Su Yu mused to himself.

The chanical Apostle created by Su Yu, coexists with him and has the ability to ascend along with him.

However, this is limited to only a few; mass-produced units like the cavalry aren’t privy to this treatnt.

At this mont, Nuonuo, the chanical Spirit, and Fear Intelligence have all fallen into a deep sleep, clearly intending to advance alongside Su Yu and beco Fourth Tier chanical Apostles.

However, the will of the chanical City’s core remains awake.

Given its massive size, advancing might not be that simple; Su Yu will likely need to study it carefully.

Once the chanical City completes its ascension, it will be formidable, potentially able to rival those creations of Zhang Chenfeng orbiting the planet.

Most of Zhang Chenfeng’s creations in planetary orbit are estimated to be of Fourth Tier as well, although they are nurous, whereas Su Yu has none at present.

The chanical City is just the beginning!

Initially, when Su Yu first saw those majestic creations of Zhang Chenfeng in planetary orbit, he was in awe. Now, realizing he can craft a chanical City of the sa tier, Su Yu couldn’t help but feel a bit dazed by the realization.

But he couldn’t afford to be dazed because the Ghost Emperor was still being held firmly in his grasp.

"Su Yu, release !"

The Ghost Emperor, after being captured by Su Yu, strangely did not resist and allowed Su Yu to bring him here.

However, once Su Yu stopped, just for an instant—perhaps a fraction of a second—the Ghost Emperor beca a bit impatient, speaking with authority.

At this mont, the Ghost Emperor’s voice did not carry that eerie domineering power.

It seed he no longer wished to fight?

"Could he be intimidated?"

Su Yu was curious, but since the Ghost Emperor seed inclined to communicate rather than fight, there was no need to rush. Abiding by his request, Su Yu released the Ghost Emperor.

Once freed, the Ghost Emperor floated in the air, staring at Su Yu.

He scrutinized Su Yu and the Hell cha he was wearing. After a long mont, he breathed a sigh of relief and muttered, "It’s not that one, rely a replica..."

Su Yu’s eyes narrowed, understanding the Ghost Emperor’s implications—that Su Yu’s Hell cha wasn’t the genuine Fifth Rank Radiant cha but a replica.

Could it be that the Ghost Emperor had seen the real one?

So Su Yu asked, "You say it’s not that one? Have you seen the real one?"

Su Yu was trying to extract so information.

Upon hearing this, the Ghost Emperor coldly replied, "Of course, I am but..."

However, he stopped midway, seemingly unwilling to reveal his status from millennia ago in the Second Empire.

Finishing, he inspected Su Yu again, murmuring, "Though it’s not that one, this Power of Sunshine is exactly the sa, without any fakery..."

"Moreover, this transformation form looks as if it received the complete blueprint of the Radiant cha..."

The Ghost Emperor appeared to possess a vast array of secrets.

Suddenly, his gaze turned sharp, locking onto the eyes of Su Yu’s cha helt: "Su Yu, who exactly are you? Why can you have this cha? Possess the Power of Sunshine? Speak!"

Hearing this, Su Yu smiled, "Who am I? Of course, I am Su Yu!"

Finishing his sentence, bang! Su Yu’s Light-Cast Giant fist thunderously struck down toward the Ghost Emperor!

This punch alone surpassed thousands of tis the speed of sound!

Not to ntion the powerful Power of Sunshine and Spiritual Energy it contained.

If it hit the ground, it could mimic the impact of an asteroid! Reducing a mountain to rubble!

Initially, Su Yu wanted so intel, but since the Ghost Emperor was tight-lipped, it seed better to fight first! A good way to test his newly ascended power!

Once the Ghost Emperor was defeated, he could be imprisoned in the Hell Prototype, and Su Yu could question him as desired!

Yet monts later, Su Yu rather uninterestedly withdrew his fist.

He saw the Ghost Emperor had dissipated into a cloud of black gas under the punch.

However, Su Yu felt no sensation of hitting an enemy; it seed the Ghost Emperor had "died" before impact, leaving no physical feedback.

Thus, Su Yu retracted most of his strength mid-strike.

The black gas that the Ghost Emperor had transford into was rapidly dissipating, with a voice erging:

"Su Yu, no need to waste effort; this body is just a Ti Projection. Engaging this body of mine in combat is aningless."

This voice was sowhat ethereal, lacking the previous overbearing tone, resembling that of a specter.

It also felt as though it had traversed from the past or the future, corroded by ti, becoming distorted.

Hearing this, Su Yu pondered.

So, the Ghost Emperor’s body was not real but a so-called Ti Projection. Indeed, an extraordinary power.

Su Yu had always felt the Ghost Emperor’s body was sowhat illusory, but given its overwhelming strength and aura, he hadn’t suspected a doppelgänger.

Unexpectedly, it was a false form after all.

It seed Su Yu’s long-desired Ti System profession had already been mastered by the Ghost Emperor—quite impressive!

At this point, the Ghost Emperor spoke again:

"Su Yu, you’re intriguing, and your origins are similarly intriguing!"

"Do you wish to duel with ? I also desire this!"

"Set a date, three months from now, when I shall fully awaken!"

"You also seem to have only just acquired such power, needing ti to adapt..."

Having said that, the Ghost Emperor’s form completely vanished.

Before dispersing, he issued a duel invitation to Su Yu.

Su Yu looked at the space where he disappeared, nodding slightly, "Then let’s battle in three months!"

Su Yu naturally wouldn’t shrink back from such a challenge.

After ascending to the Fourth Tier, he had been eager to fight, to test his strength.

The Ghost Emperor’s challenge suited his desires perfectly.

Though unable to fight imdiately left him sowhat disappointed, taking three months to adequately prepare was no ill decision.

Su Yu had just broken through and wasn’t yet entirely proficient in wielding Fourth Tier power.

The Hell cha, crucially, lacked a proper weapon; relying solely on fists seed too simplistic.

In this light, waiting three months appeared rather necessary.

Moreover, Su Yu was keen to see the true strength of the fully awakened Ghost Emperor.

Having ascended to the Fourth Tier, Su Yu brimd with confidence, undeterred by the Ghost Emperor’s prowess, only feeling excitent.

Without such a mindset, how could he have reached this level?

"Thinking of it, this kind of duel invitation is perhaps a first..."

Su Yu found the Ghost Emperor’s duel invitation rather novel; it was indeed a first for him.

In previous conflicts, opponents were either ruthless and evil, sparking battle in an instant, without any ti for duel rituals.

Or they were shadowy and sinister, skulked in secret, resorting to cruel sches, with no talk of a decisive battle.

Su Yu had a prior spar with Tie Long, but that was rely an exchange.

But with the Ghost Emperor, this was a genuine life-and-death duel.

Su Yu felt both exhilaration and anticipation.

Regarding the Ghost Emperor, Su Yu’s perception was complex.

According to Su Yu’s investigation, the Ghost Emperor once feigned allegiance to the Brutal Evil God, leveraging the power granted by the Evil God to establish the Ghost Empire. The cost, naturally, was aiding the Brutal Evil God in breaching his seal.

Yet having exploited the Brutal Evil God, the Ghost Emperor seed to have turned against him, instead trapping the Evil God.

On the surface, the Ghost Emperor should be considered a hero.

But he was exceedingly brutal, responsible for countless deaths in the past.

Also taking the Ghost Energy path, the Ghost Tribe High Priest that Su Yu once encountered paled in comparison to the Ghost Emperor.

Moreover, the Ghost Emperor had repeatedly signaled malice toward Su Yu.

He was a figure of duality, both noble and malevolent.

"Which ans... dealing with soone like him, you must strike decisively! There’s no ’turning enemies into friends’ in a great battle. If he dares to double-cross the Brutal Evil God, what about ?"

Su Yu mulled over the Ghost Emperor’s character and made a decision.

Forget about being both noble and malevolent, just kill him outright!

At most, leave a whole corpse after defeating him, not sentencing him to the Pain Engine’s tornt.

That would be a fitting tribute to his "contribution" in deceiving the Brutal Evil God.

"Besides, did this guy waste one of my transformation opportunities?"

Su Yu suddenly realized.

Earlier, in preparation for a battle with the Ghost Emperor, he transford into the Light-Cast Giant, only for the Ghost Emperor to be rely a Ti Projection and flee instantly.

Su Yu’s valuable transformation opportunity was thus squandered.

"Just wait! In three months, see how I’ll beat you to a pulp!"
