Everyone's journey to the planet of the previous zone happened over a span of five days, a duration that reflected the enemies' strategic decisions. This tactical choice aid to make the adversaries expend less energy through teleportation, which created a calculated advantage for Rain and his companions.
In the course of the journey, Rain engaged in discussions with the gathered group and the relics. Through these conversations, he discerned a fascinating aspect of the final zone, the altered flow of ti. Rain concluded that the abundance of energy within this realm, sustained by formidable world-destroying entities, exerted a profound influence on temporal dynamics.
Drawing parallels with the ti-altering effects of massive energy outputs from phenona like black holes, Rain assud the intricacies of the unique temporal landscape they encountered… essentially, they were powerful enough to bend the flow of ti.
"How is the new relic?" Rain asked.
"Still silent," Sakaki said. "It looks like the enemies used his properties to control that zone better. He was quite good at controlling weather conditions with wind and water magic. Adding that to the power of that first dragon's gluttony, Arel was able to create an environnt where the bacteria would be able to eat everything around over ti and with insane precision."
"Considering what you said, the dragon god destroyed the first dragon body, and the golden vase was used as a new core," Larisa said.
"What did Arel do them?" Rain asked.
"Just controlled the body. She didn't suffer any damage even though he smashed half of the head of the beast, and she looked completely calm as well," Sakaki said.
It looked like Sakaki had more to say, but talking while everyone was around probably wasn't the best move… moreover, Rain could tell that they were approaching the planet of the next zone, even though it was invisible.
All of a sudden, the group began to cross the barrier surrounding the planet that kept it invisible and sensed the turbulence for a while. Soon, they found themselves in the middle of so massive grasslands, but the castle town was nowhere to be seen. Rain had to use Telepathy once more to be able to tell which direction they would find the castle town.
"I will handle things now. You seriously need so rest," Isa said, and then she created her own domain.
Rain's face showed unmistakable signs of exhaustion after enduring five days without rest. Deep shadows encased his eyes, evidence of the sleep deprivation that had taken its toll. His once-alert gaze now held a weariness that extended beyond the physical, a testant to the ntal and emotional strain he had weathered during their tumultuous journey.
Despite the pressing circumstances, the fatigue etched on his features betrayed the imnse effort it took to navigate the challenges presented in their pursuit of survival. As he handed over control to Isa, the relief mingled with the weariness on his face, signaling the desperate need for rest and recovery.
When Rain woke up, they were already in the castle town, and he was sleeping in a tent. It had been a while since soone carried him, and he was completely unaware of it, so he felt like sighing.
"The others are having a eting," Elisabetha said. "It looks like Sakaki wants to talk with you about these machine gods, but he doesn't want the others to hear it for now."
"Understandable, things are getting too massive in scale," Rain shrugged and then began to stretch his body.
"Considering what we experienced and we heard, even I can guess a few things…" Elisabetha said.
"Let's not think too much about this. It will be mainly assumptions, anyway," Rain said. "Let's focus on regrouping and increasing our strengths. The barrier that keeps the planet invisible is still up and running, but since Arel vanished, the barrier that limited our movents is gone. The sa thing should apply to the other zones so we can bring everyone here and prepare."
"And then what?" Elisabetha asked. "Do you want to have a base here? Where the enemy has full control over it?"
"No… the enemies are all willing to destroy the planets that they have conquered," Rain said. "So, this place isn't safe… the dragon asshole might also try to destroy this place since it is unprotected now. However, it is safe to assu that the flow of ti for the enemies is different for us.
For people like us who have lived for one hundred years, ti flows very differently for beings that have been alive for millions of years, even if they are machines. Well, ti to make so progress here."
Utilizing the core of the chained beast, Rain worked on the intricate process of absorbing its knowledge. The application of Psychotry witnessed notable advancents, with discernible increases in proficiency. Moreover, his Lightning Mage path exhibited so progress as well, showcasing a refinent in his magical abilities.
As Rain ticulously reconstructed portions of the beast, a thod akin to Sakaki's, albeit at a slower pace, erged. This newfound skill allowed him to harness the accumulated knowledge and capabilities embedded within the core, contributing significantly to his overall prowess.
