Seeing Secretary Ding co back, Si Nanchen’s expression grew even uglier.
"Where is she?" he asked.
Secretary Ding, with her excellent professional deanor, still maintained a smile despite Si Nanchen’s unfriendly expression.
"Mr. Si, please wait a mont. Our madam has asked you to wait a little while; she will co over after finishing her current tasks." She did not specify how long the wait would be.
Upon hearing this, Si Nanchen’s expression softened slightly. He grunted in acknowledgnt and walked over to sit down in the nearby rest area.
Seeing this, Secretary Ding quickly signaled the receptionists, who instantly understood, brewed a cup of tea and brought it over, then stood by with Secretary Ding.
Upstairs, Zhuang Shuqing called Lu Jinyang, but just like before going out for a al, he didn’t pick up the phone. She sighed and sent him a ssage informing him that Si Nanchen had co looking again.
After making these arrangents, Zhuang Shuqing went down to the main lobby on the first floor.
Just as Si Nanchen was running out of patience, a graceful figure appeared in his line of sight. His eyes widened in delight, "Shuqing~"
"Mr. Si, hello. What is it that you need from ?"
Just as Si Nanchen was about to speak, Zhuang Shuqing continued, "Mr. Si, if it’s a matter of cooperation, you can talk to our supervisor. If you can’t get through to the supervisor, then you can look for our Secretary Ding, and if that still doesn’t work, you would have to speak with President Gu."

He could see clearly now, after Zhuang Shuqing clarified her words, she decisively separated their relationship completely.
"If there’s nothing else you need from , I have to get back to work now. Secretary Ding, please see the guest out."
"Certainly, Madam."
Secretary Ding approached Si Nanchen, ready to "escort" him out, but unexpectedly, he turned around and sat back down on the sofa.
"I’ll wait for you to finish work then."
Zhuang Shuqing was at a loss and could only return upstairs.
Seeing an unread ssage on her phone, she opened it to find it was from Lu Jinyang, saying: Will be back soon.
Looking at the ssage, Zhuang Shuqing smiled.
