When Rain checked the daggers, he could tell that his control over fire magic improved one hundred percent. He will have the chance to level up the fire mage’s path quite fast with those weapons and he will be able to use them against ice dragons in a very effective way.
Regardless, Rain won the third and fourth matches as well and at that point in ti, the audience realized that Rain was the real deal and the strength of those beyond their territory was hard to grasp. Although he got those items, Rain didn’t use them and imdiately bet them on the matches.
"Hey, granny… this is…" Van said while furrowing his eyebrows. The true strength of soone from outside?"
"I guess you can say that the average soldier from the human kingdom should have ten percent of that strength and those close to him should be at least as half as strong," Isa explained. "In any case, things will get interesting now."
Rain has just gotten two pairs of elental claws and those Items could be useful to him. He will have to adjust his fighting style a bit, but since they were better than his forearm and shin guards, it couldn’t be helped. Perhaps he should save them for the really difficult fights.
In any case, when the next opponent arrived, Rain could tell that she was above the others in many aspects and she had to be respected… even though she looked like a bunny thanks to her ears.
"A real bunny girl… I should probably hide this from my wives," Rain thought. "I can already imagine their condemning eyes looking at . That is too much to handle."
The next challenger to step into the arena was a rabbit woman, and she had quite a striking appearance. Her most striking feature was her eyes, which were an intense shade of red, giving them a vicious and almost unsettling quality. These crimson eyes were a stark contrast to her otherwise flawless and pure white hair that cascaded down her back.
Despite her unique and sowhat eerie appearance, the rabbit woman remained silent, not uttering a word. Instead, she chose to communicate through actions rather than words. In her slender hand, she held up an amulet, which hung around her neck on a delicate chain. This amulet was a vivid shade of green and emitted a soft, enchanting glow.
The green amulet that she displayed was what she was wagering in the duel. Its radiance caught the attention of the audience and added an elent of intrigue to the forthcoming battle.
"I guess you don’t want rules," Rain said.
That woman passed Rain the vibe that she was so sort of trained assassin… things were supposed to be peaceful in the demi-humans territory, so for her to emit that bloodlust was weird to say the least. Continue reading at .Côm
As soon as Rain assud his fighting stance, he felt danger… out of reflex, he moved his head to the side and then he felt a sharp burning pain on his left cheek… before long, Rain felt a bit wetness on his face and then the sll of blood… his defense should be pretty high and even without his buffs, he should have been able to see the attack, but he didn’t it.
Rain could see so spiked gauntlets on the hands of the rabbit woman, and those weren’t there before… so, he imdiately used Limit Breaker.
When Rain felt danger again, he sidestepped to the side and avoided the attack… this ti, he saw the hands of the woman moving in a blur. She was as fast as him when he used the Sonic Punches. They were just basic punches that he attacked when he used Limit Breaker and Magic Boost to their limits for a second, after all.
"I can’t see her using magic or anything like that… so is that so sort of special trait that she has for being a demi human?" Rain thought.
The woman kept trying to attack Rain, but while Rain couldn’t see her fists moving, he could see her shoulders moving slightly before the attacks and that was enough to give him ti to move away.
After avoiding the hits several tis, the bloodlust that she emitted increased as she clenched her teeth in anger. Before long, she assud a four legs stance and then the fur on her body began to stand… in the next mont, she disappeared, and Rain felt his left arm and face burning again. When he looked at them, he saw so cuts on them.
"All right… no ti to play around," Rain thought. "I didn’t expect that I would have to fight for real soone that isn’t a dragon."
Rain used Magic Boost, and the woman raised her guard as well… she could tell that Rain was going to fight for real, but her estimations were very different from reality. Rain began to move around from one side to the other while using Impulse, and she was left speechless… she never saw anyone moving like that… few people in the arena could see Rain moving at all.
When Rain charged at her, much to his surprise, Rain’s punch only hit the air… she moved her head to the side and avoided the hit, and imdiately ran away… those were so crazy instincts and reaction speed. Rain didn’t have that much ti to gain speed and power since he had to control his Impulse, but even so.
Without giving up, Rain began to chase the rabbit woman as well, and since she focused on dodging, she was able to avoid all of his attacks even though Rain was able to catch up with her in no ti.
Still, that didn’t make Rain give up as he continued the chase… unfortunately, the fact that the woman was the speed type instead of endurance type was her downfall. Eventually, she began to slow down and she began to sweat bullets thanks to the exhaustion.
