Rain nodded to himself in satisfaction. With that kind of path to add to his foundation, he could focus on his new secret technique without hesitation. Moreover, the last skill of the path was quite useful…
Level 100: Light Speed - Attain mastery over Light's magic. With this ability, you command the full power of light. You can enhance the speed of your attacks and movents using light magic. Each level grants you the power to cross distances of one thousand kiloters per second. Wisdom requirent: 110.000
Rain imdiately went to test the the skill and he confird that the more he covered a part of his body with the skill, the more mana he would have to use, but that was within expectations. After doing a few tests, he confird the real power of the technique; even at level one, it was already insane.
Even at that level, a single punch without considering Rain's strength, it basically could destroy a massive boulder, and create a crater of fifteen ters of diater… the power would increase exponentially with each level. However, since the technique had a wisdom requirent, it would take a while before anyone could learn that.
"This is truly troubling… so much power is at everyone's reach, but it is so far away at the sa ti," Sakaki said.
Rain rubbed his chin thoughtfully while thinking of a way to deal with that, but he didn't say it out loud since he had another problem that he had to deal with first. First of all, Rain went to his pocket dinsion and then created so tables with earth magic, and then put all the cores that he had with him. Then, he began to work on his next plan by training the usual skills…
"I will have to ask everyone to share their mana with to reach the enemy's base," Rain thought. "If I don't do that, we won't be able to move anyti soon. Even if I will benefit a lot from this, it can't be helped."
Rain's next secret technique would help everyone as well, so that would be a fair trade. During Rain's absence, his friends grew a bit concerned about his well-being. Despite their knowledge of his tendency to imrse himself in his work, the long absence without any communication or signs of physical presence sparked worry among them.
Days passed with no sight or word from Rain, leaving his everyone anxious and uncertain about his condition.
However, when Rain finally erged from his pocket dinsion after three days, their concerns were montarily solved. Despite his isolation, Rain appeared outwardly unchanged, neither fatigued nor excited.
His calm deanor, though reassuring, also puzzled his companions, as they had expected him to either show signs of progress in his research or exhibit so degree of exhaustion from his extended seclusion.
Yet, what caught their attention was the strange weapon Rain carried with him. Its shimring surface reflected the surroundings like a mirror, exuding an otherworldly aura that piqued their curiosity. The weapon bore a striking resemblance to Sealyn's trident, further adding to its enigmatic nature.
"That is sothing interesting that you have…" Seara said. "I can't feel its magical presence at all."
"It's just a little sothing that I developed for the sake of the future; here is one for you, too," Rain said and then used his mana to create a copy of Seara's javelin. "It is useless as a weapon, so don't try to use it like one."
"What is it for then?" Seara asked.
"For the future, that is all," Rain said.
Seara furrowed her eyebrows and received the weapon. In the next mont, the weapon's glow increased for a bit, and her body glowed as well… but there were no signs of her getting stronger. There were no changes in her skills either… sothing was off.
After passing the trident to Sealyn, Rain moved around and made copies of a lot of people's weapons using that sa weird material… since Rain didn't explain what it was for, everyone couldn't help but feel a bit puzzled and annoyed… what was the point of hiding such secret?
Despite their initial excitent and curiosity, Rain's companions soon found themselves puzzled and frustrated as they examined the weapons he had distributed. Each item appeared ordinary upon closer inspection, devoid of any discernible magical presence or hidden powers.
Despite their efforts to uncover any hidden potential or significance, the weapons remained unchanged, leaving them perplexed and unsure of Rain's intentions.
Speculations and theories circulated among the group as they attempted to make sense of Rain's actions. So speculated that the weapons were part of a test or trial, with the potential for unlocking hidden powers or secrets if approached correctly. Others wondered if Rain had devised a complex strategy or plan, the details of which remained mysterious to them…
