After confirming the power of that combination, Rain decided to put the second part of his plan into action. Rain figured out that while joking around could decrease his anger, anything that would affect his body as a whole in a negative way would do the sa job.

With that in mind, Rain jumped and then used wind magic to spin his body in the air. Rain, in the end, beca a vortex of darkness through his manipulation of wind magic, concealing his true form with blurry movents thanks to his speed that baffled onlookers. His quick and erratic spins created an illusionary effect, making it impossible for anyone to see his actual appearance.

Amidst this whirlwind of shadows, Rain charged towards the closest enemy.

The adversaries, unable to see through the chaotic vortex, launched a barrage of spear attacks in an attempt to fend off Rain. However, the attacks proved ineffective as the attacks bounced off Rain's deftly maneuvered swords, leaving him unhard. Seizing the advantage of his mysterious movents, Rain then employed his Telepathy skill to connect with the closest enemy's mind.

"I am gonna laugh at you before I kick your ass because that is what heroes do," Rain said.

The enemy was paralyzed for a mont, and then Rain passed through the head of one of the chanical knights. Rain was planning to turn around and finish off the beast, but soon, he received a pleasant surprise.

The skill Frenzied Assault received 30.000 experience points.

The Wrath's path leveled up. All paraters 800.

Level 55: Malevolence Mastery - Deepen your understanding of malevolence, amplifying the effects of all rage-forged abilities by 5% per level.

The enemy was defeated, and Rain also received a useful skill while he was at it. Without hesitation, he quickly equipped it… Rain was planning to exploit the enemies' weaknesses using the virtues, but that was too hard when the enemies could use too many sins. Still, they could be overpowered by wrath… it wasn't like they were particularly resistant against it.

Rain kept spinning in the air as he moved in an arc toward the enemies. Even while spinning like that, he was able to see the enemies forming two lines behind chanical knights… they were planning to decrease his piercing power by staying on after the other…, but that wasn't all.

The enemies began to fire the tip of their spear toward Rain at the sa ti. The quick sequence coming from the sa direction made Rain feel the impacts, and that slowed down his spinning and flying speed, but that didn't stop him from following through.

Rain's attack began to pierce the heads of the enemies one after the other, but every ti an enemy was killed, he lost so montum until he only collided against the sixth enemy without causing any damage. At that point in ti, the chanical knights turned dark blue and attacked him with the thrust power of their spears.

With a synchronized and powerful thrust, they attacked him with the full force of their spears. The impact sent Rain flying towards the ground, vulnerable and nearly defenseless.

At that mont, just as the chanical knights were about to close in and strike, giant dark mana swords descended from the sky. Three of the chanical knights were instantly cut down, their forms dissolving into pieces. The remaining ones suffered heavy damage, creating an opening for Rain to escape the imdiate danger.

The dark mana swords, seemingly summoned by Rain himself, provided a tily intervention that turned the tide in Rain's favor.

The skill Mana Sword received 30.000 experience points.

The Wrath's path leveled up. All paraters 600.

Level 60: Fury Infusion - Infuse your attacks with the essence of fury, causing enemies to have decreased defense based on the level of this path multiplied by one hundred points per level.

Rain equipped that skill as well, and his aura changed a bit more. Usually, he would try to decrease the levels of wrath, but he decided to let all his frustration out in order to unleash it on the enemies.

Still, the other enemies soon ford several lines around Rain while they kept their shields up. They weren't planning to fall for Rain's surprise attacks from above, but they also weren't going to let him do what he wanted…

As the chanical knights closed in on Rain, the dark blue aura inside and around them intensified, a manifestation of their Wrath that activated when they approached their enemies. It beca obvious that their Wrath was almost instinctual, triggered by proximity to their targets.

Rain couldn't help but wonder at the efficiency of their coordinated attack and wondered if they had specifically targeted him after observing his defensive position at the wall. The level of preparedness they exhibited hinted at a deliberate strategy to overco his defenses.

It seed Rain was facing adversaries who not only possessed formidable combat capabilities but also a keen understanding of their opponent's strengths and weaknesses.

"Since it is like that… co and get it," Rain thought.

In the next mont, Rain began to spin violently without moving from the spot. The chanical knights closed in and then began to take turns while trusting their weapons at Rain, but all of their attacks were repelled… at the sa ti, the rotation made them lose their balance, and in the next mont, the monsters were split in half by dark mana swords that fell from the sky.

The chanical knights on the side of those creatures tried to cover for them with their shields, but Rain was counting on that… the dark mana swords ca while spinning, and their piercing power increased thanks to it.

The skill Mana Sword received 30.000 experience points.

The skill Mana Sword received 30.000 experience points.

The Wrath's path leveled up. All paraters 600.

Rain was supposed to feel good about defeating those creatures, but he only felt worried as he got stronger since they were supposed to be cannon fodder…
