"Xiaobao, co here." Xiao Qing waved her over.

"No, Xiaobao wants to play with handso daddy. Mommy, you go cook quickly, we are all hungry."

Xiao Qing: "..."

It is said that daughters are like little quilted jackets close to your heart, and until today, she believed it. Now, this little jacket was not warming her heart, but hurting it.

She looked deeply at Xiaobao, then silently turned and walked into the kitchen.

In the living room, Xiaobao pulled Lu Jinyang to sit on the sofa, then climbed onto him, staring into his eyes, "Can you see with your eyes today, too?"

"Mm, I’ll be able to see from now on."

Xiaobao grinned and giggled for a while. Suddenly, she stood up and took Lu Jinyang toward the bedroom, "Handso daddy, I’ll take you to my room, I share a room with brother."

In the bedroom, Dabao heard footsteps approaching and rolled his eyes several tis with a stern face.

Xiaobao walked in, pointing to her bed and saying, "This is my bed, that one is brother’s." Then she ran to Dabao’s side, opened the drawers of her little dressing table, and took out all her treasured Barbie dolls, much to Dabao’s dismay.

Usually he couldn’t take an extra glance at these things without Xiaobao minding, and now she was willing to take them all out?

Lu Jinyang stood outside the door, watching Xiaobao’s actions with a smile. He nodded in response whenever she looked over at him.

"Xiaobao, you’ve forgotten again. Mommy said girls shouldn’t let boys into their rooms so casually." Dabao spoke earnestly.

"Brother, you are a boy too, but you sleep in the sa room as ."

Dabao felt uncomfortable in his heart. He was her real brother, how could he be compared to a stranger? So he said, "We have been living together in mommy’s belly house since before we were born."

Lu Jinyang raised an eyebrow in surprise, his eyes full of pride when he looked at Dabao. True to his son, not a word until he speaks, but when he does, he steals the show.

Looking at Xiaobao again, she agreed with what Dabao said, "Right! But, he’s my handso daddy, he’s not a stranger."

Dabao felt a sense of defeat, "He’s not daddy, though."

Lu Jinyang remained silent, watching the siblings chatting away, neither willing to back down. Xiaobao was sidetracked by Dabao and had now completely forgotten the purpose of entering the room.

About half an hour later, the sound of Xiao Qing’s voice ca from the kitchen, "Dabao, Xiaobao, go wash your hands and get ready for dinner."

Seeing the two little ones obediently going to wash their hands, Lu Jinyang walked towards the kitchen.

Xiao Qing heard footsteps and thought it was Dabao coming to help her carry the dishes. She didn’t look up, "Dabao, take a few sets of bowls and chopsticks out, mommy doesn’t need your help with the dishes today."

However, as soon as she finished speaking, Xiao Qing felt herself enveloped in a strong masculine scent and she instantly held her breath.

She rembered this scent; it was the sa one from the man who had held her last ti. She was internally annoyed that she hadn’t heard the man’s voice and thought he had already left.

"Mr. Lu, you..." Xiao Qing stopped mid-sentence. Because she saw the man’s hand reaching over from behind her, picking up a plate of food, and then leaving.

She was embarrassed.

Thankfully, she was facing away from Lu Jinyang, sparing her from further embarrassnt.

She thought Lu Jinyang would continue to help with the dishes, so she moved the dishes to the side to avoid another awkward incident, but when the final dish was ready, no one had co back.

Carrying the dishes out, Xiao Qing saw the man sitting on the sofa with Dabao and Xiaobao on either side, seriously wiping their hands.

Feeling an odd sensation surging through her heart, Xiao Qing inexplicably softened.

"Co and eat."

As soon as Dabao and Xiaobao heard this, they ran off.

"Wow, Mommy made tomato scrambled eggs for today!"

Da Bao sat down, glanced over the dishes on the table, and rarely chid in: "There’s also my favorite dish."

When Lu Jinyang caught a glimpse of the dishes on the table from the corner of his eyes, a warm feeling suddenly rose in his heart; all these dishes were his favorites.

It seems that despite her mory loss, she hasn’t completely forgotten everything about the past, such as the fact that these dishes taste exactly as they used to.

Throughout the al, Lu Jinyang unusually ate two bowls of rice. It could be said that this was the most he had eaten in the past five years, and he even felt a bit unsatisfied.

But seeing the nearly empty plates on the table made him put down his chopsticks.

"Mommy, I’m full, I’m going to sleep now."

"Mommy, I’m also full and going to sleep."

The two little ones scampered off, leaving just two people at the dinner table.

Xiao Qing held her bowl, looking at the half-bowl of rice left inside, not sure whether to eat it or not.

Why doesn’t this man leave after finishing his al and just keeps staring at her?

After struggling with her thoughts for a mont, Xiao Qing finally put down her bowl and chopsticks and started to clean up the table. The man, however, suddenly stood up and strode towards Da Bao and Xiao Bao’s room.

Xiao Qing: "..."

After doing the dishes and tidying up the table, she saw that the living room was empty, and there was no sound from Da Bao and Xiao Bao’s room; presumably, the man had already left.

She breathed a sigh of relief, looked disdainfully at her oily and sweaty clothes, and turned back to her room.

In such hot sumr weather, she was in the habit of taking a bath before taking a nap.

Xiao Qing went to the window and drew the curtains closed, the sticky feeling on her body made her eager to take off her dress. Just as she was about to enter the bathroom, the room door was suddenly opened.

They looked directly at each other, Xiao Qing scread and pulled the quilt to cover her body, glaring at the man outside the door who didn’t knock: "Will you die if you knock on the door?"

She hated to think how much of her he might have seen just now; it was utterly infuriating.

Lu Jinyang did not expect to see this scene either. He lowered his eyes and said indifferently, "Da Bao and Xiao Bao are asleep; I’m going back ho for a bit."

After saying that, he didn’t look at Xiao Qing and closed the door again.

On the other side of the bedroom door, Lu Jinyang kept taking deep breaths.

As a forr Special Soldier with excellent vision, he had seen everything he should and shouldn’t have seen just now, and he had seen it very clearly.

Unexpectedly, after five years, this woman’s figure was still so well maintained. No, it was even more attractive than five years ago.

Lu Jinyang estimated the view in front of him, forcing himself to calm down while the image of just a mont ago kept replaying in his mind.

Her figure hadn’t changed at all due to childbirth. From his angle, her waistline was extrely beautiful, slender and curvy, and certain areas seed to have grown significantly since before.

At that thought, Lu Jinyang swallowed hard, not daring to think any further, worried he wouldn’t be able to control himself. His gaze deepened as he glanced once more at the bedroom door, then he stepped away and left.

Inside the room, Xiao Qing was so angry that she gritted her teeth. Her eyes glowered at the door as if she was going to bore holes through it.

This shaless man!

If he’d left just a mont later, she wouldn’t have let him off so easily!

Next ti, no matter how much Xiao Bao fusses, she will not let him co to her house again!
