Rain grabbed the ominous sword with both hands so the enemy could tell that he wasn’t going to use his rain technique... while he wasn’t absolutely sure of that when Rain moved his sword to the side, he confird that it would be the case.

Once again, the diamond golems charged at Rain with all their might and together, but they stopped a couple of centiters away from Rain... before long, their heads rolled on the ground, and then blood began to gush from their necks.

The skill Draconic Anatomy leveled up.

The skill Draconic Scales leveled up.

The skill Dragon Fire Resistance leveled up.

...

At first glance, it almost looked like Rain didn’t do anything and the enemies just died... but he used a single sword slash with the light speed to claim their necks. However, that alone shouldn’t have been enough to finish the beasts off. Usually, the machine god would have retreated the other diamond golems, but he made them attack again to confirm what had happened. The sa thing happened again, and this ti, the machine god saw it... Rain used Light Touch to ignore the defenses of the monsters. With that in mind, the machine god teleported away the remaining golems.

"Since he is doing this so fast... he is paying attention to ," Rain thought. "Good... the others will have enough ti to fulfill their part of the mission as long as that happens... but I need to be quick here. Can’t let anything unexpected happens."

The enemies could co up with all kinds of gimmicks, but Rain was well equipped enough to deal with most of it. The machine god realized that, and he also realized that Rain was getting stronger with each kill... his sword was also getting stronger, so he had to do sothing about that, and he already had an idea of how.

When Rain decided to target the dark sentinels, they were enveloped by dark portals and then disappeared from the field. Rain raises his eyebrows for a mont... it was a bit too soon to give up on the fight or for the machine god to show itself... while that was convenient for Rain, he was also gathering Intel about the enemy’s intentions and modus operandi to catch him off guard...

The weird sound began to echo again in the area, and more dark portals began to erge... the sound of tal landing on the ground and of machines moving began to spread around the area.

Robots landed on the battlefield. Giant towering war machines, standing at an insane height of twenty ters. These chanical behemoths were equipped with arms resembling gigantic saws, each capable of spinning at incredible speeds, slicing through anything in their path with frightening efficiency. The saws moved so fast that they created a deafening roar as they tore through tal, concrete, or any obstacle that dared to oppose them.

Atop their massive fras, these war machines showed heads adorned with three nacing cannons, poised and ready to unleash devastating firepower upon their enemies. These cannons are strategically positioned for maximum coverage, enabling the war machines to engage multiple targets simultaneously with deadly accuracy.

But their lethality didn’t end there. In addition to their imposing stature and formidable weaponry, these war machines showed a unique mobility system. While they possess powerful legs capable of traversing various terrains, they are also equipped with tires integrated into their limbs. These tires enhance their speed and agility, allowing them to maneuver swiftly across the battlefield with unmatched efficiency.

"I can’t feel their presence... son of a bitch," Rain clicked his tongue. "He doesn’t want getting more experience."

"Those things are pretty old, so you shouldn’t have a problem dealing with them," Elisabetha said.

"The enemy wouldn’t send ordinary war machines to kill ," Rain said.

Those things were from a society probably similar to the robot master that Rain Bad defeated when he reached the fifth zone of the prison; they resembled those things quite a lot...

Rain’s guess was right... the machines began to fire cannon bullets as fast as machine guns from all directions. Rain punched those away from all directions; even with his ordinary speed, he could do that much, but each attack scratched his skin more and more, and soon he realized that he wasn’t healing and the wounds were increasing... because sothing was eating his flesh on a microscopic level...

"A biological weapon..." Rain furrowed his eyebrows.

Rain covered his hands in dark ice and began to punch back the projectiles back at the war machines, but that didn’t cause much damage. In the end, Rain ran out of patience and then teleported above the machines and then crushed them with a single punch... he didn’t get any experience and used mana, so he felt like a moron... moreover, his wounds were still increasing in his arms.

"Let handle this," Elisabetha said and then made her anger burn Rain’s arms.

Rain felt sothing tingling in his wounds, but soon, they began to close. If the biological weapon didn’t have any magical properties, then killing it should be easy.

The machine god realized that, but soon he summoned more of those war machines... At that point in ti, he was testing Rain’s patience as well. After taking a deep breath, Rain decided to make his move.

"Ti to show my resourcefulness," Rain thought.

Rain put his hands together, and soon, the war machines stopped moving and began to emit a fire blast through their cannons... it seed that the machine god summoned those to counter that technique as well, but Rain never used it. The machines stopped moving for a while, waiting for sothing to happen, but nothing like that happened...

The machine god soon realized that Rain just made them waste ti, and out of annoyance, he made the machines point their weapons at Rain and fire the biological cannon shells and use the fire blasts... but they never were launched.
