Gu Chen stepped out of the bedroom, wandered around the house, and didn’t find anything or anyone suspicious.
He rubbed his swollen head and turned back to his room.
Perhaps everything in his mory was just happening in a dream; Gu Li never really moved in!
Realizing this made Gu Chen feel utterly listless, thinking about the loads of work at the office made his mood inexplicably irritable.
Before leaving, he called Leng Yixing.

"Hmm, I thought about taking a day off. Are you free?"
Leng Yixing probably guessed that Gu Chen was encountering so issues, but he didn’t ask, "I’m not free, Jinyang is at ho with his wife and child; I’m at the office working overti right now."
After a mont’s thought, Gu Chen said, "Then you go on with your work, I’ll make a trip to the Lu Mansion."

In the morning, Xiao Qing received a call from Gu Li, who said she wanted to co over to see her, so she gave her the address of the Lu Mansion.
After waiting for an hour, Xiao Qing received a call from Gu Li, from the other end of the call ca Gu Li’s uncertain voice: "Sister Qing, are you... are you at ho?"
"Yes, you haven’t arrived yet?"
"I’ve... I’ve arrived; can you co out to et ?"
Xiao Qing slightly raised her eyebrows, realized what the issue was, and chuckled, "You’re at the door now? I’m not able to co out right now, you wait..."
After hanging up the phone, Xiao Qing asked Nanny Zhang to bring Gu Li in.
After entering, Gu Li looked at her differently.

"Yes. I... I’m just too shocked. This is the Lu Mansion, but I don’t understand why you are here?"
Xiao Qing didn’t conceal it, "I heard that I married Lu Jinyang five years ago, and after a paternity test with my two children, Lu Jinyang is their biological father."

The two chatted for a while, then Nanny Zhang brought soone in and said to Xiao Qing: "Madam, Mr. Gu has arrived."

Xiao Qing looked outside; a tall figure walked in, and she suddenly realized it was Gu Chen.
"President Gu~"
Gu Chen shook his head, "Sister-in-law, just call Gu Chen, ’President Gu’ doesn’t suit you."
Xiao Qing, however, declined, "But you are my superior, ’President Gu’ is the most appropriate."
Gu Chen smiled faintly, not insisting further. It was sothing that Lu Jinyang would need to tell her himself later; it seed that Lu Jinyang hadn’t told her about his acquisition of the New City Entertainnt.
"Mr. Lu is not in?"
