marcus laughed as he understood what was happening.

"Shut up!" William smacked the old man, knocking him unconscious instantly. He used the Mana Mode of his Vision Talent to inspect the properties of the Tribulation, finding it to be made up mostly of Darkness with only a small portion of Lightning.

In that case, I'll try Light Magic first.

William was well beyond the point of concealing his Elents. He opened the Light Domain first, then gathered Light Mana to his fingertips and ford a triple-layered barrier above his head that was comparable to the peak of the Tribulation Transcendence Realm.

It wasn't at the level of Ascension yet, but it seed to do the trick as the corrosive Darkness Elent landed on the barriers. The corrosive aspect of the Darkness burned holes through the Light Barriers in just a single second, but it was enough for William to defend the rest with his bare body.

He repeated the process ti and again, stacking more and more Light Barriers to defend against the special Darkness Magic, his body solving the remainder of the Tribulation.

"He has the Light Elent as well? How did I not see it? Better yet, when did he acquire it?" Golden Girl wondered. She knew he had most of the Magic Affinities, but she must not have been paying attention when he used the Light Elents in the past. This ruined her plan to weaken his body before the final bolt, but she proceeded anyway.

She had no choice. Once a Tribulation begun, it could not be stopped until the target died, or the Tribulation ran out of energy. Worse yet, William seed to have attracted the attention of one of her other Clan mbers, because a Superior Tribulation had ford above hers, and its energy seed nearly inexhaustible.

She frowned, hoping the other Clan mber didn't reap the benefits of her hard work.

As the Tribulation advanced in strength, William was forced to use his other Elents as well, starting with the SS-Rank Earth Affinity. Dozens of Elental Domains stacked atop one another, protecting him from the Ultimate Tribulation and stunning the spectators nearby.

Even his friends, who were just a few hundred ters away, were perfectly safe as William protected them completely with his absurd Elental Affinities. Seeing the Earth Domains made Carl feel ashad of himself, while the Ice Magic was many tis stronger than Gunther's own.

Yuming was already aware that William had a powerful Fire Elent, but when the Life Domain opened to heal a slight injury, Charlotte felt more useless than anything.

I should be the one healing him, so why does he have to heal himself? I'll never catch up to him!
