The group tried to think of many ways on how they could do that, but it was hard… very hard to outsmart those who had been around for so long.
"Arel ntioned that you were pretty good at surprising her, right?" Terra asked. "Can't you think of anything that might work with them?"
"One strategy that worked against her might not work against all the others," Rain explained. "Doing things in a single combat isn't the sa as doing on a large scale with thousands of people involved. That being said, there are a few things that we can do that can show so results, at least for a short while."
Rain couldn't help but think of the machine gods as evolved AI entities whose understanding might be rooted in rationality and logic. With this perspective in mind, he realized that they might have difficulty comprehending actions that defied conventional logic or exhibited unpredictability.
If Rain and the others could act in a manner that seed irrational or illogical to the machine gods, it could potentially confound their expectations and disrupt their strategic calculations.
Drawing inspiration from his encounters with Arel and other machine gods, Rain recognized that surprising them with unconventional tactics had shown so success in the past. However, he also understood that relying solely on tactics employed in individual combat scenarios might not translate effectively to large-scale engagents against multiple adversaries.
Nevertheless, Rain believed that introducing elents of chaos, randomness, and unpredictability into their strategies could serve to disrupt the machine gods' predictive capabilities. By acting in ways that seed illogical or counterintuitive, they might be able to exploit the limitations of their adversaries' understanding and gain temporary advantages in their ongoing conflict.
"The first thing we can do is to divert their attention to our real goals… my first idea was to destroy several of their bases, and one of them should be where the next relic is," Rain explained. "That way, it will be hard for them to realize what our goals are and that we will have destroyed one of the relics by accident."
"Destroying such bases will be pretty ti-consuming," Branden said. "Things got a bit easier when you got rid of their command center, though. Perhaps we can start with that."
"We will need high firepower to pull that off," Rain said. "Attacking four places at once and splitting our forces usually would be the best option, but it is too risky, and it will consu too much energy as well."
"We can't develop cannons that can destroy entire planets yet, so what can we do?" Regis asked.
"Perhaps we shouldn't ever obtain that kind of technology," Isa furrowed her eyebrows. "How about we attack them just like they attacked us at first? We will fire giant teors toward their bases and will stay hidden on the one that will hit our real target."
"That could work… but during the impact, those inside will suffer a lot of damage… unless they stay inside a pocket dinsion," Rain said while rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "At the sa ti, we can cloud their field of vision if the attacks create a massive dust curtain on all planets."
The plan was slowly taking shape now, so everyone began to talk and saw how they could improve their chances with their ideas… slowly but surely, they were getting confident in the idea of attacking the bases of the enemies once again.
"This is enough for now," Sealyn declared. "We have been here for a while, so we will finish the details of the plan tomorrow, then prepare everything accordingly on the following day, and then we will resu our journey to attack the enemies' bases."
The group had t for several hours, so that pause was needed. Things were starting to look up since everyone looked more eager to see the plan in action and share their ideas about the mission as well. At the sa ti, Rain just moved away to the top of a random mountain and then began to ditate and think about his next step.
The skills of the space manipulator's path could help him improve the strength of the group, but he needed sothing else… sothing that would decrease the death rate of the group… while getting stronger would help with that, it wasn't enough. The strength that they could obtain in that short window of ti was limited.

Rain decided to check the system for skills that could give him so inspiration, but that was getting hard. Those skills had the best prospect, but it was still hard to use them the way Rain envisioned… even if they have Full-Heal, only soone with high intelligence and wisdom would survive if the spell could be bast automatically dozens of tis enough to repair their head or damaged heart.
Wrathful Dominion could work, but the risk of letting thousands of people go mad was too high… as for Phoenix's Rebirth, high levels were necessary to make the skill as effective as possible… possibly level one hundred or even higher.
"Phoenix's Rebirth, huh…" Rain furrowed his eyebrows. "Perhaps I can use this idea to so extent."
