{[Shadow's Foresight]} - [GX- Rank] - [Evolvable]

[Effect 1: 'A Glimpse Into the Future'] - [See a maximum of 3 seconds into the future, with the only drawback being that it can only be used three tis a day]

[Effect 2: 'Shadow's Blanket'] - [Like a shadow that forever drapes behind you, everything that happened up to a maximum ti range of 1 month can now be seen. Only able to be used 3 tis a day]

—[Acquire more Fragnts of the Original Abyss inside the Ascension Tower in order to upgrade the Shadow's Foresight Skill and improve the effectiveness of its Abilities.]

"Hmm…? Hmm!" Cassius practically erupted with happiness as he couldn't believe what he was looking at. "The Ability to see into the past and the future?? What'll happen if I upgrade it—will I be able to control ti as I will!?"

As of this mont, the thing he most wanted to do was hunt down more of those blackened-eyed chubby boys and rob them of their Fragnts!

Still no idea what the Fragnts even signified, but who cared!?

This Special Ability was bound to be essential to future progression!

FWIP!

Interrupting Cassius's hopeful thoughts was the sudden warping of scenery.

They had returned to the outside world, with the Royale Apocalypse Gate behind them in the process of dissipating.

"We're back!" Viola exclaid, inhaling a large breath of Earth's air, only to instantly realize sothing was wrong.

*Cough!* *Cough!*

Yimin keeled over, coughing out like a banshee. "Tastes like sh*t! Sh*t everywhere!!"

Cassius's eyes narrowed as he observed the flickers of embers drifting through the atmosphere. His gaze shifted upward, where he saw a massive tallic spherical object looming over them.

Zooming out, the tallic spherical object was determined to be roughly a fourth the size of Planet Earth. In the lower middle section of the object, high levels of heat energy was cooling off in what appeared to be a huge tractorbeam-like extension of Annihilation.

{[Dissonant Ship]} - [Class: Centurion]

—[One of countless spaceships subordinate to the Dissonant Mothership. Ships like this one are typically the frontrunners when invading and conquering other worlds. Partly due to their highly destructive destroyer beam and their ability to slip into Space Cracks]

"So that's what did all of… that…"

Looking toward a spot where large amounts of residual heat energies were left to burn, Cassius saw a massive molten crater the size of South Arica. Worse yet, it was actually South Arica that had been obliterated by the Centurion's beam.

"However, why have the Dissonants not followed through with more attacks?" Cassius voiced a question that he almost instantly realized the answer to. "So it's for ... A warning shot of sorts?"

Taking a closer scan of the planet, Cassius noticed the lack of human life. In fact, there was almost none.

It was as if the entire planet had beco a ghost town.

Luckily, this unusual phenona didn't include the Steele Mansion, which was currently suspended in mid-air. A bubble-like protective barrier encapsulated it, safeguarding both the house and everyone inside it.

After confirming the safety of Aya, Sasha, and the other girls, Cassius tried finding the locations of Violet, Flora, Bella, and the other mbers of the supernatural community. He soon found them, but they were not anywhere close to where he assud they would be.

Outside the planet.

Levitating above the Moon, to be exact.

Planning to fly up there in a second, Cassius first secretly checked up on Corra. After making sure she was okay in the bunker, he threw down a few more protective barriers before ascending to the stars alongside Viola, with Yimin carrying them on her giant draconic head.

Suddenly!

SHA! SHA!

Shooting straight toward him were hellish demonic spikes the size of Albania. They were powerful enough to kill even SS-Rank Powerhouses, yet did little more than annoy Cassius as he flicked them out of reality.

"You're as capable as we thought you'd be—good! It would be a waste if you weren't at least this strong!!"

The shout of a demonized figure carried through the vacuum of space. Two others then appeared right beside him, their auras just as if not more powerful than the first figure.

"Andromalius…" Cassius sighed, already feeling the boredom coming. "Why have you decided to descend? What's the point?"

Andromalius's feminine face revealed a sadistic smirk. "Why? Are you that scared of us, human freak?? I still rember the face you made when you first felt my overwhelming powe—"

A hand pressed against his head.

Then a push.

And like a popped balloon, he exploded.

SPLAT!

"!!!" "!!!"

Andromalius—the 72nd Demon King of HELL—was sent to the afterlife!

"How were you!?" Demon King Dantalion frightfully backed up, horror streaking black lines across his face. "How Did You Do That!??"

The 70th Demon King—Seer—was also shocked by the death of Andromalius. He was a speedster, but he wasn't even able to figure out when Cassius first moved or finished moving.

"See what I an?" Cassius asked from atop Yimin's head. "You three have beco underpowered antagonists. Without caring about your sches, traps, or whatnot, I can erase you with ease. It's almost sad, what with you bunch believing you actually had a chance of killing ."

"You….!!"

While Demon King Dantalion gnashed his teeth in fury, Demon King Seer snapped out of his stupor. Realizing that this was a life-or-death situation, he made use of his extre speed to blur forward. Two jagged, saber-toothed daggers materialized in his gloved hands as he slashed toward Cassius's neck from one of his blindspots.

Suddenly!

Cassius's emotionless eyes darted in Seer's direction, scaring him so much that he completely missed his double dagger slash attack. His cloaked body glided past Cassius, sweat beads rolling down his shadowy, erald-adorned face.

"Even when I'm standing still, you can't hit ," Cassius said in a tone bereft of empathy. "Don't you see how anticlimactic this battle is?"

"Shut Up!!!" Dantalion, no longer able to take the disdain anymore, let his pride control him into dashing forward. Both his wickedly sharp claws were outstretched, radiating power nearing the peak of the SS-Rank. "I'll Kill You, Human Trash—"

SPLAT!
