The eyes of the Grand Elders widened in disbelief.
Now that they thought about it, it shouldn't have been possible for them to get into the Crimson Dinsion!
Their disbelief only increased further, as Chi Wu disappointedly shook her pretty head before saying, "And did not a single one of you even think to consider why your divine senses 'went unnoticed' in the space that my husband rules over like a god?"

The Grand Elders were starting to piece things together as their disbelief transford into an overwhelming sense of fear!
We have been playing on the palm of the Crimson Emperor, dancing around like dumb little monkeys…-
"Furthermore, did none of you bumbling buffoons ever wonder why my husband allowed you to live and serve as Grand Elders? Why did he do nothing to enslave you right from the beginning?" Chi Wu interrupted their thoughts with a ridiculing tone as she pointed toward the floating sigils and runes scattered around the exterior of the Crimson Dinsion.
"Tell , what is it that you all see?" She asked.
"...Runes-"
"Correct," Chi Wu interjected. "And do you know what most of those Runes are capable of doing?"

The Grand Elders thought the matter over for a mont before realizing sothing, as they opened their mouths agape and stuttered in unison, "Seal-breaking runes… Our mory seals… the Goddess's influence…"
They had truly fallen into the trap laid out by the Crimson Emperor!
He was after their mories, and to acquire said mories, he had to get rid of the seals that the Goddess of Light set inside their minds.
If he rashly decided to open up their mory bank without first getting rid of this seal, then it was entirely possible that all of their mories would be erased within an instant.
And then there was the fact that their mories couldn't be unsealed without their explicit consent, so Azmodeus had to find a way to make a loophole.
Which was why he devised the plan of using himself as bait, all in order to trick the Grand Elders into walking into his Crimson Dinsion of their own volition.
Now, what was the result of this little loophole, one might ask?
"Your mory seals were broken, and my husband no longer has any reason to keep you around, so you will be dispatched of." Chi Wu spoke in a way that said this was the absolute truth.
While uttering these words, she continued to take their souls away from their bodies.

The Grand Elders completely understood how foolish they were as they attempted to flee with their lives. However, it was already far too late…
"With the temporary power granted to by my husband, I shall help you all understand just how stupid it was to think you could defy your one true ruler."
Chi Wu's voice reverberated across ti and space as the world lines seed to bend to her will, which resulted in the imdiate stun lock of all the Grand Elders.
They froze in place with horrified looks on their faces as they visibly watched their lives flash before their eyes. And with no way to escape the iridescent chains that restricted them, there was absolutely nothing they could do to stop the inevitable.
"Do make sure not to commit the sa foolish mistake of going against my husband in your next life, for in this life and the next, you will be reincarnated within the Astral Plane. Which is to say that even in death, you will serve your Lord eternally."

The Grand Elders heard the words uttered out of Chi Wu's mouth, as they didn't even feel like living anymore!
They just wanted to escape the grasp of the Crimson Devil Lord!
But unfortunately for them, there was no escaping that which was inevitable…

Chi Wu finished up the absorption of the Grand Elders as she held their existence fragnts in a soul container, waiting for Azmodeus to get done with his breakthrough before handing them to him.
As her figure started to fade away, a slightly creepy giggle escaped her luscious red lips. Then, without restraunt, she squird in place while imagining all the head pats she would receive from her husband for this job well done.

Azmodeus's disgruntled voice echoed out inside his private quarters as he spat out a mouthful of blood, completely ignoring the soul-wrenching pain being transmitted to him from the System and the breakthrough.
Normally, a breakthrough would not be very painful for a high-level cultivator. That was unless you just so happened to be breaking through with so many Physique's, Traits, and Laws under your belt…
In the end, everything ca with a price. And the price for such insane Battle Power was a steep one…
To understand why this was the case, one must understand just how vast the chasm between Major Realms truly was.
Even the most talented of Heavenly Geniuses in the Starry Expanse would find it nearly impossible to bridge the gap between a single major realm after the teor Shower Realm.
And yet Azmodeus had done just that and more, as he could confidently say that he could fight soone nearly three major realms above his own without even breaking a sweat!
In fact, that gap would likely be far larger than that if the Astral Plane hadn't restricted the increased progression of various aspects of his existence.
Nevertheless, none of that mattered for the current him, as the only thing on his mind was passing through the hurdle between the Middle and Late Moonlit Path Realms…
