...…

Azmodeus could faintly hear the screams from the other side of the starry gate, but he continued on his way, treating all of it like it had nothing to do with him.

As he walked into a new area, his current face slid off and a new one took its place. Neither of the faces were his, but they made for good disguises.

Considering what Azmodeus just conducted before entering the Primordial Tripod, this was the only correct choice to make…

"Hurry! I have no clue what the hell is going on outside, but we need to go and check it out!"

"It could be a potential Code 13!"

Two officer-like lizard n rushed past the inconspicuous Azmodeus, darting toward the massive gate with razor-sharp spears in hand.

"Oh? Even a few Sentari Realm Guards have Star Radiance Rank Treasured Weapons… How interesting…"

Azmodeus made an intrigued comnt while continuing on his way, making it toward what should be so form of Welcoming Center. Entering inside the Old Western-style futuristic building, his eyes found their mark, and his legs followed soon after.

He arrived at the reception desk and started to talk to a slightly voluptuous 27-year-old woman with long brown hair. Wearing a nicely stitched piece of retro cowgirl-like attire, her looks were further accentuated.

"Sup, lady. I am looking to-" Azmodeus started to speak but was quickly interrupted by the lady, saying:

"I have a boyfriend."

Tick!

Azmodeus furrowed his brows as a scary crimson aura fluctuated off the edges of his body. With a devilish glint in his gaze, he cracked the quartz table and once again said, "I would like to know where the Plasma Zealot will be at-"

"Can't you catch a hint, dude!? I already said that I have a boyfriend-"

BZZZZT!

Azmodeus was the one to interrupt the rude receptionist this ti around. Blasting lasers out of his eyes, he made quick work of the receptionist and a good chunk of a number of buildings outside.

"!?" "!?" "!?"

Everybody still left alive inside the Welcoming Center had their cowboy hats fly off their heads. Wide-eyed and baffled, they were about to scream out in terror, but before they could…

BZZZZT!

Azmodeus swiveled his head a few tis around the room, accurately lasering off the heads and legs of anybody who even so much as made a peep.

Even if they were obedient and stayed quiet, a laser beam still quenched out their life forces. After all, even the obedient loot was still loot in the end…

"Umu?"

By the ti that Azmodeus realized what he had done, he looked down at his bloodied hands before observing the scene of absolute chaos around him.

"Ahh… It seems like my habits got the better of …" He cupped his hands at a few twitching corpses, treating everything like a little mishap of his.

"I hope you all can forgive ! Still trying to get the hang of these emotion thingys! Oh, and I will be taking your mories… Thank you!"

Azmodeus shalessly absorbed the mories of dead people.

WEEWOO!

Hearing the sound of blaring sirens, he cut things short and left the scene. In his wake, more than 5,000 people died, and 45 buildings were sliced off their foundations.

What was once the relatively peaceful district of Westerndale was reduced to a pile of technologically advanced ruins…

-

FWIP!

Tap. Tap.

Azmodeus reappeared a few miles away from the ear-deafening sirens. Gracefully landing on top of a brown-shilled 10-story building, he took another good look at his surroundings.

"For the most part, this place looks like a world straight out of Cyberpunk. Umu, Umu." He repeatedly nodded his head, agreeing that this place was quite a refreshing sight.

"However, it would definitely feel more to its essence if those… mythical creatures weren't soaring through the skies…"

Under the setting sun, Azmodeus watched dragons, fairies, and flying elves swoop in and out of the skies. Doing showy sorsaults and backflips, one might think they were trying to show off.

"Tsk…"

Azmodeus really wanted to zap a few of them out of the skies, but considering that he was trying to better control his emotions, he decided not to-

BZING!

"Well, just one won't hurt anything…"

A satisfied smile erged on Azmodeus's middle-aged face as he watched a large, multiverse-sized dragon plumt from the heavens with a massive hole in its stomach.

"Ahhh! A dragon has died! Soone shot down a dragon!!"

"Officer's 1-600, scour the area right away! Find the criminal who had the gall to kill a Sacred Dragon right in the middle of the Southern Prong!"

Whistle~

Azmodeus whistled in a very innocent manner, walking away from the rooftop like a completely uninvolved bystander.

In no ti at all, his body blurred, and his face was switched once again.

FWIP!

Azmodeus materialized in a different retro area of District A-507.

"If those mories are accurate, then the Plasma Zealot should be doing a little get-together inside a floating skyscraper in District F-9050. Which, by my calculations, should be… Err…"

He shot his head in a few different directions, but upon seeing billions of similar building lineups, he stopped his confident words. Sweat rained down his face as his index finger beca a little crooked.

"If I'm correct in my deductions, I'm 100% fucking lost! God, I've never been so lost in my entire life!" Azmodeus grabbed at his short blonde hair, lanting over the fact that the mories he assimilated were utterly useless!

After a few minutes of getting nowhere in racking his brain, he decided to go about it like a certain green-haired pirate.

"Hmm… this way it is then!"

Azmodeus used the good ol stick your finger in the air trick, definitely finding the right route that he should take.

One might wonder why he didn't just use his godly powers and teleport wherever he wanted to, but the truth was that he found that way too boring…

Where was the fun in spawning in and going right where one wanted to go?
