In the garden situation at the backside of the building of the academy, varieties of flowers bloom there.
The garden is called the Garden of Paradise.
Why wouldn't it be called a paradise? Thousands of types of flowers of different species bloom here. From normal beautiful flower-like Rose, Hydrangea, Dahila, etc to spiritual flowers like Hundred Colour Flower, Mind Freshener Flower, Flower of Love, etc.
Just staying here and looking at the beautiful flower is enough for people to relax and forget about their problems.
However, due to their busy schedule, rarely do a large number of students visit here. And, mostly girls visit here.
Not every student has ti to dally in the garden and looks at the beautiful scenery. They have to cultivate.
Only small families like Allen allow the children to have freedom and do as they wish even if they are weak. But, big families and clans, if they even failed to achieve small success like reaching Tier 5, would get punishnt.
Nobody is free, that's why only 1 or 2 random students visit the garden daily.
And today, only one student is sitting on the bench, and admiring the beauty of the flowers. And, the student is none other than the princess of the Bin family; Hina, who is for unknown reason staying with the Liyer family.
Her beautiful cold face had a small smile blooming on it like those flowers. Her already beautiful face beca more beautiful because of that smile. Any man would get attracted to her and stare at her if they just saw that smile.
Well, she did have fans, followers, and the president young master who flex their family.
Swish! Swish!
Suddenly, two shadowy figures passed by her back without generating a single sound. They hid in the bushes and looked at Hina.
"Is she the target?"
"Yes."
They both whispered. After confirming the target, they jumped from the shadow and landed near Hina.
Hina felt the presence of two figures. She stood and turned back. Her body stiffen and she took a fighting stance.
Looking at those two black robes and a black mask covering their face. They looked creepy and suspicious.
Just looking at them gave her goosebumps. She didn't waste a single second. The cold air in the environnt turned hot, and two palm-sized fireballs appeared in her both hands.
Like Chinese martial arts, who took a fighting stance with fire in their hand, she looked the sa.
"Who are you guys?!"
She yelled at them. She took a glance at the exit and was ready to flee as long as they get distracted.
But contrary to her expectation, the reality didn't go well. They didn't even open their mouth and look at each other. They both nodded and jumped.
Just as they jumped, they disappeared like they just teleported or just got sucked by the space.
Hina's body stiffened, her eyes widen, and fear crawled in her heart. She was fully guarded, but sothing got injected into her neck.
"!"
Her fireball disappeared, and she couldn't circulate her mana. For magicians, if they couldn't circulate mana, then they just beco normal people.
Unlike fighters whose body is strong, or like tanks who have high defense, the mage is a technically normal person with just mana in their body.
'Poison?'
She put her finger in her neck and found one small needle piercing the flesh of the neck and stuck halfway.
Two figures appeared behind her.
"Caught you!"
They whispered near her ear, causing her to flinch. Her face darken and she couldn't hide her fear. She was terrified, so much that her legs shook slightly.
'Am I going to die? Just like this.'
She thought inside her head.
'No, I don't want to die!'
"Soone... please save !"
With her remaining energy, she spits out those words.
"Arg!"
Like in movies, when the heroine is in trouble, the hero appears. The villain near Hina also flew away and hit the trees.
"Huh..?"
She titled her head and looked at the white figure. His face was cold and rciless.
The assassin who just got thrown spat a mouthful of blood, and his companion winched. He looked at Allen who was raising his hands.
"Y-You! Who are you?!"
He asked as his expression turned grim. He was ready to escape.
"Like hell, I will tell you!"
Allen shouted.
"!"
Assassin's body stiffened as so unknown force pushed him in the sa direction as his companion.
He also hit the tree.
They both stood barely balancing their body.
"Shit! We need to escape."
Nod!
Just as they nod, a big bomb got thrown at the ground.
"Wha?!"
Hina's body got thrown to distract Allen, just as she was about to fall Allen caught her.
And the garden got filled with white smoke. Their vision dulled and they could see nothing.
"Pretty tricks!"
Allen snickers and swiped his hand.
Swoosh!
The fog disappeared like it never did exist.
Hina looked at Allen expressionless dumbfounded.
And Allen looked at her, not technically at her, but the box window near her face.
[Ding! Affection increased by 30]
[Current Affection Point: 50 (Senior who saved my life twice)]
[Affection in words: My Hero (Small crush, but not technically one)]
Hina's expression wavered. She seed troubled, but Allen didn't care. He gently put her on the ground, and white staggering she balanced herself.
"T-Thanks senior. To save... my life again."
Her cheeks redden a bit.
"It's not a problem."
He swayed his hand.
"B-But-"
"Shh!"
Before she was about to retort, Allen put his index finger at her lips to shut her.
"Let's forget about that. By the way, who were those guys?"
"I don't know. From their looks, they seed to be Assasin!"
"Assasin. Huh...?"
"Yes, I don't really know, why would soone want to kill to the extent, they would send an assassin."
"Huh...?"
Allen was dumbfounded by her answer. Like he didn't expect.
"You don't really know?"
"Yes..."
"I think, so rich girl was jealous of you. And since you have no background, she wanted to dispose of you. Clear and simple."
"Huh? Would soone want to kill others for this petty reason?"
"You don't know? For girls, their pride in beauty is bigger than their strength. They would do anything to be the most beautiful."
"Really?"
"Yes."
They discussed while standing.
"Well, anyway. Be careful, maybe those assassins will return. It would be best if you return back to your room and be with your friends."
Allen said with a grim expression on his face.
"Yes, I should do that."
She said softly. Her voice and expression softened. And she had a low guard against Allen.
Allen's eyes fell on her legs which seed to be still shaking. She seed to be traumatized by this incident.
"May, I should accompany you."
He said calmly.
"No no. I shouldn't trouble senior further."
"No. It's not a problem. And look at you, your feet are still shaking. And you are telling , you don't need company. Also, what if a new assassin cos at you. Who will protect you at that ti?"
Allen said like a senior who is just worried about his junior.
"Ah. Then, I will trouble senior."
She bowed her head. Allen stick out his arm, so she could hold on.
"Thank you."
She smiled at Allen, and with trembling legs, she walked ahead with the help of Allen.
'Heh. My plan worked.'
Allen smiled evilly.
