Rain and Elisabetha's Wrath converged together as the shadow took over his body and the giant earth's arms turned obsidian. In the next mont, he jumped, he kicked the ceiling, and then fell like a teor on the ground and punched it with all his might. Imdiately, a hole was ford, and Rain could see the cave below… but no signs of the demon king.

"This attack pierced the robot master base, and I just pierced a couple of ters in the cave…" Rain grunted.

Rain repeated the sa motion several tis and created a bunch of holes in the caves. At least they weren't repairing themselves, so Rain knew the way out. Unlike the robot master, who used a bunch of his mana to constantly repair his base, the demon king decided to use his resources completely for defense and nothing else.

While Rain relentlessly attacked the caves, each strike creating openings and exposing the pathways within, and he couldn't help but feel the shaking of the intense battle between Seadrei and the demon king. The entire mountain seed to tremble with the clash of titans, indicating the sheer magnitude of their battle.

The tremors were a testant to the incredible power being unleashed within the heart of the mountain. It was clear that Seadrei was giving his all in the fight against the demon king. The rhythmic quakes and echoes of magical clashes conveyed a fierce struggle, with neither side willing to yield easily.

Rain couldn't see the battle directly, but the seismic disturbances were enough to paint a vivid picture of the intensity. It was a clash of raw power, strategy, and magical prowess. Despite Seadrei's formidable strength and skill, the demon king stood firm, resisting the onslaught.

Eventually, it reached a point where Rain's attack stopped creating a hole, even though it didn't lose power… he found a thicker layer, probably at the very bottom of the mountain. It seed like the right place for the demon king to be.

Without hesitation, Rain began to punch the ground with all his might, making the whole area shake… it felt like the land was crying for help as pieces of the cave began to fall around. Moreover, Rain's impatience was affecting his mind and body as well.

The Wrath path leveled up.

The Patience path lost a level.

The Wrath path leveled up.

The Patience path lost a level.

Eventually, the ground beneath Rain fell apart, and then a new chamber was revealed. Massive chunks began to fall toward this massive castle-like place. While in the air, Rain looked around and saw the mont when Seadrei suddenly stabbed the enemy in the chest with his right arm… Rain wanted to transform the demon king into a core, but it was better to finish the fight as soon as possible.

The demon king sure looked demonic… he had three heads adorning his monstrous form, three bull-like heads. A serpent's tail snaked behind him, and he unleashed fiery breath from his mouth. The grotesque image was completed by webbed feet, reminiscent of a goose.

The demon king's nightmarish appearance extended to its skin—a vivid shade of red that seed to pulse with a grotesque energy. The skin, resembling a living, pulsating mbrane, added an unsettling and otherworldly quality to the already terrifying creature.

Still, the monster stopped moving, and then Seadrei pulled his arm. At the sa ti, Rain landed on the ground and watched the scene while so rocks still fell around. When Seadrei turned, he showed so deep wounds in his chest but nothing serious, and then he sighed in relief.

"My apologies. I couldn't resist finishing him off," Seadrei said. "You should have plenty of demons outside to kill."

"Yeah, good job," Rain said when Seadrei approached him.

In the next mont, Rain suddenly appeared in front of Seadrei and then punched his face with all his might. The attack sent Seadrei flying and spiraling in the air toward the other side of the chamber and right below the stone throne were the body of the demon king was. Seadrei coughed so blood and then glared at Rain, wondering what the aning of that was.

"What did you do that for?" Seadrei asked. "Did you want to kill him yourself that much?"

"Whatever, let's do this," Rain said.

"Are you what your mind? We don't have ti for this. We have to help the others finish off the demons and prepare for the next battle," Seadrei said. "Wait, have you been possessed by one of them? That form of yours is…"

"I guess I did," Rain said and then shrugged. "Co on, have at you."

Seadrei's gaze shifted to Rain, who stood there with an eerily gleeful expression. Utter confusion marked Seadrei's face as he tried to comprehend the sudden change in Rain's deanor. Elisabetha, despite her rage, observed the situation with a growing sense of unease.

Elisabetha had stayed silent until now, her anger simring beneath the surface. However, even in the midst of her intense emotions, she couldn't ignore the unsettling shift in Rain's behavior. Sothing felt off, and her instincts warned her that this was more than a re outburst of frustration.

As Rain's transford state grinned back at them, Elisabetha couldn't shake the feeling that her own rage might have triggered sothing within him. The air was thick with tension, and the atmosphere grew increasingly uneasy.

"Hehehe, I was right, I picked the right target," Seadrei said. "You realized from the very beginning, didn't you?"

"Obviously, this is one of the oldest tricks in the book… there are a lot of them, actually," Rain shrugged. "You are so dumb that you didn't even put an exit in this chamber to make it really look like Seadrei found this place instead of making him fall here. At the sa ti, getting killed as soon as I appeared was way over the top. Too obvious.

I actually feel offended for underestimating my brain like that."
