Despite the combined attacks of the allied forces, the towering monstrosity skillfully swung its massive hamr around, blocking attacks from all directions. It was a seemingly impossible feat as the enemy managed to defend against assaults from every side with any kind of weapon.

The magic blasts, infused with fire from Roan, Asche, Liss, Jori, and Reca, relentlessly bombarded the enemy. Each strike aid to decrease the added defense provided by the frost surrounding him, as Roan had urged the group to do. However, the enemy wielded his weapon with surprising agility, creating a protective barrier against the magical onslaught.

The situation beca increasingly tense as the warriors realized the difficulty of breaking through the enemy's defenses. The towering figure seed impervious to their combined magical assault, and a sense of urgency filled the battlefield. Still, that only confird that he couldn't use barriers.

Eventually, the enemy got sick of that and decided to make his move… he suddenly began to fly high, and the effects of the attacks suddenly weakened. The weather conditions and the armor of the enemy made fire magic almost useless froma a distance.

In the next mont, he moved downward as fast as possible… smashing each one of them would take too long, and so of them would get in the way, so the enemy decided to wound them as much as possible before going for the kill… Still, just when he was about to reach the ground, another lightning bolt flew from a distance toward him…

This ti, the enemy swung his hamr at the last minute to block the attack… thanks to it, he was able to see the javelin that Rain had with him.

The impact of the lightning bolt and the subsequent release of wind created a chaotic scene. Lightning bolts crackled and struck the ground, causing minor explosions and sending tremors through the area. In the midst of the confusion, Seadrei seized the opportunity and summoned a hundred giant water arms to strike the enemy.

However, as the water arms made contact, they froze upon hitting the enemy's frost-covered armor.

Seadrei struggled to maintain control over the frozen water, realizing that the enemy's frosty defense was not only immune to that kind of elental attack but could also freeze his water-based assaults. The towering adversary, having weathered the combined assault, focused his attention on Seadrei, but only for a mont.

The javelin disappeared, and the enemy raised his guard once more since another of those troubleso attacks could be dangerous. Still, instead of continuing to attack like that, Rain soon was seen in the distance approaching. He still looked like he had seen better days, but only that much wouldn't stop him from facing that guy at close range.

Everyone sighed in relief when they saw Rain, but even so, there was no real aning for him to be there… the difference in strength was the sa. It would be better if all of them attacked from a distance and weakened the enemy… it was their best chance.

"Do you have any plans to be here in the first place?" Larisa asked.

"I always have a plan… I just wished that I could keep fighting like before instead of relying on a plan," Rain said. "That hit woke up from my drunken stupor of rage."

Activating the skills would help Rain a bit, but it wouldn't be enough since the sa thing would happen again. Moreover, that kind of enemy wasn't quite human. It was, but it wasn't. It was being controlled by sothing else.

Rain realized that this massive enemy, with its seemingly chanical movents and lack of emotional response, was akin to an advanced artificial intelligence with infinite ti to analyze and adapt to his combat patterns. Every strike, every move, and every tactic he employed could be dissected and countered by this relentless foe.

It was as if he was facing a calculated machine that had been programd to find the most efficient way to defeat him.

In the face of such an annoying adversary, relying on the sa tactics repeatedly would only lead to certain defeats. The enemy would learn and adapt, anticipating Rain's every move until it could predict and counter every action with 100% accuracy.

It was a scenario that left Rain with a daunting challenge — how to be unpredictable, efficient, and ultimately victorious against an opponent that could learn and adapt at an alarming rate.

His mind raced through various possibilities, considering different approaches and strategies. The key, he realized, was to break the predictability of his own fighting style. Suppose he could introduce elents of surprise and innovation into his attacks. In that case, he might find a way to outmaneuver the enemy's adaptive capabilities.

"... All right, it is do or die now," Rain said and then readied himself. "It is ti to use my secret weapon… the most retarded one."

Rain began to move super fast and erratically once more. It was the sa type of tactic he was using before to attack the enemy… he was only going to get hurt and freeze himself by using that. Still, he looked a bit confident, and the enemy could sense that.

The others stopped attacking since Rain was moving around the enemy from all angles… the enemy was also completely focused on him, so they had another break to use potions and recover a bit. Then, all of a sudden, Rain began to talk… no one expected that in such an situation.

"Do you know why so people never learn from the past?" Rain asked.

Everyone looked confused when they heard that question… talking while preparing his attack was the sa as revealing his position when he was moving that fast. Moreover, nothing says that the enemy actually could understand Rain's words.

"It is because they truly believe that knowledge isn't power… it is a hindrance!" Rain shouted, and at the last mont, he punched the face of the enemy and made him stagger.
