An hour later, Xiang Yu gritted his teeth as he burned another ten stars.
He wondered if he really was going to burn all his stars. He only had about forty left now.
He looked at the world formation process. It seed about halfway done, yet more than half the stars had been burned.
A few minutes later, Xiang Yu burned another star. This ti, he felt much more relaxed than before. It seed he had just been overreacting. The first part of the process had consud more energy as it created three thousand concepts. Now that the concepts were done, less energy was needed to weave them together into a world.
He continued like this, burning a star every few minutes. After another hour had passed, he burned the fifth star. This was the last star he would burn as the world was already completing and solidifying.
Xiang Yu’s soul left the temporary body, which rged back into him.
The soul appeared inside the spiritual sea, looking at the world before him. It was about twice the size of the mortal world he was currently in. He smiled.
He looked at his system and saw the new laws - just a little short of three thousand.
Each one had a single experience point. His research clones were already going through them, looking for the best laws to improve first.
The soul floated closer to the world. He thought to himself that as his understanding of the laws grew, the world would continue to beco more and more complete until it would be indistinguishable from a real world.
Even now, his mastery over the laws like void, space, ti, chaos, creation, and all those he had increased levels in was already flowing into the world, slowly guiding it toward completion.
There was also sothing strange he sensed. It was actually the law of heavenly way.
In the real world, he tried using the law of heavenly way. But it instantly disappeared the mont he tried to summon it. He had expected sothing like this.
Before, he had assud that the heavenly dao and world tree had so sort of source power.
It was probably this that was stopping him from using his own law of heavenly way. Since the heavenly dao created the chaos, it could be said to have control of anything within. And since it was the source of the law of heavenly way, it should be able to forbid people from using it.
Well, it wasn’t that it was the source, but that it had the most mastery. Xiang Yu had learned that if one had more mastery in a certain law than another, they could restrict the other person’s law to so extent. The heavenly dao probably understood the law of heavenly way more than anyone else in all of existence, so it made sense it could prevent others from using it.
He wondered why the heavenly dao was doing this though. Was it afraid of sothing? He sighed. This was all just speculation, so he could only wait and see.
His soul in the spiritual sea, however, could use the law of heavenly way effortlessly. This led him to believe that his spiritual sea wasn’t under the heavenly dao’s control.
Xiang Yu discovered sothing interesting when inspecting the world. He knew the heavenly dao operated under the law of heavenly way, but he never knew how the world tree operated. But after going through all the concepts that had been used to make the world, he finally figured it out.
The world tree operated under the law known as the law of life. And to confirm this, he tried using it in the real world. Just like before with the law of heavenly way, he was unable to. The world tree was also forbidding him from using this law, just like the heavenly dao did with the law of heavenly way.

Xiang Yu looked at the two laws.
In the spiritual sea, he could use them just fine. It was just in the real world that problems arose. He had tried using all the other laws in the real world to see if there was a problem with them, but it seed only these two had issues.
He decided to na these two the ’supre laws.’
Now that he thought about it, the extre opposites of these laws seed to work just fine.
The extre opposite of life - death - worked just fine outside. Sa for the law of transcendence, which was the extre opposite of heavenly way. He decided to na these two the ’inverse laws.’
"Wait, law of transcendence?"
It was then that he rembered sothing he had almost forgotten.
The transcendent dao body was a progression path for the dao of transcendence. aning just like before, now that he unlocked the law, the body was going to catch up. The transcendent dao body had just entered level four after the reset and had yet to breakthrough because of all the transformations going on with his body.
Now it was about to advance a few more tis - from level four all the way to level seven.
In the real world, he felt the energy in his body begin to churn, starting to transform and circulate itself in different patterns. After the energy ca the body itself. The body began being rearranged, preparing to transform into sothing greater.
Xiang Yu watched the transformation, thinking to himself that today he really might ascend into godhood with the number of upgrades he was getting. And he still wasn’t even in his final form yet. The soul partition inside the spirit vein was in its final stages of building a bridge.
He was going to integrate with the spirit vein, then absorb the spirit vein and the integrated soul inside into himself. When he did, he believed he might receive so divine-level bloodline from the world tree.
He smiled widely. He might lose a spirit vein, yes. But he could just go to Central Continent and get another one from there and quickly take it to the immortal stage. After having a talk with them the day before, they seed to be quite agreeable people, and he had decided to reward them by letting them keep their lives.
How magnanimous he was.
