Hilo turned around expecting to find Rain, but he only found the distortion of the ominous sword touching the wall of void. When the light vanished, Hilo raised his guard and looked around for Rain, but he didn’t find him anywhere... in the end, he suddenly heard the sound of sothing super Sonic cutting the air, and then his field of vision began to split in half...
In the next mont, half of the body of Hilo began to dissipate while the other half regenerated itself... thanks to the surprise attack, he lost half of his reserves of energy... when he turned around, he saw Rain with the ominous sword in his mouth... it looked like the fake ominous sword that was distorting was actually the real one... Rain was holding it after he erased traces of his presence while making it look like the weapon was a fake.
"Hahaha, you are truly sothing else. You sacrificed your arms to surprise like this and make sacrifice half of my energy? What are you going to do next?"
Rain let out a heavy sigh, the weight of exhaustion bearing down on him like a crushing burden. Dealing with Hilo’s relentless onslaught had taken its toll, leaving him drained and weary beyond asure. The loss of his arms was just the tip of the iceberg, a re physical and temporary manifestation of the trials he had endured.
But the toll went deeper than just the loss of limbs. Rain could feel the effects of Hilo’s attacks echoing through his very being like ripples spreading through the fabric of his existence. The sheer magnitude of the onslaught had stripped away a significant portion of his paraters, leaving him diminished and vulnerable.
Even more disheartening was the realization that the power of his skills had been decreased by the ferocity of Hilo’s assaults. What had once been his most potent weapons now felt like re shadows of their forr selves, robbed of their true power by the overwhelming force of their opponent’s attacks.
Hilo was expecting sothing amazing... even though his life was on the line, he wasn’t considering the implications of that. However, when he realized that Rain’s wounds weren’t healing nearly as fast as before, he soon realized that Rain was finally out of tricks.
"I guess this is it, huh? Well, it was fun. I suppose I can find so more fun dealing with your friends if they are still fighting my army. They should have a small chance, given that you forced to use so much energy."
Rain just ignored those words and kept taking deep breaths... he was slowly building his mana, and he was also burning his stamina. The look in his eyes still showed that he wasn’t done yet... so it seed that he still could show sothing interesting.
"Dodge this bow," Rain said. "Just so you would know, your death will be mainly thanks to your lack of sense of urgency and for showing your skills too much."
Hilo wondered what Rain was talking about, but he just raised his guard to deal with the next attack. However, the attack never ca... the ominous sword suddenly disappeared, and then Rain’s head suddenly glowed for a mont, and all of a sudden, Hilo felt sothing in his stomach. When he looked at it, the weapon had been enveloped by the power of void and slashed everything around before he could react since Rain combined the power of Light Speed and Telekinesis.
"That was indeed impressive... you severed the connection with the rest of my energy while also protecting the sword with the power of the void. Usually, my power would overpower yours, but thanks to your combination of skills, you won. My life had been pretty boring, but the end was pretty interesting... I hope that you can make the others have as much fun as I did."
All of the body of Hilo dissipated and then so marble fragnts that were also his body eventually appeared. In the next mont, the dinsion began to fall apart.
As Hilo’s defeat beca certain, the once-stable fabric of the dinsion he had created began to unravel at its seams. The very foundations of the reality he had constructed trembled and shook, echoing with the echoes of his downfall.
Cracks spiderwebbed across the surface of the dinsion, spreading like wildfire as if the very essence of the space itself rebelled against its creator’s defeat. The once-steady flow of energy that had sustained the dinsion faltered and sputtered, flickering like a dying fla in the face of Hilo’s defeat.
The landscape, once a surreal amalgamation of twisted shapes and shifting shadows, now crumbled and collapsed upon itself, disintegrating into a chaotic maelstrom. Colors bled together in a dizzying kaleidoscope of chaos, swirling and churning as the dinsion teetered on the brink of collapse.
Rain used the ominous sword to absorb the fragnts of Hilo’s core, and then the battle was over... still, at the mont he relaxed, he almost fell unconscious. It took him all of his willpower to stay awake since he needed to, at the very least, help everyone return to the pocket dinsion... fortunately, Hilo restrictions were no longer hindering him.
The skill Gem Creation leveled up.
The Gemini path leveled up.
The skill Gem Creation leveled up.
The Gemini path leveled up.
...
Thanks to that, Rain began to recover so mana pretty fast and soon headed to his pocket dinsion, where he found his underlings. It was their perfect chance for them to attack him and escape, but instead of that, those who could use healing magic began to heal him while Rain began to ditate and then summoned so doppelgangers to help him with that as well.
"Things would have been easier, and you wouldn’t have lost your arms if you had called us at that mont," Hardt said after he had crossed his arms. "It wasn’t like we actually could steal the Experience, after all."
