Just as Su Yu was pondering, he suddenly beca alert and looked towards the door.

He sensed soone sneaking outside.

It was a child around twelve or thirteen years old, looking very thin and small, with tattered clothes exposing his shrunken ribs, and his skin covered in various sores, wearing a mask on his face.

He walked up to Su Yu’s repair shop, knocked on Su Yu’s door a few tis, then slipped a card through the gap, and quickly ran away, heading towards another shop to deliver cards.

Although Su Yu currently lacked Spiritual Energy, he relied on Spiritual Telekinesis to have Third Rank power, seeing everything clearly through the door.

Once the child ran far away, Su Yu’s thoughts moved, and the card automatically flew into his hand.

Su Yu glanced at it, instantly amused. It read: "Do you desire power? Do you long for freedom? Do you want to smash the head of the tyrant Su Yu..."

The card contained inflammatory language, making Su Yu secretly chuckle.

"Is it about to start?"

Su Yu knew that this was a clear signal of the coming rebellion; they’re already distributing flyers everywhere.

Su Yu’s identity here was rely a regular chanic, yet he sohow had a role in this, suggesting a full-scale mobilization.

It’s unclear if this was spontaneous or secretly driven by the Pain Evil God, who wished everyone would rebel as soon as possible.

It’s quite a coincidence that Su Yu has barely entered this world and rebellion has started, but in truth, it’s not a coincidence.

Since this world is the Dream World of the Chaotic Evil God, dreams don’t adhere to coincidences or non-coincidences.

Su Yu flipped the card over and found the front contained the inflammatory words.

The back showed an address, a place to join the rebellion after undergoing certain selection.

Without delay, Su Yu imdiately rose, casually grabbed Nuonuo beside him, transford it into a tal sphere using Telekinesis, and pocketed it, then he opened the door and went out.

Upon leaving, Su Yu first looked up at the sky. In the faint light, he saw buildings with dark styles continuously extending upward, seemingly never-ending.

Clearly, Su Yu was looking up at the sky, but it felt like gazing into an abyss.

Or rather, this place was the abyss.

Ordinary people here can’t see the sky for their whole lives.

With Su Yu’s eyesight, he can see the sky through layers of buildings, and even outer space.

Su Yu saw that there were no chanical Creations in space.

"Did Zhang Chenfeng’s creations not get pulled into this dream?"

Su Yu thought to himself.

Zhang Chenfeng’s creations haven’t moved since decades ago when they helped Su Yu transform the Pain Evil God into an Evil God Soldier cha.

They have silently maintained the Azure Star’s seal, seemingly waiting for or planning sothing.

However, regardless of their plans, this event involving the Radiant Emperor and the Dark Emperor probably won’t see them play much of a role.

"But, not necessarily, after all, Zhang Chenfeng is the Forbidden Guard of the Radiant Emperor. His chanical Creations might receive so power from the Radiant Emperor..."

After glancing at the sky, Su Yu lowered his head and began walking.

Here, the buildings are dense, forming narrow streets between constructions.

Su Yu walked these streets, heading toward the address on the card.

The street was littered with all sorts of chaotic trash, the odor abstract in nature.

It’s not just a stench; it’s reached gas levels toxic enough to instantly cause fainting or even death to ordinary people.

So Ghost Energy pollution is also present.

Su Yu casually used Spiritual Telekinesis to create a mask and put it on, filtering out the toxic slls.

Alongside Su Yu were others who moved quickly, cautious expressions on their faces.

Su Yu guessed that many of them shared his destination, having received cards and planning to attend the rebel gathering.

The current location was the middle to lower level of the Dark Giant City, nearing the bottom layer.

Here, the environnt is harsh, akin to Hell at the bottom, yet not completely subrged there.

It’s also quite far from the middle layer, lacking factories and even chanical Forbidden Guards, forming a power vacuum in this "no-man’s land".

The people here don’t need to go to the bottom layer mingling with Corpse Beasts, chanical Demons, and Evil Spirits.

Nor do they need to labor rigorously like those in the middle, producing materials for the upper-class nobles.

The people here are the most "free".

But they are actually not free. They’re "exiles".

Middle-class individuals who committed cris and lost residency qualifications cannot be expelled to the lower layer, so they’re thrown into this exile zone.

They have no work, yet they receive no pay.

Freedom as it is, survival becos problematic.

The upper- and middle-layer living waste falls here, allowing planting of so grains and synthesis of materials, barely keeping the exiles alive.

Su Yu’s small repair shop resides here, helping others repair stale chanical Equipnt.

Yet the presence serves another purpose: occasionally, bottom-layer pollution seeps up, and the people serve as a buffer, using their bodies as living "purifiers".

Like activated carbon in a filter, they absorb and filter various pollutants, serving this function.

Perhaps, as ti moves on, this zone will eventually be swallowed by pollution, becoming part of the bottom layer.

At that ti, the layer above will beco the new exile zone.

The dream "Setting" of the Chaotic Evil God is darkly brutal, but upon delving into details, it’s quite real and rational.

It’s almost as if... a world like this truly exists.

"Wait a mont..."

Just then, Su Yu felt a stir within his spirit, sensing so change outside the dream.

However, his spirit was almost perfectly isolated from the outside, the sense weak and unclear.

But Su Yu already guessed the situation.

The Dream World has begun invading reality!

In the real world.

The entire planet’s surface was silently undergoing transformation.

Originally, after Su Yu and millions of people governed, the planet had already transford into verdant and idyllic Azure Star.

But now, a shroud of darkness and pollution has enveloped the planet again, the sea black as oil, faintly glowing, with glimpses of monsters darting beneath the surface.

The land silent, devoid of greenery, desolate beyond imagination.

The sky is gloomy, veiled with clouds, blocking sunlight.

Darkness swathes the earth, spawning monsters like Corpse Beasts, chanical Demons, Evil Spirits...

anwhile, the three hundred cities covering the planet have vanished.

Replaced by a Dark Giant City, towering into the sky, housing four hundred million individuals...

As the "plot" unfolds, the Dream World starts transforming the planet’s essence, silently despite drastic changes.

This is more than surface-level tamorphosis; it’s a historical tiline alteration.

Real-world history, all past events already rewritten.

Su Yu built up from Shelter No. 73, defeating the Ghost Tribe, subjugating the War City, founding the chanical City, battling the Ghost Emperor, enduring Pain Evil God’s arrival, creating Evil God Soldier cha, and fighting Brutal Evil God...

Such and many more, none of it exists anymore!

The current history states: Supre Ruler Pain Evil God Su Yu built his Dark Giant City on Shelter No. 73’s foundation, oppressing four hundred million humans...

Under normal circumstances, such a drastic history alteration would severely impact Su Yu, causing major Ti Rebound.

Yet now, having swapped destiny with Pain Evil God, Su Yu is unscathed.

But henceforth, everyone else is truly oppressed by "Supre Ruler Su Yu".

The previously blissful and stable life under Su Yu’s rule is entirely erased.

They wouldn’t even hold a fragnt of mory; recalling the past involves endless oppression, pain, and despair.

Luckily, the great uprising is about to comnce; all of this will soon see its end.

Su Yu has now arrived at the gathering spot’s entrance.

"Stop, what’s your na? Register here!"

"...Su Yu!"
