Rahu stepped inside the room. It was a torture room disguised as a training room. Just as he stepped inside, the heavy door slamd shut.

The chamber’s walls were glowing.

"Such...advanced arrays, compared to the disciples’ mastery in the arrays, this is on an entirely different level.

His thoughts ca to an end as a fiery red array with strange inscriptions on it lit up!

The array began to spin, and for a few seconds, it was spinning at an extre speed. With each second, the temperature inside the room rose.

At the start, the heat was still manageable, like ordinary flas kissing his skin. Slowly, ti passed, and the array continued to spin, producing more and more heat.

The flas intensified, and the fiery red fla was slowly shifting from red to blue! Rahu sat cross-legged throughout this ordeal; this much heat was still not enough to shake him.

But when the blue flas turned into white, the real test began. Rahu frowned; it was as if he was bathed in the breath of the sun itself. His skin glead and slowly peeled only to regenerate.

Rahu gritted his teeth but refused to let out a whimper; his body began to tremble, leaving him bone-dry.

But his bones held on.

"...No wonder that bitch said that one’s pain tolerance should be trained to the maximum, the pain I’m feeling of being burned alive...this better pay off!! Argghhh! Fuck!!"

The peeling and regeneration cycle continued; even with his strong will, he sotis almost lost his consciousness.

He was sure, if he summoned his [Dinsional Energy]...sothing extraordinary would definitely happen, but he didn’t dare, that old monster must definitely be watching him.

Just like that, three days passed without him knowing. On the fourth day, a strange thing happened: the white fire that had been peeling his skin was suddenly unable to lt it.

That’s when the array grew brighter and lit up; all the fire was slowly gathering towards Rahu, entering inside him.

The mana needles that were attached to his bone started to change. Transforming into strange runes, they started to absorb all those flas and...condensed them into another rune.

Rahu was shocked; it was the first ti he had seen such a...magical process.

The pain was long gone; what replaced it was a soothing, warm feeling. It flooded his entire body, rejuvenating him.

On the final day, the array finally dimd before being snuffed out.

Rahu stretched his arms, and loud cracks echoed all across the room. He took out a few Mind Calming pills and stuffed them down his throat, and sat cross-legged.

After an hour, he slowly got up. His already peak body was shining. Due to this extre training thod, his muscles were tightened, making him a peak human male.

"Alright, Sect Master, I’m ready for the next elent," Rahu said out loud. He was sure the Sect Master was watching him.

Just as his words echoed, another array lit up. Rahu blinked.

Gush!

Crash!

He found himself in front of a waterfall that was flowing heavily. Rahu sighed. The array was exactly below the area where most of the pressure of the flow was directed.

Rahu took a deep breath and stepped towards the waterfall. The mont he stepped in, he felt the crushing weight of the waterfall. Closing his eyes, he sat cross-legged on the stone.

Every hour, the flow got stronger and stronger, increasing the weight and impact of the falling water.

His body vibrated, his head buzzed. It was no ordinary water; it was making his blood flow sluggish, which made him incredibly dizzy.

Even the stone beneath him began to crack on the third day, but he held it together by coating it in a protective layer of mana, just enough to hold him and balance his weight against the flow.

"Haah, the alchemy sessions were surely useful for elental manipulation."

This ti, he was not in extre pain; it was the pressure and the water essence that was ssing him up...from the inside.

He closed his eyes and began focusing. On the fifth day, his body adapted to the force of the water, and he no longer felt any type of heaviness or dizziness.

Finally, on the fifth day. The array below lit and began to spin exactly like the fire elent array had.

Tiny, pure water droplets began to enter his body, and just as it had happened with the fire elent, another run materialised on his bone.

The bone here in context was not just a single bone. Every part of his body’s bones had tiny runes slithering to their core.

He stood up and glanced at the sky. No words needed.

A brownish array lit up below his feet. Rahu smirked. Three weeks to go before the damn training ends. He was honestly missing them and their juicy pussies.

The scenery changed; this ti around, he stood in front of a mountain. It was several tis larger than the Celestia Blade Peak.

Looking down, he saw a slab of stone. Its length was the sa as his height, which was 190 cm.

"So? Should I carry this slab and walk to the peak?" Rahu said, his voice curious as he looked up at the skies.

"Yes"

Rahu shook his head. If that were the case, why wouldn’t he just throw the slab to the top?

And indeed, when he tried to lift up the slab. It didn’t budge; he bent down on his knees. Gripping the stone slab, he slowly began to stand.

"Damn! What is the slab made of? A dragon’s poop?"

Despite his words, with great bodily effort, he managed to lift the slab and put it on his back.

The ground beneath him cracked, spreading around him like cow-webs. There was nothing aside from the mountain peak in front of him.

Catching his breath, he took a step forward.

Step. Crack. Step. Crack. Step. Crack.

Each step felt like hell; his arms felt like they were on fire. Despite all the previous training, his body still felt that strain.

He was sure that if he didn’t have that Bear’s demonic core, he would have beco at paste by now.
