Turning his cold, piercing eyes in the direction of a wall, Azmodeus seed to peer straight through the wall and onto the other side. He saw a dragonoid-like man and an old man in Butler attire, both of whom were approaching his door from the extending hallway.
"Hmm… The Butler dude is weaker than I am… However, that dragon guy… He's strong. Unbelievably strong…"
Imdiately going on alert, Azmodeus prepared so counterasures and made it so that even if things took a turn for the worst, he could at least escape with a sliver of his soul. Though he would need to start over from the beginning again if that did happen, he already did it once, and the second ti would surely be faster than the first ti.
"Well, if it really cos down to that, I will have just added another person to my list of enemies."
A cold gleam flashed past his dark red eyes. Narrowing them in suspicion, he rose from the ground and approached the door. Opening it up before a knock could co, he was welcod with the sight of a tall dragon man and a butler just as tall.
"Oh, hello there, Azmodeus. We are from the Immortal Hunters Association—" Yun Jin tried introducing himself, but he was quickly interrupted by Azmodeus, saying:
"Scamrs?"
"...No, not scamrs," Yun Jin replied awkwardly.
"If you aren't scamrs, then why do you look as if you're about to take out back and rob of everything I have?" Asked Azmodeus, his eyes looking down at the expensive weapons being held by the two of them.
"These? Oh, they are just the gifts I received from the King and High-Officials of the court. They aren't for you-"
"Wow, what a way to say that you didn't bring any welcoming gifts; this is very disappointing."
Azmodeus was about to walk away from the dumbfounded scamrs and close the door behind him, but before he could, Yun Jin hurriedly said, "W-Wait, don't be so hasty, friend! Haven't you ever heard that patience is a virtue??"
While holding the door open with his foot, Yun Jin spoke in a way that was the furthest thing from how he thought he would be acting upon eting the new SS-Rank Immortal Hunter. But even with the sequence of events being out of his predictions, he still had to find a way to nd this misunderstanding.
Just as he was about to take out the Dragon Type Immortal Domain Crystal and offer it to the newbie in exchange for friendship, Azmodeus spoke up once again, asking:
"A virtue? Can you eat it?"
"W-Well no, but you are missing the point!"
"If you can't eat it, then I don't want it. And I don't like scamrs; go scam soone else."
Turning away from the two visitors, Azmodeus walked away and returned to his cultivation mat. Then, without a care in the world, he circulated the Qi in the room and cultivated, planning to reach the Grade 9 Great Pinnacle Golden Immortal Realm as soon as possible.
"T-This is… What is even happening here, Sebastian…? Are we being toyed with right now?" Asked Yun Jin, his long, fiery hair in a state of disarray.
How a great and mighty Dragon Slayer was thrown through such a loop… Well, that was sothing that even Sebastian didn't know how to explain. In the end, he answered with, "Maybe this Azmodeus is quite the eccentric one, and because he is not aware of your esteed identity, he believes you to be so sort of salesman scamr…"
"? A scamr…?"
Yun Jin couldn't believe the drivel that he was listening to right now! How could he possibly look anything like a scamr!? That just didn't make any sense!
Looking purely at his attire, he had on a blazing kimono with dragons adorned across the sides. The dragon earrings and the striking dragon sword at his side also added to his overall imposing appearance!
How would one even take one look at him and imdiately deem him to be a scamr!?
"This Azmodeus… H-He's sothing else, alright…"
Heaving a sigh, Yun Jin welcod himself into the cultivation room and pulled out a few intricately carved chairs from his storage ring. Setting them down, both he and Sebastian sat on them and put all their focus on the crimson-haired man cultivating in a lotus position.
Suddenly opening one of his eyes, Azmodeus said, "You scamrs are still here? How unusual…"
"U-Unusual…?"
Yun Jin seed to be biting his tongue a lot as of late, but he just couldn't help it when he interacted with this oddity of a man.
'With his personality, he might just actually be an Enigma from a High-Mortal Realm. If that truly is the case, then I will need his support for what is about to go down in the Heaven Breaker Province. Death is on the horizon,' he thought.
"A-Anyway, young friend Azmodeus. I am here today on order of the Immortal Hunters Association, all in order to bring you out of the Everveil Kingdom and toward the Main Headquarters of the Heavenbreaker Province-"
"And him?" Asked Azmodeus, his right hand pointer finger directed toward Sebastian.
"Sebastian? He is just here as my personal butler. As I was saying-"
"So, you're really rich, huh? To have a Grade 1 All-Encompassing Immortal as a re Butler… Do you have any money to spare? There is this thing I've been wanting, but my bank account says I'm not rich enough."
